Total losses on my car that I was attached to deeply after a lady ran the stop sign which I didn't have one. Caliber deemed the damages more expensive than the car is worth. At 61,000 miles and it was a 2016 VW JETTA. While I managed to get hit by a 2025 Toyota Land-cruiser who ran their stop sign. Which the person claimed not to be paying attention. I cried handing over the key and telling them to release it to insurance company. In which a customer said "that's horrible" in my response to the customer while in tears I said "I know" read more

First impression was not the best. The building is located in the back, not the building up front. After parking I entered the building and the receptionist was kind and helpful. I explained the situation and she informed me of the appointments ahead of me but said they might be able to get me in today. A few minutes later an estimator came in and said he could take a look. He gave me a verbal estimate and took pictures of the car. He said he would try to email me the estimate today but at the latest Monday. I was disappointed not to get the estimate before leaving their establishment but I guess they're busy. He asked to back up my car so he could take pictures of the front of the car but I preferred to back it up myself. He accidentally put my car on cruise control when he was searching for the mileage. I guess I'll wait to see the estimate and go from there. read more

Top notch. Quick and responsive. Clear communication thru the process and repair looked great.

Going thru an insurance claim: communication thru text and calling is ok, however, responding back by the next business day and cause extra days in a rental and charging the customer is terrible. They had to tow my car to another location to do the work... that's not the problem. They said my car was ready, but when I called, the car had not been picked up nor was it on its way to the location it was dropped off at... In addition, ok, fires may have delayed my repairs, however, my expectation on the day that my car was ready was not to have ash, fingerprints on my newly paint car coming from the auto repair shop. I arrived early to return the rental so I count make my 10:30 appt. Normally, I check the car and the work that was completed as I do all the time. The car was not washed in a regular standard of customer service after a repair. Then, they had to request because of the ash and fires to wash the car. That was ok too... however, I had to return the rental myself because they didn't offer to return it. I was like, "ok" since they have to was interior and exterior and get fingerprints and ash off the car on this clear day. I get to the Enterprise to return the car and they are saying I owe for two days and taxes. I'm floored internally but remain calm. Phone got disconnected 5 time with my insurance company. Enterprise with my 50 dollar per day charging me for taxes that should have been included in my insurance rental but had it listed in the computer to have a forced charge to the customer. Then to add I missed my 10:30 appointment because I should not be charged for any rental car coverages when I did my part in my communication and Enterprise didn't even have cars to rent and had to put me in what they had at 50 dollar per day... Semantics... started to cloud everyone judgment with dealing with this car rental, car repair and miscommunication. I'm still sitting in the Caliber Collision office waiting for my car to be washed as I type this. I'm remaining patient and calm. I'm Extremely Pissed! But because I have had a previous heart attack, I'm learning to remain calm in stressful situations. I deal positively with human errors. Integrity is key to any situation. Caliber Collision loss major points for just that. On a good note, everyone has been nice and kind at Calibar, Enterprise Rental Car and my insurance company. But trust, that's due to the energy I put out. I'm at peace. It's now 12:20pm I'm still waiting for my car to be washed. read more

I received amazing service from Caliber Collision Victorville! I had an issue with my headlight that I thought was due to some body work I had done somewhere else. I brought my car in and then were very thorough evaluating all the potential causes and avenues of getting the light fixed. Eventually they found an issue with a fuse than none of the other shops I had taken it in to before were able to find and fixed the issue immediately! It was by far the best service I've received from a body shop anywhere! I highly recommend you use Caliber Collision anytime you need body work done on your car. read more

Shady! Insurance Companies send their customers to get repair estimates, instead, Caliber Collision is the Judge and jury determining otherwise. My vehicle sustained rock damage to the windshield and front end of the vehicle. He works for the Insurance company to deny your claims. stating otherwise. I called the Insurance company for another collision center estimate. This is my second time with this place. My daughter was involved in a collision several years ago. She owned a SMART Car, She was referred by the guilty party's insurance company and given an estimate, but said they could not repair the car. I told my daughter to take it to Shonhine Auto Body, because I have had good experience with them. They were able to repair my daughter's vehicle, but the estimate provided by Caliber was way off! I no longer have faith in Caliber! I believe they will do what insurance companies tell them to do (This is based on the conversation with the adjuster at Caliber). read more

My brand-new Toyota RAV4 was rear-ended only after one month of having it. After a month and a half of being given the run around by the other driver's insurance company, I decided to take it into Caliber Collision as recommended by my insurance. Alejandro who was my repair advisor was very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in communicating to me the potential waiting period it would be for new OEM vehicle parts. His explanation of the process and expectations which I wasn't initially thrilled by, made me appreciate the honesty and empathy that he had for my situation. Throughout the process, Caliber constantly communicated with me via weekly text messages and phone calls about the progress of my vehicle. This communication let me know that they were doing everything within their ability to get my vehicle back to me in its original condition. After just under two months (which was faster than expected), I received my vehicle back in its pre-accident condition. The job they did in restoring my vehicle was amazing! Plus, the lifetime warranties on parts and paint give me a sense of ease moving forward should I run into any issues. Additionally, the entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Should I ever run into this same situation again, I'll be bringing my vehicle back here. Because of this, I would definitely recommend this Caliber Collision! read more
