This place has always taken care of my cars. Yes, they are busy and scheduled a little far out. But you'll know why if ever you take your vehicle there to get it tinted. People know how great of a job they do all the time. If it bubbles, they will honor it and redo whatever needs to get reworked at no charge and no fuss. read more

I had an excellent experience with this window tint business from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I did have a small issue with my front windshield tint but the owner took care of it with no problem at all. Which I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to their customers satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality window tinting. read more

I requested the removal of my previous tint, which was too dark. They recommended a tint and I liked it. The workday performed was quality and they were very knowledgeable. read more

Ray is ACTUALLY cool. He passed the vibe check and the work he does is top quality. As long as you follow his EXTREMELY CRYSTAL CLEAR CARE INSTRUCTIONS (which an alarming amount of people don't), you should have no problem with the installation. On top of that, his prices are extremely affordable. Side note: While I was there, a customer was angry that they removed their WINDOW MOUNTED DASH CAM to install WINDOW TINT and couldn't comprehend why she needed to leave it off for the 3 days while the tint cured. She left with the dashcam remounted to her windows anyway. As long as you have an IQ above 8, you should have no issue with your tint. read more

Cool Ray won't BS you into buying something because it costs more. Honest answers for cost vs expectations. Please make sure you guys see Deluxe auto tint before you see these idiots. He claims 20 years experience yet doesn't even have a machine that prints out tint does it by hand. Many parts of window show no tint. Bubbles all over the place. After I ask to pay for one winder to be done again he says, "sorry best I can do" comical. The dude is tinting with 20 year OLD technology. Go see Ashley at deluxe tint. This women and her husband do it right with the proper tool. Cool Ray is almost comical with the terrible work they do. Please please please shop around. You don't want to end up like me. Can't even pay to get it re done because he is not capable. If you're reading positive reviews, know these are his buddies. Not real customers. Guys a fraud. read more

Outstanding customer service, great work & fair pricing. We'll be back for sure. Pretty handy location if you're looking for breakfast as Jenny's Kountry Kitchen is right next door. read more

They are only getting less then 95% of the Stars because they only "stand behind 95% of their work" is what I was told in person. Bubbles developed on the door and on the Windshield and even though there was a lifetime warranty, the installer/Owner quoted " I am not going to redo the windshield because the bubble is at the bottom, it is 95% good" So when I am asked about what tinting place I recommend it will not be Cool Ray Glass Tinting. A Professional would stand behind their work 100% and not let the customer leave unsatisfied. Everything else looked great it is the lack of customer service and that you are good with imperfections that got you one star. read more

I've been coming here for years. Justin is by far the coolest and most efficient tint guy in the business. Fair prices and long lasting product. I've never had any issues with all 5 of my cars getting done here over the past 10 years. Highly recommend this shop. He's also done my house windows too that are awesome and energy efficient. Made the appointment, took 3 days just to make the appointment since he would take a day between response. Finally made an appointment, he said he would send me a text confirming my appointment. Which I never got. Not the most responsive business, he gave a great quote though. Edit: I confirmed you said " I confirm all my appointments about 24 hours before" not that "You try". You should accept all feed back, good or bad and reflect if you could do something to improve your customers experience instead of gaslighting them into thinking they misunderstood you. I didn't miss my appointment, you failed to provide me the confirmation you said you would. read more

High quality, fair prices and excellent customer service. I love the way my car looks after they completed the tint and roof wrap.

This is the only place I trust with my vehicle tints. I've been taking my cars here for a while now and they go above and beyond every time. I just brought my Tesla in yesterday and like usual, it came out perfect! Excellent service at the front desk and an excellent tint job on all windows. No bubbles whatsoever either and all priced very competitively compared to other parts in places up here. Not to mention it took pretty quickly also. Very highly recommended!!! read more

They tinted the front two windows of my truck. I took it back within a week due to many bubbles. The owner told me they would go away even the one with soap behind it. Long story short it didn't! He said it was my fault for trying to push the water out. He is stating that I caused the scar in the tint. He then told me he can change it, but I would have to pay for it. I recommend taking your vehicle anywhere, but here. Correct I did try to push the water out of the bubble . I didn't sit there for hours days or minutes and try push it out. And false You never did tell me not to touch it.! Rolling the window up and down is considered touching it as well? all you said was leave it in the sun. It has been in the sun since December 2. You offered no such advice! And it is not a circle. You are correct about going back-and-forth... I don't care about your cameras one bit doesn't change the fact the window is messed up! you can say I tell all my customers the same thing doesn't mean anything! Never had an issue with any of the vehicles I brought there before from the previous owner read more

Justin did an amazing job on my new Tesla model 3 car. Not only was the pricing the most reasonable here but the workmanship was exceptional as well. Justin took his time woking on my car & had ordered the ceramic 3M Suntek tints for me & did the 1 whole piece for the back window which most places do only in 2 pieces. Customer service: A+ Jamie was so patient, understanding & transparent with all the info regarding the different tints & specs. Overall, I would definitely come back for other devices such as wraps for my car. I completely recommend this place to my friends & others to this place. read more

I wanted my windshield tint replaced on my new car, the dealership had scraped the top of the tint in the process of removing stickers. I had my tint removed and replaced here. After 2 weeks, I was left with hard bubbles between the glass and the tint right in my vision. Jamie had me bring it back so Justin could look at it. He said, "It's debris, we live in the desert where there's dust and wind. Even if we redo it, nothings guaranteed" I asked Jamie at the front desk if Justin could fix it, because he didn't seem too confident. Jamie agreed it needed to be fixed. I brought it back to Justin to fix the "debris" between the glass and the tint. When I left, I didn't see any water bubbles this time just smears. I think he attempted something else without actually removing and reapplying. After a while, I cleaned the inside of the windshield and noticed there was still "debris" between the glass and the tint. I called back and Justin answered this time. The same excuse about the wind in the desert and the new excuse is.. "Removing and reapplying tint is a factor in looking at debris in your windshield" Again, I can keep bringing it back but nothing is guaranteed but bad workmanship lol. If they would have said anything about the wind in the desert upfront, I would have taken my car to a professional who knew what they were doing. Also, apparently Justin who did the job is also the owner who does not offer refunds of any kind. I'll just have my credit card company take care of it. He said he'll dispute my dispute. Fun stuff! read more

Overall excellent experience. The ease of making an appointment, explaining what I was looking for, then selecting which option worked for what I wanted in my vehicle and what I was willing to pay. Justin took great care of my vehicle. He was professional and timely, while engaging in a few laughs. The end result has been amazing - the ceramic tint really does keep the interior from being burning hot. read more
