Whoever is considering taking your car to this establishment think again. Or, take lots and lots of pictures of your car inside and out. I mean lots of pictures before leaving your car to be serviced/repaired. This place knew what they were doing when they had me come in 15 minutes before closing on a Friday to pick up my car after being repaired from being sideswiped. I had to sign the paperwork BEFORE they brought my car out. Because I was rushed and because the original damage was not to the high end convertible top that was on my car, I didn't notice it right away. After coming out of a store that weekend and seeing the top on my car I was furious. The top showed visible stain marks, wear so profound it looked like it was going to tear, it did not fit properly ! It looked horrible. I should have called the police right then and there to file a theft report but instead I called the business and told of them what I expected happened. That someone at their business traded my high end top for a piece of shit canvas top! They denied it of course and we went round and round. They even sent some guy in a suit to my house by appointment of course to explain to me why it couldn't have been them. That did not work. Only when I started yelping them did they do something about it. I give them a "C" for effort as they had a new top made yet it was not of the same material and quality that my original top was. Again, it was canvas. Not high end like my original top. Gee, I wonder who works there that either owns a solstice themselves or knows somebody who has one ! They are thieves who do shitty body work and won't think twice about stealing parts off your car if they or someone they know needs those parts! read more

I'm very curious as to what the response of this caliber shop will be. I was hesitant on writing a review on what happened to us at this location, but seeing that even after contacting corporate never Hurd from anybody I feel like the truth should be told to warn other potential clients so they can go elsewhere instead of here. With that being said I'm reviewing this caliber shop and this caliber shop only, I have taken cars to other caliber shops and had phenomenal work done but that's not what happened at this location. This location is currently being investigated by the " Bar" of automotive repair and like I stated we called corporate as well but as of today we have yet to hear from them. About a month ago we took our brand new 2021 vehicle the car had less 500 miles , my wife used it for four days before she got into a fender bender!!! Luckily the only thing that was damaged was the front bumper that was it !!! We were so happy , our insurance Allstate recommended another shop and we said no we wanted caliber to take care of it we felt we were in amazing hands and only being the bumper we felt pretty good about the situation. So we left the car there , we did a walk through there was zero other damage to the car , no dings, no scratches, no nothing only the damage to the bumper nothing else was found on the car. The car was in their possession for about a month , they claimed it was hard getting all the parts being a 2021 new car which might be true. Somewhere within that month the car sat there something happened in their lot and the car was damaged on passenger door. We were called the car was finished and ready to go we went to go pick it up and i inspected the car my self while my wife signed paper work the sun was already going down but right away on the passenger door I saw visible scratch deep in the paint but there was clear over it , and we also found a paint bubble on the same door , right away we brought it up to Claudia. She stated it was damage from the factory and that we bought it that way from the dealership I was not ok with that response because I walked around the car when we bought and never saw nothing , so we kinda just bought what she said and left home with the car but the next day in the morning with plenty of sunlight I was very shocked to see all the damage we found that door and other areas , I'm not here to bash on Claudia at all she was very nice and polite the only downfall of this whole story I'm telling she lied to us , caliber lied to us, and until the day they tried to cover it and never ever got an apology as to why we brought up to our insurance, the BAR and Allstate sent us to get it fixed with another body shop. So any who the next morning when I was going to wash the car because it was dusty I noticed in the same door the door moldings were coming off , under the moldings there was multiple paint scuffs , paint missing , chrome strips that lay under the window painted and scratched, under the door handles scratch, paint missing ... the list goes on!!!! You're going to tell me that we bought the car like this from the dealership and we wouldn't notice ???? This is what Claudia stated it was factory damage shame on you guys !!! After we called Allstate very upset they got on it quick and sent us to another shop. We get to the new shop and within 1 minute of the new shop looking at the car the guy says "what the hell did they do " !!!!! Exactly that is what he said and he tells us they painted this whole door but did a really " shitty" job. Let me remind you guys we had no other damages to be fixed besides the bumper , he ended finding over 3 pages he typed up of damages including the new bumper they installed !!!!!!!!! We didn't even catch the bumper it self was installed cracked in two areas the new shop caught that. So he turned in all the evidence and paper to all state and well now they are being investigated by BAR. So I would say read my story and go elsewhere because Allstate took them off the list as a recommended shop. I would of never wrote this review if they would just came to us with the truth and and apologized and told us " hey we are sorry but we damaged you're car in our possession" we would of been ok with the truth we are very reasonable people , the fact they lied , tried to cover the truth, and did such a shitty job fixing the damage they did is what angers me. They have no business fixing peoples cars if this is the type of work that is being done. I highly recommend you go elsewhere what happened to us no one should go through this, are brand new 2021 car is now getting multiple areas repainted to fix all their damage when all we had was one easy bumper fix, this is beyond disappointing. With the pictures attached you will see how they treat your vehicle when you "show up" unannounced. The truck has no doors, no protection from the environmental elements. Total disregard for your property! Although they are "helpful & friendly" they don't care about your possessions!! I am in utter disgust and my stomach dropped when I seen the condition that my vehicle was in. Now that's it's raining.... I know it's rare in the high desert, but there is still wind, sun and heat that will damage your vehicle as well.! and they just leave it like that!!! They market ALL parts cost so they can make a heavy profit they "supposedly" we're having a difficult time locating the rear axle for my truck. I found a used one with only 37k miles and 1 year guarantee for $1,495 They were charging 2500 JUST FOR THE PART!! read more

