His attention to detail was exceptional, especially when carefully removing the plastic clips and components around the forward-facing sensor cluster. Modern vehicle interiors and trim can be extremely delicate, and it often seems as though manufacturers design these parts to break during disassembly. However, the technician methodically removed and reinstalled every component without scratching, damaging, or breaking anything, allowing all necessary parts to be reused with the new windshield installation. I observed the entire process because I genuinely enjoy watching skilled workmanship, and I was extremely impressed by how carefully and attentively he performed every step of the job. My wife was initially concerned after reading some recent negative reviews, but based on our experience with our Honda Prologue, this company did an outstanding job with both the removal and installation of the windshield. The pricing was fair, and the convenience of having the work completed at my home was excellent. I would simply recommend that customers build some flexibility into their schedules. If the company estimates the technician will arrive within an hour, it may be wise to allow a little additional time, and if the installation is estimated at 1.5 hours, plan for closer to 2 hours. In my case, the technician's slight delay was understandable because he clearly prioritized doing the job correctly rather than rushing through it. I would much rather have a slightly delayed appointment with high-quality workmanship than a rushed installation done improperly. The overall scheduling process was also very good. I called on a Friday around 4:00 PM, they had the windshield in stock by Monday, and the installation was completed Monday evening from approximately 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. I would give zero stars if I could. After having my windshield replaced here, I discovered paint damage on my vehicle along the roof at the windshield line immediately after the service. This damage was not present prior to the appointment and is located directly in the work area. When I brought it to their attention, I was told it was due to "low quality paint" and not related to their workmanship. That explanation does not reasonably account for a single, localized chip in the exact area where the work was performed. Communication was also handled poorly. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I was initially given this explanation through text rather than speaking with the owner. When the owner, Raul, did respond, the situation was minimized and I was even offered a suggestion to purchase spray paint from an auto parts store to cover the damage, which is not an appropriate or professional solution. Since responsibility was not taken, I proceeded with filing a claim through their business liability insurance. The claim has since been acknowledged as valid and is now being handled by an adjuster. I'm sharing this so others are aware of my experience and can make an informed decision. ***UPDATE*** I'm going to keep this factual for anyone reading. I did not ask for anything "free." They broke my A-pillar molding when they replaced my windshield and tried to claim it was already cracked & brittle due to sun damage. This was a lie. I was also told 'these always break', but that I would have to pay to replace it. I found this out, AFTER I trustingly sent my payment to them thru Zelle. Big mistake, because the molding was brand new (A recent recall from dealer) and will cost me more than the cost of the windshield, to replace, to make it like new again. They wouldn't take responsibility to refund me the cost, instead the offered to replace it with a sub-standard product, at MY expense. The owner admitted that they should have warned me about the risk of these breaking, but did not do that, before it happened. I was easily able to schedule my windshield replacement at my home for a week out (my requested date). The install guy arrived at 9:15am between the time frame (9am-11am) given to me by Maria. I met the tech at the flying J in Barstow Ca. He was nice and accommodating ready to work. The windshield for a 2025 Cascadia is not cheap especially with the cameras and lane mitigation crap. I paid $380. And the windshield LEAKS! I know All Freightliner windshield's leak but this is really bad! My recommendation is: If you get these guys to replace your windshield. Unfortunately the glass had to be specially ordered for my 2018 Accord because of the camera and sensors on the front windshield. Even with the special order they were able to replace it quickly and worked with my schedule. They even came to my house and installed it, big plus. They were very pleasant to work with. Safelight was about to charge me $188 to do what these guys did. I was quoted $75 for them to come to me or $45 for me to come to them. I drive a RAV4. A rock hit my windshield on the freeway and made a small / medium sized dink. I went, they took maybe 20-30 to seal it and I was able to pay with my debit card. They gave me a receipt and the guy said if anything happens to the seal to call them and he will fix it. No issues yet! It's been over a week. Highly recommended! read more
