CA Window Tint did my travel trailer when I owned it. They were prompt and came to my residence on time and confirmed via text. I had 15+ windows and they were able to do all of them quickly. They are one of the mobile tint companies that I was recommended to go to since driving a 32 foot trailer somewhere to be tinted is a chore. Tinting a travel trailer is not easy since you have so many shapes and sizes of windows and each one has a frame that you have to work around. Set an appointment time for 2PM. He showed up around 1 or 1:30PM, called an left me a message that he was there and I wasn't, so he was leaving. I called him back and asked why was he there before our appointment time and he said "I thought you said I could show up early"? No, I never said early, WTH? We had an appointment for 2PM.... Paul is a nice guy and friendly, but his work is average. You get what you pay for. Customer service is good. He needed to come out several times to fix his work. He said he "fixed" it on his last visit, he did not. He said he would return, he has not. Re:Post Feedback. I was initially satisfied until I learned of the flaws. His response was "this is a difficult car" (Lexus IS 250). When called back he was not prompt. Told me repairs were completed and they were not. Paul then worked on my neighbor's BMW 328I, his entire rear window is pealing off. His exuse to the customer was "I dont have much room to get to that window". My neighbor called him and left him a message, still no response or willingness to correct his work. read more
