At the start of May I got into a very minor car accident which led me to this shop, one of which I read through the reviews and found it to be the best offered in the area. The value of this place is 10/10! Rhett and his team were more than exceptional--not only did they keep me updated on every step, while also making it incredibly convenient for me to drop off any insurance checks/the car itself, they were kind and transparent. As someone who doesn't understand this process well, Rhett and Tatiane (woman that works at the front desk) were very clear on what was to be expected. They also answered all of my questions in detail which I really appreciated, they also got back to me same day when I called them to inquire about their services (very helpful as I needed my car back ASAP). They utilized texting as well as phone calls (to a minimum, phone calls can be super inconvenient and they were aware of this). I sent one email in total which Tatiane made really easy over the phone. Furthermore, they were quick in their responses as well as getting my car back to me in time. Despite my million questions and flaky schedule, they accommodated me. All in all, when my car was returned to me, it was in better condition than I could've possibly imagined. My car looks brand new and in great condition, which took me by surprise as I know she was beat up and six years old! I would recommend this place to anyone I know in the same situation, even just for touch ups. What a pain in the ... You would think that if an Amazon truck hits your car and you have everything on camera that it would be quick and painless to deal with their insurance company. It wasn't the case. They moved slowly, didn't want to pay for original parts, etc. Dealing with insurance companies is not something I'm used to doing at all and Rett was able to help me navigate all the nonsense. His team went to bat for me and spent more time on this than I'm sure anybody else would have and I'm appreciative. Oh, and the work done was amazing. Tatiane and Nathan walked me through the entire process of what to expect and timelines - even helping me to get a rental car from the other party's insurance since they were at fault. Hands down the best body shop I've worked with. I was side swept by another car that left me with a decent amount of damage to my front bumper.
