Joey and his team are awesome. They treat you like a human, regardless of the car you drive. He treats everyone like they drive a $100k+ car. I was looking at getting ceramic tint for my new Model 3 and this shop was highly recommended. After telling Joey want I wanted, I was given a good quote and make an appointment. The shop location is easy to find and get to without any issues. After arriving Joey and the crew got right to work on my car. They help me decide which tint was good for me. The work took 3 hours to do and I could have dropped it off but since I was coming from San Diego I just stayed at the shop which was accommodated with Roomy lounge area. After the work, Joey did a walk through on the work for any issues I would have or seen. I was given a discount being in the military. The tint has a lifetime warranty and if any issues to call the shop. Overall great experience and customer service!! read more

I have been so fortunate to have done business with Joey from Endless Autosalon on numerous occasions. He has tinted all of my vehicles, my wife's vehicles, as well as my extended family's vehicles. His work supersedes that of all the other businesses I have given business to. He also just put paint protection film (PPF) on the front splitter of my Camaro. The quality of his PPF skill's definitely impressed me! I don't even notice the clear film is there; that's how good his seam work is! Not only is Joey a great businessman, he's a genuine person with a passion for what he does. His customer service skills are great, he listens to what the client wants and then clearly communicates the process of what is needed to be done. I thought long and hard about submitting a poor review. As a small business owner myself I know what just a few poor reviews / sour dealing can do to both word of mouth and business in general. With that here is my experience with Endless. I read many of the reviews and chose them based on a number of the 5 star glowing reviews. After being told my wrap would be a shocking $5400 I reluctantly put a large deposit down and waited over 2.5 months for my date. The shop was nice and clean, Joey and team were more than helpful. After some consideration I chose to wrap my Aston Martin in a metallic black by 3m. I was sent a photo of the 3m material by Joey for approval. Here is where everything went off the rails. Joey sent me a picture of the 3M 1080 wrap, which as as EVERY single wrap guy I have spoken with will tell you does NOT lay or look anything like 3M 2080. The wrap looks like a poor paint job. Orange peel everywhere and subsequently many shops have stopped using 2080 all together. So as stated before, I approved the 3M 1080 that was shown to me, but endless wrapped my car in 2080. The result was awful (pics attached). After coming back to Joey, he said "yeh, we can contact 3M to see if they will do anything about it." - Ok fine, but that doesn't fix my car. What are you willing to do to fix the car. I paid over $5000 to have my car look like shit? His reply "we'll we put it on nicely", basically trying to lay all the blame on the product. I brought up to Joey the glaring problem I did NOT approve the 2080 product and he is liable to fix the problem. I even offered him another $1500 to remove the sh*t job and replace it with a different wrap. He declined this offer and offered me $500 off - so another $5000??!? After the first one went SO well?? Right.. nope, I'll go elsewhere. SO long story short, I took my car to Rapid Wraps and Tint in Hemet (cannot recommend Caleb and his team highly enough) and the car turned out incredible. What a difference in the wrap, professionalism and overall experience. **Pics attached of the Endless Wrap, Rapid Wrap and my Bentley that had a black wrap compared to the Endless Wrap.** I have since filed a lawsuit to recoup the loss from Endless and cost of removing the crap they did to my car. Needless to say the whole new wrap, PLUS the removal of theirs was a little more than 1/2 of what endless charged me. Don't waste your time or money here folks. It's not worth it. Give Caleb a call and I can attest you will be more than pleased with the outcome. See ya in court Joey! read more

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional and reliable location to wrap, tint or ceramic coat your vehicle Endless Autosalon is your place for this and more. Had the pleasure of working with the owner and had him ceramic coat my brand new vehicle. He was very honest and spent time advising me of future needs for my vehicle. He let me know what was worth my money being a new vehicle and what is not really needed. While waiting for my vehicle I had the opportunity to see his team finish some tint jobs and work on a wrap job. It was amazing how flawless and detailed their work was. Upon receiving my vehicle back it had even more shine to it than it had from the dealer. Highly recommend this location and trust them with my new vehicle. Where do I begin....Joey has helped me with my car in the past with some blackout wrap features. It's held up amazing for almost 4 years. I was ready for a big change and new that Endless could do it. I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to get me in for a very long time, but it was actually fairly quick. Joey helped me understand the different brands of wrap and recommended one perfect for me. He had to remove my full car wrap and trim before the new wrap could go on. The whole staff is amazing. So helpful and kind through the whole process. If there was a ten star rating I would give it to them. I couldn't be happier and I feel like I have a new car to show off again. This car came out amazing. What an excellent job done with the tint and also the wrap. Looks flawless and helps this car stand out from the rest. Love the fact that this wrap protects the paint from fading, chips, scratches all while looking so clean on the road. I'm also glad there's a 2 year warranty on the wrap! Our only feedback is that their communication can be better. Sometimes phone calls don't get answered , which can totally be because they're working on the cars, but our voicemails weren't returned either. So that was a bit frustrating. But overall, we're super happy with how it turned out. Will definitely be back. read more

