I had my new 2021 Tesla Model Y get the 5% Ceramic tint both front/back and rear hatch window with a sunstrip on the windshield. Car came out looking sharp. Update after a month. At first everything was good and was really enjoying the tints but after it healed I noticed that the back side windows were misaligned and noticed on my rear windshield that there is a scratch in the film. Called JT and honestly thought he wasn't going to answer back since he ignored some of my calls and I noticed he was posting on his IG still, he ended up replying and I brought it in again for him to address it. He fixed the misaligned small windows however he gave the excuse that the scratch is not the film and said it was the "glass" when I literally just bought the car a week before JT installed the tints. I had some other opinions and professionally inspected and it was definitely the film. After the tints completely healed I noticed that the back windows had lint right in between the glass and film. I'm sure JT does a great job on other vehicles and I probably just got the worst one out of the bunch. I also think that JT didn't want to remove the rear windshield film with the scratch, when I asked for other shops opinions they said it's usually a tough job to remove it, all he had to say was that. From close you can see the mistakes and probably only certain people will notice it. From far it's good. Sort of my fault for bringing this car 70 miles when I could've looked for someone closer with the same film or something better. read more

This car was basically a fishbowl before I got the tint done with Fully Tinted. Went with a ceramic tint, 5% in the back and 15% in the front as well as a sun strip. Came out amazing. Went ahead and got a full ceramic coating and full frontal Paint Protection Film, the rain straight up just beads up. Especially with all this heavy rainfall. Nice to know the car was in good hands. The tint was cool but I have a 2020 black Mercedes purchased less than a month before getting the windows tinted. Once I got home, and I live 27mi one way from the business, I noticed spots all over my car, including the panorama sunroof. My husband called because we were pissed. The option they gave was to drive all the way back to Temecula, after paying over $200 , for them to clean the car. The tint shop is a part of a detailing business: WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY NOT CLEAN MY CAR BEFORE WE PICKED IT UP?????? If you know black painted cars, anything that gets on the car will impact the paint. And the spots WERE NOT water. When when we first picked up the car we planned on referring our friends but after...this HECK NO!!!!!! Buying my husband a Mercedes G Class for his bday this year and I WILL NOT be taking it to this business. We ended up taking to a detailer to wash the car and get the spots off. UGH. Very dissatisfied. I initially posted this review on 2/4/21 using the google maps link received from the business, I received response from the business at 5:37PM but no way to respond.