So I go to their website and it states "online estimates, so I go through all the trouble to fill out the forms take all the pics they asked for and submit it only to be told by email and phone call that they don't do online or over the phone estimates. So wtf you make me go through all that and state on your website that you DO in fact give online or virtual estimates?????? Oh I should add that the "damages" I'm getting an estimate on is my tailgate was stolen and I need it replaced. So there is no damage. They just needed to tell me how much to get a tailgate and paint match it to my FACTORY color. Super hard, huh? Lame. Unfortunately we find ourselves here again. Nothing to do with their services. Because of the circumstances in which we ended up coming again. We chose them again because they did a great job fixing our truck last time. The paint job was on point and completely match the color. They have great customer service and they are very good on keeping you updated. Receptionist answered all the questions my husband had and when needed she would refer us to Karen whom was our adjuster for Allstate. She is the one that does all the leg work. I believe they said that Caliber was one of the few places that had an insurance adjuster on sight. Which works great she is here to help you get through the process in a timely manner. read more

They get no star this is the worst caliber Collision I have ever seen . For starters my car was not touched for a week wasn't told that . Second when u take your car in your told you will receive daily texts and updates which you either will not receive or won't be accurate. I was told my car was close to completion a week ago. I am now being told by Jonathan that not only is my car not ready but now my 2021 Dodge Challenger that I bought brand new off the lot now has a AC leak due to them installing faulty parts . Lets please keep in mind It was taken in for a new front I.e bumper etc. From that they wanted to replace the lights the Ac condenser etc. Seems as though THIS particular caliber likes to "milk" their jobs for as long as humanly possible. I do NOT recommend you take your car to THIS caliber collision at all . Again the only reason they have 1 star from me is because I had to check something to add the review !!!! The First try at the repair we had some problems, the body work was smooth and perfect however the paint flakes were way to large, so not only did they fix the mistake but I had it back within a day with a beautiful shine all over the entire body. Absolutely shady business practice from your mechanics. I should report them to the BBB or City Attorney. Your mechanics took my original oem factory spiral cable spring and replaced it with a faulty one. Crooks!! Until this accident I would have recommended this place to everyone,I finally got a call saying my truck was completed so I took the rental car there and the truck now has no license plates???? now I have to call sheriffs to report them stolen??? It went to your facility with the plates on it,now they are gone then the manager decided to blame me for not checking in the vehicle when it came back from copart??? I had a terrible experience here, I understand that it isn't up to the collision center to proceed with repairs if the insurance does not want to. But the people here do not care about you or your personal belongings. I had about 300$ worth of school supplies; books, a graphing calculator, etc. i picked up my necessities on Monday on my way to school in an Uber, so i obviously did not want to pay the money to get back and forth. I get a call on the 18th to pick up some more stuff and I told him i am busy this week and have to come back next week. He told me that's fine. I come back this Monday to get my stuff and the car is gone. So just be aware of who you are talking what you have in your vehicle. These people do not care. read more

Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They initially gave me an estimate of a month and said it could be longer, but my car was ready three weeks later. This Caliber location is phenomenal!! I got rear ended causing considerable damage to the back right side of my Toyota Corolla. When I dropped the car off the receptionist in the front, ASHLEY, was exceptionally friendly and helpful gettin me checked in. She even called Enterprise to get me picked up so I could get in a rental. She also offered me popcorn, coffee and other beverages while I waited. KAREN, who handled the estimate, was very thorough and to my knowledge covered every bit of damage sustained in the accident. She also made sure to keep me timely informed throughout the entire process so I was never wondering what was going on with my vehicle. She also got me a new windshield at a great price and allowed me to pay upon pick up of my vehicle. The process was seamless!! And to top it off they completed the work on my vehicle an entire WEEK earlier than initially scheduled!! Quite the pleasant surprise. When I picked up the car everything looked as good as new from my perspective! The windshield was replaced and all of the damage fixed. They polished my baby up and she was glistening after a good wash!! PLUS, a LIFETIME warranty on all of the parts installed!!!! There was a greasy residue on a few spots of my vehicle externally and internally, but a very minor problem compared to the work done in totality!! Things get dirty in a shop, I imagine it's impossible to be entirely clean in an automotive repair bay. But if there was any criticism to give, that's it! I've driven all over the desert for the past two weeks and this location was exceptional in irritating me. Every individual I came into contact with when I went in for an estimate two times were not friendly, despite my best efforts to be nice anyways. The pinnacle of my visit however was interacting with the Writer who was assigned to my vehicle. He would interrupt me constantly, and did not care to have a conversation. He basically told me his manager cannot deliver on the promise made to me the day prior. The work I wanted done was just paint on a front and rear bumper. He gave me an estimate of a few business days, which was understandable, but when I told him that I would like the car parked inside overnight and not driven around he'd had it with me. The car is my weekend fun car, and with the hard earned money I've invested in I didn't want it to be vandalized during the Floyd riots or their techs melting my clutch. My request fell on deaf ears, and we parted ways permanently. I will never return there, and I would advise anyone that cares about their vehicle to find a shop that actually strives for the customer service they like to brag. read more
