Omg total scammers. I guess that's just way they are. The side of my bumper popped out a little bit when a curb pulled it. The guy said the plastic was bent and he'd have to replace the whole bumper. It was ridiculous as if plastic is metal. I took it to another shop nearby and they popped the fender back in and under 10 minutes with a little pocket screwdriver and they did it for free. read more

AAA adjuster Levi sent me a list of places for the repair and I am happy to have chosen SEIDNER'S Alhambra. Levi was able to get me into a rental car which was across the street at enterprise and they covered all the cost. SEIDNER'S works closely with enterprise so I didn't need to communicate with them I just picked up and dropped off the rental. My 20+ year old "jalopy" or "jalopies," look new and cleaner than most 3 to 5-year old cars, because I actually take a LOT of care maintaining them. Going back to Seidners repeatedly over and over has mostly been due to "warranty issues" with your work- ie paint cracks, warped paint surfaces, orange peel, doors falling off, and other issues resulting from faulty repairs. Otherwise, I hardly have the time or desire to keep bothering you... But, since you clearly cannot do the repairs right the first time that actually "last" a lifetime without paint cracking, fading, orange-peeling every 5 years, then naturally you'll be hearing from customers every 5 years when your paint jobs fail and crack and peel etc, And, you also insult your customers for pointing out such failures rather than actually seriously looking into remedying the issues. I was very pleased with the work done the first time I brought my car to Seidner's a few years ago. So, when I was involved in another incident, I didn't hesitate to return for repairs. Unfortunately, my second experience was disappointing. The paint job was poorly done, and I had to bring the car back for them to fix it. Additionally, when I drove the car home, the tire pressure warning light came on. I returned to have it checked, and was told the tire sensors needed replacement. I went ahead and replaced all the sensors, but when I brought the car back for them to rescan, they then claimed the issue wasn't the sensors but an electrical problem. At that point, the manager, Jeovani, simply told me there was nothing he could do. He offered no support or guidance on how to resolve the issue. To be clear, my car had no electrical issues before the repair. I brought it in with no warning lights on, and when I picked it up, the tire pressure light was on--despite replacing all the sensors. I feel that my concerns were dismissed, and I never received any follow-up or attempt from Jeovani to help resolve the situation. read more

