Wow! Crystal Shield did an amazing job wrapping my new CT5 Blackwing in Suntek Ultra clear PPF. This is the second car that I own which was done by Norbert who owns Crystal Shield. The first car was a 2017 Shelby Mustang GT350 that I am the second owner of. The first owner had the car wrapped by Crystal Shield when it was brand new, seven years ago. I was impressed by the quality of the 7-year-old GT350, and the Suntek film on that car is still like brand new with no sign of dulling, cracking, or lifting anywhere. I found the receipt in my paperwork to see if I could find the same shop for my new Cadillac. Crystal Shield relocated to Temecula a couple of years ago, but I was happy to find that it was here and that it was Norbert who worked on the GT350 and who works on all of the cars himself. After meeting Norbert in person, one thing that stood out is just how passionate he is about his work and about the cars. He is a true artist and master craftsman. There are a few things that stood out about the Cadillac job. This was not only the front, but the front, hood, fenders, doors, rear quarters and a lot of trim. When Norbert was able to use the available patterns he did so and even made some adjustments to them so that, for example, he could avoid a seam to produce a better look. The Cadillac Blackwing has full carbon fiber seatbacks that look amazing, but are in a position where someone sitting behind could probably scratch one easily and so I wanted to protect them. While there was no official pattern available for the seatbacks, he created a custom wrap that looks amazing at a reasonable price. In another example, there was a small 20th-anniversary decal on a piece of trim that Norbert carefully lifted and saved so he could apply it over the PPF to avoid any air pockets showing by applying the film over the decal. It's a small detail, but there are many small details that add up to produce a result that is best in class. I am very satisfied with the results and recommend Crystal Shield to everyone. read more

I picked up my car from Norbert at Crystal Autoshield not that long ago. Another fantastic job. What can I say, that I haven't said already? I actually had Norbert do my rear bumper this time. If you're wondering why I had that done when the front bumper takes all the damage, read on. Prior to having my rear bumper unprotected, I often times found my legs/body leaning/rubbing against the bumper when getting items in and out of the trunk. I'm a pretty active person, so I carry a lot of outdoors gear. And every time I access my trunk, I would find myself over-reaching for things, so I wasn't directly leaning on my bumper. Also after a long workout, I'd find myself dripping with sweat and eventually it would find its way on my rear bumper. It doesn't help that I have a "low to the ground" car. Now, I don't have to worry so much about those things. As I mentioned on a previous review, Norbert allows people to drop off and pick up their vehicles at unconventional times that might be more convenient for you. Most recently, Norbert had a very special family celebration and accommodated me during this time. Had I known how important this family time was, I would have re-scheduled. Norbert is one of the most honest people you can meet. His pricing is extremely competitive, the quality of his work is impeccable, and his eye for precision is like a Swiss watch maker. Once again, Norbert tried to talk me out of getting some things done (in order to save me money). However, for my needs and lifestyle, I needed his expertise to get those things on my car completed. And as always, he over-delivered. If you need to get the type of work Norbert offers, I highly recommend you go to him. His work carries a warranty (you will receive warranty paperwork after work completion). If anything, don't listen to me. Read his online reviews. Those reviews speak for itself. In one of my pics, you will see, a thin red/gray strip on my bumper (highlighted in white). He was able to wrap those pieces as well for me. Looking forward to getting more work done with Norbert in the future. Crystal Autoshield is one of the best businesses out there, but Norbert, over the years, has become a very close friend. P.S.: The 2 cars he did before mine were two Corvette C8s! read more

Norbert installed clear coating protection on my 2023 Prius. He was right on time, courteous and professional. There's a reason why Crystal Shield has such great reviews! We just recently picked up my Tesla MY after having PPF placed on the total front area, partial rear doors and rear bumper areas. The best PPF you can get done to your vehicle. I recently had two vehicles full front PPF done. They look beyond amazing. I know Norbert is the best. He was thorough in his explanation with everything I needed to know over the phone and text beforehand. If you are looking to PPF wrap your car in any way, look no further. Norbert is the man you need to talk to. His workmanship is top notch and at the same time, you will find his service cost lower than other places. He takes time to explain the process, how to take care for the car after the application. Norbert is the owner and he is the one that will work on your car. Therefore, you know that he will take good care since it will reflect on his business directly, compared to larger detail shops that have workers on payroll that might not care much at all but to finish the job. I started the process by requesting for a quote on his website. He will reply within 24 hours with a price. After you agree on the price, he will work with you in regards to scheduling and will provide you with the address to his garage. I chose to get the Platinum Package which is a full front wrap on my BMW 340i. Since I work during daytime, he allowed me to drop off my car at his place the night before at 9PM. This is a flexibility you will not find in other detail shops. He works on your car all day then he will let the car sit for a half-day to a day for the PPF to be settled, so it takes about 2 days for the car to be finished completely and ready to be picked up. This is for the Platinum Package, cheaper applications might be less time. Fast forward a week. The highlight of Norbert's service was reapplying PPF to my reflectors. I chose to get painted reflectors for my BMW 340i and I brought them in to Norbert initially as separate pieces before installing. After he applied the PPF I took them to a local body shop to get them installed. The mechanic mistakenly tried to peel the PPF on one of the reflectors to about 3mm then he realized what he was doing and stopped peeling and just plopped it back on. I was so furious that they did that ignorantly. Obviously, the PPF was lifted since it was peeled off and it looked awful. Well, I called Norbert to save the day. He quickly scheduled me in and reapplied the PPF on the reflector for a small tip. He fix it completely brand new and also gave me a peace of mind! Awesome! I give my highest regard to Norbert for his services and recommend him to anyone who is looking to protect their car in the long run. read more

