What an amazing job! I had a ding in my Lexus. Jeff took his time to explain how the repair would be done. He was able to remove the ding by only removing the weather stripping of the passenger door. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. His prices are very fair. When I picked my car up the door looked perfect. These guys are everything you can hope for when trying to find a reputable and professional shop who obviously take great pride in their work. Jeff was honest and will not over promise/under deliver on anything they do. He went out of his way to help me out, even though chances were slim that the dentless repair would work for the significant damage to my car. The positive customer experiences across his reviews, and after visiting the shop I can see why. I'll definitely be coming back for any future tint or dent work I require in the future. These guys are a class act. Thanks again. read more

The paint on my hood had completely worn down and was looking terrible, and my headlights were extremely yellow. I was ashamed whenever I would pull up somewhere or somebody would see me coming and all they would see is my hood with worn down paint and foggy old headlights. After waiting and waiting, I finally called around to a few places and eventually found these guys. I am so glad I did! Great people and fair price. When I picked up my car, they had it facing forward with the hood and headlights sparkling and my 10+ year old car looked brand new! Literally so thankful. read more

Paint not cracked just a dent. I would recommend them. I didn't shop around so comparison of prices I wouldn't know. Let me start off by saying that I was a little nervous taking my brand new $115k truck down there to get a small door ding out. BUT IM GLAD I DID!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole entire Team at Swift was EXCELLENT!!! It started with talking to the owner Jeff Swift over the phone and in person answering all my questions I had. He set me up with his son Austin who took really really good care of me and my baby. They did such a great job on my truck, I went straight home and dropped the truck off and picked up the wifeys car and came right back. I was introduced to Christian who did a great job on the wifes Cadillac getting rid of a few small door dings. The whole team at Swift Appearance knocked it out of the park!!! I highly recommend the Team at Swift Appearance if your looking for Great Quality, Great Service, Great Pricing, Friendly people with smiles, all while doing quality work in a timely manner!!!!! This was my second time having a dent removed here. The first time was a few years ago, and I think it was the dad who did a fantastic job removing it. Today I drove almost 2 hours out to Victorville and it was the son, Austin, who helped me out right away. He popped the dent out and was even able to polish off the scratch. Impossible to notice it was damaged at all, and the paint is black. Price was reasonable. Professional shop. Immaculate, even the work area. Their work is very impressive. Highly, highly recommend. read more

The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Jeff, Austin and Brian were all very helpful, accommodating and performed outstanding dent removal services for me. I was visiting the Victorville area when my tailgate got dented while it was opened without the support cables. The bumper had dented it in two places. I was expecting to leave town later that day, and Jeff and his team were able to repair my tailgate within 4 hours. They removed the tailgate, allowed me to continue using my truck that day, and when I returned that afternoon, I was extremely surprised and happy to find no dents! Fantastic job, guys. The shop is very clean! The entire team came through with what they promised and estimated. They were very pleasant and courteous, they listened and followed through with their word and their expertise. Kudos!! If I ever need additional service, I'd drive to Victorville to patronize the shop again. read more
