    How refreshing to have a family owned business that believes in top quality workmanship! These two brothers Jimmy and Adrian are still both hands on to make sure they go over and above which our previous Auto Glass company did NOT do. I am a customer for life. Extra bonus is they are both big time Dodger baseball fans as you can see from their office decor. Next time you need Auto Glass or even a small repair - give them a call.

    I am so happy I went with Showcase Auto Glass! They were fast and reliable. When I shopped prices They definitely were the cheapest. Pablo did amazing and gave us very detailed instructions and information. I definitely recommend this company!

    Hi, to all People. This Co. Absolutely Awsome went in was depressed. I could not get a break. So expensive everywhere else! Jimi took me in right away and estimate was something I could actually fix My window. Ruben was wonderful as well. Amanda is wonderful front office. Some if the nicest people I've ever met. SD Prices so high. Take a drive.

Had a big problem with the person Sal sent over today. The guy did not speak ONE single word of English. Do you think that may cause communication problems? I could tell that he had never worked on a Tesla door panel before. He looked at it, puzzled at several different stages. When done, I needed to take a photo of the sticker on the glass so that I could prove it was the correct replacement type. The guy started peeling it off, and I said ALTO. I wanted to take a photo of the sticker. He cracked a smirk and then kept ripping it off.. Then I asked the guy for an invoice/receipt, and he just pointed at his phone. I asked them to send someone over with an invoice so I could pay them. The next person shows up and speaks at least very little English. Hands me a receipt now with tax added. Then he did not want my check. Then, to find out that it was indeed the wrong kind of glass. No wonder Jose ripped the sticker off as I was trying to take a photo of it. What an unnecessarily stressful experience. If you are too lazy to learn the language of the country you are working in, how are people supposed to have confidence in your professional skills? So if you are looking for a place that does not speak English and gets things 83% correct. Call these guys.

Within moments of my decision to remain in the slow lane, a rock flew into the bottom left hand corner of my windshield, leaving a crack the size of a nickel. I called Safelite from the road and set up an appointment for the following Monday (many time slots were available!). I signed up for reminders. Safelite sent me a reminder and a video to watch in preparation for the appointment. Safelite likes you to show up at least 10 minutes early. I showed up 15 minutes early and they took my car right away. The reminder told me that it might take 45 minutes, but the clerk said it would take about 30. The restrooms are a little dingy and there's no paper towels in the one I used, but the waiting room has coffee, free WIFI, and many chairs to sit in. This Safelite location does not take Apple Pay. As soon as my car was finished, the technician drove my car to the front and handed me my keys and my receipt.

I drove almost an hour to the nearest location only to be told when I arrived that they had JUST submitted the OEM request the same day as my appointment. Complete waste of my time and gas. When I asked them to check who called me and confirmed everything beforehand, the employee behind the counter pretended to look into it and then said, "I'm not sure who called you." No accountability, no professionalism, and clearly no communication within their own company. Avoid this location at all costs. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you in the door, even if nothing is actually ready.

    I am very pleased that I chose this company to replace my front windshield. Although the technician…read morearrived about an hour later than the end of the scheduled service window, the quality of his work more than made up for the delay. His attention to detail was exceptional, especially when carefully removing the plastic clips and components around the forward-facing sensor cluster. Modern vehicle interiors and trim can be extremely delicate, and it often seems as though manufacturers design these parts to break during disassembly. However, the technician methodically removed and reinstalled every component without scratching, damaging, or breaking anything, allowing all necessary parts to be reused with the new windshield installation. I observed the entire process because I genuinely enjoy watching skilled workmanship, and I was extremely impressed by how carefully and attentively he performed every step of the job. My wife was initially concerned after reading some recent negative reviews, but based on our experience with our Honda Prologue, this company did an outstanding job with both the removal and installation of the windshield. The pricing was fair, and the convenience of having the work completed at my home was excellent. I would simply recommend that customers build some flexibility into their schedules. If the company estimates the technician will arrive within an hour, it may be wise to allow a little additional time, and if the installation is estimated at 1.5 hours, plan for closer to 2 hours. In my case, the technician's slight delay was understandable because he clearly prioritized doing the job correctly rather than rushing through it. I would much rather have a slightly delayed appointment with high-quality workmanship than a rushed installation done improperly. The overall scheduling process was also very good. I called on a Friday around 4:00 PM, they had the windshield in stock by Monday, and the installation was completed Monday evening from approximately 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. So basically a one day turnaround! Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and workmanship. I would absolutely use this company again for any future automotive glass needs.

    I would give zero stars if I could…read more After having my windshield replaced here, I discovered paint damage on my vehicle along the roof at the windshield line immediately after the service. This damage was not present prior to the appointment and is located directly in the work area. When I brought it to their attention, I was told it was due to "low quality paint" and not related to their workmanship. That explanation does not reasonably account for a single, localized chip in the exact area where the work was performed. Communication was also handled poorly. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I was initially given this explanation through text rather than speaking with the owner. When the owner, Raul, did respond, the situation was minimized and I was even offered a suggestion to purchase spray paint from an auto parts store to cover the damage, which is not an appropriate or professional solution. Since responsibility was not taken, I proceeded with filing a claim through their business liability insurance. The claim has since been acknowledged as valid and is now being handled by an adjuster. I'm sharing this so others are aware of my experience and can make an informed decision. ***UPDATE*** I'm going to keep this factual for anyone reading. I did not ask for anything "free." I reported damage that was discovered immediately after my windshield replacement, located directly along the area where the work was performed. This was not pre-existing damage. I was told the issue was due to "low quality paint," which does not explain a single, localized chip in the exact work zone. The area was also taped during service and not disclosed to me at pickup. Since responsibility was denied, I proceeded to press the matter until the owner gave me his insurance information, I filed a claim through the business's liability insurance, which has since been acknowledged as valid and is now being handled by an adjuster.