Endless Autosalon Wrap and Tint are No.1 in this industry! I wanted to get my Range Rover wrapped in Matte Black. So, I reached out to about 15 different shops from LA to Temecula. I was surprised to receive estimates from all shops that ranged from $2200 through $7800. Almost all of the shops also emphasized the fact that it was JUST an estimate and that this price may vary due to things that may come up during the process. Almost all of the estimates I received were also quite short and to the point. The owners had no interest in getting to know me or what my vision for the car was going to look like. TBH, some were pretty rude. However, Joey and his team were responsive, professional and very welcoming from the initial touch point. Joey, reached out to me via message and then provided his personal cell to work out logistics and text him if I had any questions. His estimate was exactly the price it was at final close out of the project and the detail and time his team put into the wrap does not go unnoticed. You should always do your homework and get estimates for projects of this magnitude, but I guarantee that Endless Autosalon will provide you with a competitive quote that is high quality and timely. Joey was awesome! I had confidence he would take care of my car because of the excitement he showed to work on it. Him and his crew did both my tint and ceramic coating. I had just bought my new car, and I already knew I wanted my windows tinted. After reading some reviews, I decided to call. I knew I wanted it done before the holidays, but I also knew the availability would be limited. Before I knew it, I was in the shop scheduling my appointment. Everyone had amazing customer service and were extremely funny. My dad had to take my car for my appointment because of my work schedule, but I was not disappointed when I came home to see my newly tinted car. My dad let me know that he too enjoyed their work and customer service. He said they were quick and easy and he even got my mom's car tinted the same day. I highly recommend! read more

Very please with the service and quality from this tint shop. I was looking to get huperoptik tint and they were the authorized shop near me. First impression when you walk in is wow, it's a very modern and sleek showroom that has all products displayed and a cool light meter thing that shows you hear rejection in every film. The guys are very knowledgable and know what they are talking about. My car was done in two hours and it came out super nice and a week later looks great after all the moisture dried like they advised me. read more

Great work very professional... I've had many friends go to him after they have saw what he did on my cars... He uses only the best vinyls and has a good warranty on his products. He's wrapped my 11 Sentra spec v (R.I.P.) after I wrecked it the hood wrap didn't tear through so I knew he used the very best product. I recommend everyone to him. I just got my BMW wrapped by Joey and dang, its one of the best quality and wrappings I've ever had done to my car. He is professional in every aspect and his customer service makes him approachable. Great shop!! They tinted my audi with they're ceramic line and the car stays very cool even on hot days. I brought car back and had them smoke out my lights they have only a dark or light which turned out a bit darker than expected but they look great. Fast service, clean work and awesome prices. The black wrap they ordered got scratched so a future appointment was scheduled. On the following appointment when my partner and I had driven over an hour to Temecula on our day off we received a phone call saying they had forgotten it was holiday so my order was not ready and only part of my service could be done. We were already in the area by the time they called so we dropped the car off. I was told that if I changed my mind about the chrome delete they could still do it so I told them that I wanted it done. When they called us to return my partner had noticed some areas where the symmetry was off and the wrap was improperly aligned with the body panels, allowing the original paint color to show through. Ability to tuck the wrap behind edges of body panels is subpar. Cut lines are jagged. The front bumper was peeling and instead of redoing it they applied a patch which is visible up close. Regarding the chrome delete it was not disclosed that it would be an extra $800. Then when we picked up my son he noticed the interior door panel on his side was dented by a tool or stepped on. Which they are denying of course. They offered to drive to me for the white cherry blossoms I originally ordered but at this time I lost interest in doing any business with them. What I was originally excited for turned out to be an inconvenience and disappointment. I was asked why my wrap was poorly done. I do not recommend any services from this company. Knowing businesses and how they will comment to please contact them to resolve any issues, my review remains unless I can get my interior door panel replaced and the entire wrap removed without further damage to my vehicle for the subpar work. Update 5/11: I received a reply to this review and was told to file a dispute for 50% or to get the wrap removed and door panel replaced but no refund. I was told by my bank it was crazy how I was offered to take the wrap off and replace the door panel with no full refund so they are filing for a full refund. My car was perfect and well taken care of before dropping it off. I have taken off car door panels before with care and not one scratch was made. I have no interest in anyone handling my car and risking further damage.
