When I refused, he explicitly agreed to a $200 refund for the uncompleted work on Saturday, then promised it again on Monday by 1:00 PM. He has since ghosted my texts and ignored my Zelle refund requests. Be very careful paying this business upfront, they will try to upsell you when they can't deliver on services you already paid for.

Had a big problem with the person Sal sent over today. The guy did not speak ONE single word of English. Do you think that may cause communication problems? I could tell that he had never worked on a Tesla door panel before. He looked at it, puzzled at several different stages. When done, I needed to take a photo of the sticker on the glass so that I could prove it was the correct replacement type. The guy started peeling it off, and I said ALTO. I wanted to take a photo of the sticker. He cracked a smirk and then kept ripping it off.. Then I asked the guy for an invoice/receipt, and he just pointed at his phone. I asked them to send someone over with an invoice so I could pay them. The next person shows up and speaks at least very little English. Hands me a receipt now with tax added. Then he did not want my check. Then, to find out that it was indeed the wrong kind of glass. No wonder Jose ripped the sticker off as I was trying to take a photo of it. What an unnecessarily stressful experience. If you are too lazy to learn the language of the country you are working in, how are people supposed to have confidence in your professional skills? So if you are looking for a place that does not speak English and gets things 83% correct. Call these guys.

I drove almost an hour to the nearest location only to be told when I arrived that they had JUST submitted the OEM request the same day as my appointment. Complete waste of my time and gas. When I asked them to check who called me and confirmed everything beforehand, the employee behind the counter pretended to look into it and then said, "I'm not sure who called you." No accountability, no professionalism, and clearly no communication within their own company. Avoid this location at all costs. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you in the door, even if nothing is actually ready.

Within moments of my decision to remain in the slow lane, a rock flew into the bottom left hand corner of my windshield, leaving a crack the size of a nickel. I called Safelite from the road and set up an appointment for the following Monday (many time slots were available!). I signed up for reminders. Safelite sent me a reminder and a video to watch in preparation for the appointment. Safelite likes you to show up at least 10 minutes early. I showed up 15 minutes early and they took my car right away. The reminder told me that it might take 45 minutes, but the clerk said it would take about 30. The restrooms are a little dingy and there's no paper towels in the one I used, but the waiting room has coffee, free WIFI, and many chairs to sit in. This Safelite location does not take Apple Pay. As soon as my car was finished, the technician drove my car to the front and handed me my keys and my receipt.

Second time using JC Mobile Auto Glass, and I have nothing but good things to say…read more At some point, the windshield on my 2026 Toyota Corolla took a rock strike near the lower edge of the glass, close to the frame, without me even realizing it. I drove to Los Angeles and parked in a covered garage on a humid day. When I parked, there was no visible crack. However, when I returned about four hours later, a crack had propagated approximately 12-14 inches up the windshield. My best guess is that the combination of temperature, humidity, and pressure changes caused the damage to spread. I called JC Mobile Auto Glass on a Thursday around 4:00 PM. They ordered the replacement windshield from San Bernardino and had it delivered to their High Desert shop by 9:00 AM the following morning. They gave me a two-hour service window (9:00-11:00 AM), and the technician arrived at my home right on schedule. The technician was very conscientious when working around the plastic trim surrounding the Toyota Safety Sense front-facing camera. Those components can be fragile, but he took his time, carefully removed the original windshield, and professionally installed the new one in just under 45 minutes. The workmanship was excellent, and he treated the vehicle with care throughout the installation. I was very satisfied with both the price and the service. The convenience of having a technician come directly to my home, especially at such a reasonable price, made the experience even better. The new windshield looks fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use JC Mobile Auto Glass again. Great work, JC!

We made another appointment for Thursday, again 4:30, i came home about 4:20 to find his business card in my door. I called, he said that he had it down for Thursday afternoon and showed up at, if I understood him correctly, noon and when I wasn't home just left, didn't even call, just left. He said that he could still make it tonight possibly around 5:30, to which I agreed, but I felt it was reasonable to say that if he couldn't make it, I wouldn't try rescheduling again. His response was that he doesn't really work on a strict timeline (paraphrasing) and that he knew my time was valuable so he would pass on the job. My job is a relatively small job, I want to add a dog door to our slider, so I get it the it wasn't worth his time, but then say no at the start, don't give me a rough quote and then schedule an appointment just to miss it. Several people I reached out to have already told me they don't do the work I'm requesting, which is fine. I can't judge the quality of work, but the customer service, at least in my case, wasn't good.

I had to go on Yelp and give this business a 5 star review. I live in Crestline and they drove up for a small fee to install my windshield on my lot. The price was incredible. I expected to pay double as much due to everything being so high these days. My windshield had a heating element and when they looked up my VIN #, the info did not appear with a heating element. They did not install it. They preferred to do it right and do me right and they went down the mountain to pick up the right windshield with a heating element and honored the initial price they quoted. It was surprisingly difficult to find someone to repair my cracked windshield. This was the 7th place I called and the second place I tried to use after the first one didn't order the correct moldings for my BMW Z4. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have any questions and that I understood everything. They were honest and accurate about how long the repair would take without me even asking when I scheduled. All in all, a great experience- restored my faith in car repair related companies. The shop was a bit out of my way but I would definitely come here again rather than use a closer shop or mobile one. read more

Just had my windshield replaced by Showcase auto glass and I couldn't be happier. I called them yesterday morning when I noticed the summer heat had cracked my windshield from side to side. the owner Jim told me he would send out a technician around 12pm to take care of my glass. By 1pm my windshield was replaced and everything looked great. They told me that I was covered with their lifetime warranty so if I was unhappy for any reason to call them and they would address it. Trust is unfortunately too uncommon. But, from the moment I went in to replace a cracked windshield, it was apparent that they were squared away. Family owned and still believed in earning your trust, which they did. They, handled a tricky Calibration issue (they are fully certified) for a fraction of what it would have been at the Dealer.
