He did inform me that it will take time to remove the old tint, which I had no problem with whatsoever. Throughout the process he did keep me informed which I really appreciated. When I tried showing her she didn't wanna see it and she said it would be 40 dollars to fix. She tried taking me inside so that the other people can tell me it's a seatbelt Nick. Of course their gonna agree because you guys all work for the same company and just want my money. I already paid 300 dollars for this tint!? Why would I have to pay more when you guys say that your warranty covers it! Customer service is terrible, they don't care about their customers. Freaking ridiculous. AND NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK! Even when she came to my car to examine my window she wasn't wearing a mask. Makes you wonder what they do and how clean they really are. The tools they use on our cars is It sanitized? Do they cough on their hands and then touch our keys? Do they wash their hands? Who knows.. Please save yourself 300 dollars and go somewhere else. I found another called Cool Ray Glass tinting and they are way better at caring about their customers! Go there instead.
