The window tint I had put onto my wife's Tesla model 3 was not even the shade I asked for . You can hardly tell there is a tint there . The gentleman that helped us was no help at all sadly as we told him what we were looking for and he just sat there . Update to my initial review; I have been repeatedly reaching out to the owner asking him to fix an issue that was caused by his employees. They did a lot of work on my sprinter. They polished the entire van which was brand new and did there ceramic coating on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Within a few months I noticed that the top of the van not the body or the front the top of the van was covered in swirls. It's been at least 3 months possibly more that I've reached out on Facebook texted the owner and keep getting promises that someone will reach out to me to schedule a time. Basically this morning I again reached out saying if we can they this fixed I will update my review and take to small claims I spend thousands with this company paid cash and they can't handle fixing there own mistake. Great I definitely won't be using them again not refer any business and I will update my review on google as well. I even offered to pay to have them wash my van and fix the issues but have been rejected. The owner wants me to take him to small claims so I guess I'll file the paperwork this week. read more

Shady shop with terrible service. Had a film placed on windshield and it scratched up immediately making visibility driving hard . I reached out and told them I drive with an infant and this is dangerous they never would get back to me I always had to call multiple people to get this corrected then the owner Jose told me to go in on a day they were closed to get the film removed and he would refund me . I waited an hour and a half at the shop while it was closed no one came no one answered the phones. I had to come back AGAIN the next day the film was then removed and told that my refund would be given but if course IT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED . I've made attempts to correct this and have been patient but they do not respond. Edit : the owner commented saying user error lol the entire purpose of the film was to protect against rocks chips and scratches ... so why would the film be scratched if I used the wipers DURING THE RAIN ????? I also have already told you this but you are embarrassingly not taking responsibility for the low quality work I might add I also told you ... THIS IS A BRAND NEW 2025 car fresh out the factory it didn't even sit on the car lot ... so how would a car that was just made ruin my windshield during the rain ???? From obtaining a quote to the end, the service was great! They were fast to respond with an estimate and what the service would include (their exterior detail). Misael detailed both cars, Rivian and Telsa Model Y and both cars turned out great. He had such great attention to detail and very polite at the end for payment and ensuring that the cars turned out great. Even with the exterior detail they do include a vacuum and a quick pass on the inside which is nice, and when it was time for payment it was very smooth as well. All this AFTER meeting with my daughter to get the keys, if it want what they expected why did they wait to inform her of that? If there was a licensing board for this business I'd file a complaint against this business for unethical business practices. Don't have many nice things to say about this place, so I will just share my experience. My husband talked to the owner of this place to have our car ceramic coated when we first purchased the vehicle. They did the edge protection and the front window tint. The tint was not bad and the edge detail was subpar. Within six months we noticed that the top bubble portion of the van had swirls and our detailer said it was from their machine. We chose Black Diamond for their good reviews and because their shop had enough space for our van, and now we are disappointed that the owner will not stand behind their craftsmanship or warranty. We payed cash for the work done, at first it felt like a good deal but now that the damage is done e they don't want to assume responsibility. After speaking to the owner about this issue multiple times and never having enough time to take us in, he basically said to shove it. Do not recommend this place if you want someone to follow through. read more

The service was extraordinary. We brought a car in that somebody had smoked heavily in it and the car was completely embraced with smoke with cloth seats.
