Once I got there they where very professional and honest about the type of tint that I wanted. The work that was done was quality work. The installer let me know that if the tint came off or any bubbles they would replace it and to not hesitate to call and come back. It is all part of the manufactures warranty. I paid $184 and it was a lot cheaper than the competitors. Most asked for over $200 for the same job. I recommend L&R to everyone in the high dessert!

Dropped my car off , 3 hours later around 3 I call for an update because i never received a call or text and the lady says she will check and call me back. 10 min goes by and she calls back saying it will be another 3 more hours because they are struggling to do a removal and it will be ready by 6. They call around 5:35 saying to come at 6 it is almost ready. I get there around 5:53 and walk into the lobby and the guy says i can go check it out as they are finishing it up so i go and wait another 10 min. They pull the car out and say its all ready to go and I ask what the reason was for adding an additional 3 hours when the lady from the beginning said it wouldn't take no longer than 2.5 hours. The guy doesn't understand my question so he called another guy over and the guy stated because they kept cutting out the wrong pieces and had to redo it all over again and again. So then i was going to ask for a little discount for the inconvenience. As i started to speak the guy walked away from me to go talk to his buddy then came back a couple seconds later saying 'so did you send the money' . What a big inconvenience and service was not as good as expected. Tint was pretty nice but service + fee + timing was not it. After talking to the owner of the company about the situation that happen everything was cleared i was reassured better communication and everything will be worked out.