I had Norbert with Crystal Shield install Paint Protection Film on our two new Teslas a few months back. He did an excellent job on the installs, and is meticulous in the work he does, and uses top quality materials. Fast forward a few months, I pullled up too far on a high curb on my front bumper and scraped it up. Not only did the PPF save my paint from any damage (and a likely $1K trip to the body shop to fix it), Norbert was able to remove and replace the damaged film at a very reasonable price in no time. I drive an hour each way to have this PPF installed, and it is well worth the time and money to do so. Not only is Norbert great at what he does, he is also a great person too, and willing to share many tips for general car maintenance that is extremely helpful. I can't recommend Crystal Shield and Norbert enough for any PPF installs you are considering. read more

I have had 2 of my vehicles wrapped with PPF by Norbert, 2014 Lexus IS 350 F sport and more recently a 2022 Tesla Model Y performance. Norbert is a treasure. He does amazing work, has great customer service, attention to detail, and well-priced. This was the first time I've ever cared enough about a car to get additional things done and Norbert was so helpful in walking me through the care and maintenance of my Model Y after PPF. Norbert is incredibly passionate about his work and he also made some custom pieces in front of the rear wheels that flare out on my car and is prone to getting rock chips. The custom piece he made was well-placed and was so polished. He's seriously the best! He really cares about his customers and when I told him how I was planning on getting it ceramic coated, he gave me some advice on that too! You won't find PPF with such attention to detail and value as Norbert. read more

Contacted Norbert for a quote to get PPF for my new Tesla Model Y and he was very quick to respond. I don't usually have time to take calls during work and it was great that we were able to correspond all through email. This was our first time getting PPF done on a car and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions on what was best for our car. He was able to point out the little paint imperfections on our car and the film made it even less noticeable. I got the platinum package plus added on PPF for the area in front of the rear wheels. The film looks amazing! You can't even tell it's there and Norbert has some of the most fair pricing. read more

I have used Norbert and his expertise for over 10 years installing PPF on my cars. Last year, when someone backed into my car the insurance company wanted to use their "recommended" installer. I will never go any place else for a PPF installation as long as Crystal Shield is top tier in industry. Thanks again, Norbert. read more

A little late on my review, but I figured it's better late than never! I bought a new 2019 Model 3 Tesla back in June of last year and was looking for PPF services. Out of the 4 companies I had reached out to, Norbert was one of the fastest, friendliest, and the overall best! I would give Norbert 10 stars if I could! He is the epitome of excellent customer service and quality work. He has given the best customer service I have ever gotten, even until today. If you're debating on going with Crystal Autoshield, don't. Just do it and you'll have no regrets! For starters, Norbert is an overall amazing guy. He was friendly over the phone, but it wasn't until I met him in person that I saw how cool of a guy he really is. I could immediately tell that he is passionate and proud of his work. That speaks volumes to me that it's not just a guy who is doing his job to get paid. People who are truly passionate about what they do tend to have alot more impressive work ethic and quality. It didn't feel like a business transaction, but an actual experience learning about my new car and how to best maintain it. Norbert is also so knowledgeable and as far as I know, he has unmatched expertise. I don't know alot about cars, so I was overwhelmed and intimidated by all the options. He really took the time to understand my need, explain each option, and recommend the option that would give me the best value. Crystal Autoshield has my highest recommendation! read more

I did my research and called around for 5 quotes. Price isn't everything, especially if you want quality workmanship and materials. Then there's Norbert. One of the best people you'll come across. He's a really nice guy, with the utmost professionalism. When I spoke to 2 other competitors and they both said very good things about Norbert, I knew he was the one I could trust to work on my car. I think you'll know once you talk to him. He will perform an excellent job. Communication is excellent. His shop is spotless, uncluttered and organized. That alone tells me a lot about a person and their work. Hands down, he's one of the best in the industry. Even his competitors say that about him. His prices are also better than most. There are a lot of horror stories about tint shops trying to do PPF and mucking it up. PPF is pricey, so make sure you get what you pay for. Norbert at Crystal Shield focuses on one thing only, PPF and he's one of the best you'll find. Very clean and perfect job...well done. Thank you Norbert. Happy Satisfied Customer. I highly recommend you call him. He'll earn your business. read more

He is so detailed and particular about his work, it was really impressive. We even had to call the manufacture's support team because there was an issue with how Norbert wanted to make sure the PPF was properly installed on the front. The reps had never had that question, which makes me believe no one has taken the care to do in correctly.... I guess you could do it other ways, but the way Norbert did it, seems like the very best. I decided to give Norbert a call. I met up him and was very pleased with his knowledge. We discussed what I was looking for and he made some recommendations. I have a 2014 Accord EX-L and decided to go with the partial front end. Norbert also threw in some additional items. Front spoiler, front grill trim, door cups, rear bumper decking. My car looks great. He did all this in a Saturday morning. Norbert took the time to explain the process and product and then we just talked about life. I appreciate that he took the time and was not rushing me out. I did look around and found his pricing to be fair. For all the extra things he did cost me a little less than 6-bills. I had my 2022 Toyota Camry wrapped all in the front and honestly, THIS IS THE BEST JOB I HAVE SEEN. When I picked up my car, Norbert was making sure there were no inperfections anywhere. He was looking through every edge and crack like crazy. This guy literally took his time to check and fix/adjust the smallest SMALLEST detail on the wrap. DETAILS THAT YOU ALMOST NOT SEE WITH NAKED EYE. I am a OCD / perfectionist person, still, Norbert showed me PERFECTION. All the cuts and lines are perfect. I challenged myself to look for something wrong to no avail. He really impressed me. After 1 month, a bubble started showing under the wrap on my bumper.