Irritated with their front desk. Picking up car today. Initially at 11am. I called Sat. And left a message that we would need to pick up at 10am instead. Upon arriving here at 10, the desk person advised us it would not be ready quite yet. Closer to 11am She was quick to advise that they're closed on weekends when I left the message. They open at 730am and you'd think someone would have gotten the message. Instead I get a response they're closed On weekends. What does that have to do with anything? The correct response from her would have been "sorry we missed your call" "we should have adjusted your car's pickup time" etc. Instead she says nothing. Not the greatest impression left here. They got my car into the shop right away. I dropped it off on 6/17, and even though the estimated completion date was 6/30, my car was ready for pick up on 6/25! they also washed and vacuumed my car. It may simply be due to the one guy that had been assigned to my insurance case (the name I don't recall) but the service I received was more than lack luster. He seemed completely baffled at how to proceed with estimating repairs for my vehicle and he seemed like the simplest questions/concerns, he couldn't answer (almost feeling like he didn't want my business at all) . From the moment I walked in Holly the young lady in the front desk was extremely pleasant and super helpful and supportive with any questions I had. Overall she was amazing and super friendly. when I brought my car in for repairs due to accident they were honest about how long the work would take to get done and even told me they can take the car in then and there. The estimator was great at being honest and updating me along the way about everything my car needed via text message. They work so quick that the car was done one day before it's original completion day. They were incredibly friendly, got the work done on time, and didn't charge any extra fees beyond their initial quote. It's always a relief to find an honest and efficient place like this. I felt confident leaving my car here, and the staff ( DU LU) was always professional and willing to answer any questions I had. I've had work done here before and was very satisfied with the repairs, so when I recently needed work done via insurance, I did not hesitate to return to Seidner's. The staff was very clear and communicative through the whole process. They kept me updated through every step of the repair process via phone calls and a link to the progress. Upon picking up my car, I was extremely satisfied. The repairs were excellent and my car looked brand new again. At that point I was so happy with their work that I requested an estimate for another car that needed some minor paint work done, as I would like to have continued supporting their business. I was also encouraged to give good scores on their internal survey which I did, because the service up to that point had been nothing short of great. Unfortunately, after that, I never received any follow up on my 2nd estimate request. I then tried reaching out again but got no response, and was met with a confusing and dismissive reply. There was some issue there, and a quick update would have been appreciated and gone a long way as to why or why not the repairs could be done, or at least an estimate. But, when you find yourself in that position, you should bring your vehicle to Seidner's in Alhambra. I've been using them for years. Why? Because they really work with you... whether you are coming in with your own insurance, the other driver's insurance, or are paying out of pocket. I've had several advisors here (some retired) but the most recent one was Jeovani. As is usual in this location, he listened to the issue and went the extra mile to get my car back up to its original look. He is kind and knowledgeable. Someone hit me on my bumper 2 weeks ago and so I filed a claim with Mercury and was given choices where to bring it. Upon checking out reviews. I decided to give SEIDNERS a chance . I was seen Oct 5 by Jeovani and true to the reviews, he is really a great asset to the company. He gave me a quote the same day and was able to commit to the repairs. Since I have a $500 deductible , they asked for $200 downpayment and balance was due when I picked up the car today. Last week I received a call that the part came and then today they installed it. It was fast and they did a good job. Overall , everyone from receptionist to coworkers, everyone was professional and nice. The location is near my house, they have parking . I was able to do repairs done in less than 2 weeks. I hope to get reimbursed by Mercury for the deductible since it's not my fault. My car was broken into and the airbag in the steering wheel was stolen. It was shocking and I didn't dare to drive my car due to the lack of the airbag but thankfully my husband was off and able to drive me around. The insurance company recommended Seidner's for evaluation and repair. I met with Jeovani, he was extremely friendly and helpful! He went over everything with me and my husband very thoroughly. Jeovani explained they're really busy but spoke with the manager about my situation and the manager agreed to get me in sooner so I don't have to worry about driving around without an airbag since that's a safety issue. Jeovani gave us an estimated day we could pick up and sure enough, we got my car back yesterday as he predicted. Jeovani went over what they did for the car and even cleared up some scuff marks I had on my driver side door! Dented repair at this shop in March 2022. Picked up my car and went back home and noticed there are some Stains all over the left side of the hood like paint sprayed flew and stuck at the hood, brought back to them to fix. After using thinner clean and sand that area ( The appraiser guy name Marco told me they used thinner and sand to rub those stain off my hood ) , still some left on the hood. I also found some scratches ( paint came off ) at the driver door area and some at the front. Inside driver's seat is left dirty with some white powder. BTW - Customer service is good but quality of work and how they took care of my car while the car was at their shop is unacceptable. Dare not to recommend any friend there. read more

First of all, I never write reviews. But I had to write this one. Seidner's Collision Center (SCC) was one of five collision centers recommended by my Insurance Company. I landed with SCC for a couple of reasons, 1 - certification in Mazda repair, 2 - and probably more importantly, outstanding customer care. Jeovani provided outstanding service - before my car arrived at the Center, during the assessment of my car's damage, and even after the close of the case (i.e., my car was deemed a total loss). I have rarely experienced such excellent all-around professionalism and integrity from a busy company! Seidner's Review ratings are for real! Here are some specifics of my summary: 1) While the time-frame for receiving my car at the Center was 9 days out, Jeovani sought an exception from his Manager to get my car in the same day - to avoid multiple towing transfers; 2) I showed up at the Center without an appointment, and Jeovani made time to see me and explain the entire process; 3) Jeovani kept me informed during the entire assessment process - even after my car would ultimately not be repaired after all. Hopefully I will never have a collision again and need repair, but if I ever do - there will be no second guessing where I take my car! read more
