When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

He was very honest. He told me the brands he stands by and gave me all the information needed. He was never pushy. I never felt forced or pressured to give him my business. I left that day with a quote and all his contact info. Again, no pressure from him. I left not knowing I would end up getting my car wrapped with him. I went on to get different quotes from different businesses. Most of them made it sound like removing the old wrap was going to be a huge hassle. And you know what, maybe it was, but either way it had to get done. Not long after, I ended up reaching out to Nik again. I cannot stress how freaking kind and accommodating this guy is! That's mainly why I ended up going with him. And because he seems to have a true passion for what he does. And because he was very informative about every thing. And because he seemed as excited to wrap my baby as I was lol. The car turned out AMAZING! I got a color completely different from what I had in mind but my gosh it's beautiful. I've already gotten several compliments out and about. Nik kept me in the loop the whole time he had my car. Even after delivery, I'm still in contact with him. I've taken the car once so he could wash it for the first time and look for anything he felt needed to be gone over again. He told me to contact him again if I need to take the car in to fix any bubbles or anything that might arise the longer the wrap sits. The last wrap place never did this. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. Bubbles everywhere and PPF film has stretch marks and what appears to be fingerprint marks. I paid for full car PPF and a part of the trunk was not covered at all. Scratches on the windshield tint, and when they replaced it, even more scratches were there. Been trying to get the owner, Kyle, to call me to no avail! His PPF installer told me that he would get him to call me to hopefully have a meeting, but nothing! No calls or messages! There are over 30 bubbles and plenty of debris caught in the film. They said the windshield tint will be replaced again, but nothing, no call or message! I was told that I have a warranty, but what good is that when I cannot get anything done. I didn't even want to submit a negative review because I was waiting for Kyle to reach out, but it's clear that he is ignoring me. This is the worst PPF job that I have seen and others cannot believe it as well. I've had people say, "why didn't they just redo it and make it better", but this company doesn't believe in that. No reply from the owner is why this review is written, so everyone can know how horrible of a job this company did on my car and how they do not stand by their work. If anyone wants to see their work on my car, please reach out to me so you can see for yourself. I took another car to Clear Pro and they did a fantastic job. Clear Pro does charge more for their work, but is miles better with everything! This company isn't trustworthy and tells the customer that the car is protected. The car may be protected, but looks terrible while doing so. I really wanted to work something out with the owner, but how can we since he never returns any messages. This was a big mistake taking my car to Ceramic Pro Elite! From now on, just Clear Pro for me and I advise anyone else to go there as well. UPDATE: To show how untrustworthy this owner is, never did Kyle show up or call me to see the many imperfections the PPF has! I will be more than happy to show anyone personally what a horrible job that they did! The first car was ceramic coated ONLY! No PPF at all! As far as I can tell, the ceramic coating is good, but we are talking about PPF. I guess Kyle thinks that they applied PPF on both cars! This only shows their lack of professionalism. When picking up my car, I could see stretch marks, bubbles, and no PPF on the back of the trunk! They reluctantly worked on it and made it worse, then after a 2 weeks adjustment time, they tried to adjust the many flaws, only to make things worse! Even the windshield tint was worse! Kyle is only trying to save face, but has done nothing to fix things! Ask him if he has ever called me or returned any messages? This is absolutely the worse company to install PPF. Even the installer stated that there are a lot of bubbles and he'll have Kyle contact me! No contact at all! They kept me updated throughout the process, even FaceTiming me to double check placement which I really appreciated. The black wrap they ordered got scratched so a future appointment was scheduled. On the following appointment when my partner and I had driven over an hour to Temecula on our day off we received a phone call saying they had forgotten it was holiday so my order was not ready and only part of my service could be done. We were already in the area by the time they called so we dropped the car off. I was told that if I changed my mind about the chrome delete they could still do it so I told them that I wanted it done. When they called us to return my partner had noticed some areas where the symmetry was off and the wrap was improperly aligned with the body panels, allowing the original paint color to show through. Ability to tuck the wrap behind edges of body panels is subpar. Cut lines are jagged. The front bumper was peeling and instead of redoing it they applied a patch which is visible up close. Regarding the chrome delete it was not disclosed that it would be an extra $800. Then when we picked up my son he noticed the interior door panel on his side was dented by a tool or stepped on. Which they are denying of course. They offered to drive to me for the white cherry blossoms I originally ordered but at this time I lost interest in doing any business with them. What I was originally excited for turned out to be an inconvenience and disappointment. I was asked why my wrap was poorly done. I do not recommend any services from this company. Knowing businesses and how they will comment to please contact them to resolve any issues, my review remains unless I can get my interior door panel replaced and the entire wrap removed without further damage to my vehicle for the subpar work. Update 5/11: I received a reply to this review and was told to file a dispute for 50% or to get the wrap removed and door panel replaced but no refund. I was told by my bank it was crazy how I was offered to take the wrap off and replace the door panel with no full refund so they are filing for a full refund. My car was perfect and well taken care of before dropping it off. I have taken off car door panels before with care and not one scratch was made. I have no interest in anyone handling my car and risking further damage.
