I highly recommend this shop, especially Josh! I brought my Jeep in with an issue that no one else had been able to figure out, and Josh took the time to actually look into it and solve the problem. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and so nice throughout the entire process. It's hard to find someone who genuinely takes the time to help and make sure the job is done right. I'm so thankful I found this place and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Thank you, Josh, for the amazing service! read more

Took my 2007 Suburban to install new TPMS tire sensors and Josh and Jordan did a great job. They were professional and careful when handling my 20 inch rims with extreme terrain tires. I had gone to another tire shop and they said they didn't install TPMS tire sensors and referred me to the dealer, which I was surprised they wouldn't install them. So glad 1st Class Auto Body acted top class. The price was very reasonable too. read more

I called 1st Class Auto Body to have my pick up truck for repairs through out insurance coverage, let me tell you this guys really know their job 100%, all I have to do was bring in the vehicle, I didn't even had to call the insurance back again for nothing, they will handle all the paperwork, calls and stuff you don't have time for, they will do all the hard work for you, (besides fixing your vehicle)... I just want to say Thank you so much to Josh and all of his crew!! 5 read more

1st class auto body in Hesperia is a top-notch auto body shop. Very professional and easy to work with. they follow through on every step beginning with taking photos of the vehicle to see what needed to be repaired, getting us the estimate in a timely manner, and then calling us to schedule a drop off time to get the truck worked on. And then a follow up call once the vehicle was done. Josh communicated at every step along the way to get our vehicle repaired. they went above and beyond of what the repairs were needed, to take a look at our tailgate, not opening and operating properly. They ended up fixing the problem for us. I would highly recommend using 1st class auto body shop, and will definitely be a repeat customer with them. I would personally like to thank Josh and his whole team over there for taking care of us the way they did and the excellent workmanship that they performed. Sincerely, Scott... Joe and the team at 1st Class ABP went above and beyond to repair my Mazda that was imported from Canada. I had struggled with decoding the VIN and getting parts with other auto shops and Joe and his team did not shy away from the extra work to figure it out. The communication was excellent from his team as I always had updates, and the price was fair. When I picked up my vehicle not only was it repaired, but the exterior AND interior were cleaned! Highly recommend this auto shop for excellent customer service. read more

The people leaving reviews must know these personally! I came here after an auto accident .. within two years, the gloss on my car was completely gone! My car was Matte!! So I bring it back to be repainted because it's a lifetime warranty. So I bring my car back to get painted and they only painted the half of the car even though the front half is still faded and the whole car was originally painted. I WILL NEVER RETURN, If I hear of anyone going there.. I will gladly refer them else where ... oh and for those who want to know I was told There was a recall on the pain they used, which is why it faded initially ! read more

This place is amazing!!!! I took in my Dodge Charger ScatPack , you know she is a beauty and was repaired in less than a week while other shops advised more than a month wait! I loved how my car turned out, they did a fantastic job with the repairs but I wished they could've communicated with me more clearly. There was several times that they said to come in at in exact time and eventually they would just tell me to come in on a different day and this happened about 4 times. I think they were short-staffed but regardless I think they could've done a lot better at communicating with me. Regardless the repairs were great! read more

I had to go there to get the front end of my car fixed after it was hit by someone and they made it super easy for me. I got my car back quicker than I thought I would.
