    Absolutely great service and quality! Enrique was assigned as my estimator and him and his team did an amazing job getting the bumper new again from a rear end accident. Enrique communicated very well with updates which I value great communication and my car was ready a day earlier. AAA adjuster Levi sent me a list of places for the repair and I am happy to have chosen SEIDNER'S Alhambra. Levi was able to get me into a rental car which was across the street at enterprise and they covered all the cost. SEIDNER'S works closely with enterprise so I didn't need to communicate with them I just picked up and dropped off the rental. Overall this is probably the best experience I've had with a repair on a car and the whole insurance process. My car go eased and vacuumed too so that was an added surprise!

    Sorry Gene. But, insulting your customers just makes you look bad and unprofessional. My 20+ year old "jalopy" or "jalopies," look new and cleaner than most 3 to 5-year old cars, because I actually take a LOT of care maintaining them. Going back to Seidners repeatedly over and over has mostly been due to "warranty issues" with your work- ie paint cracks, warped paint surfaces, orange peel, doors falling off, and other issues resulting from faulty repairs. Otherwise, I hardly have the time or desire to keep bothering you... But, since you clearly cannot do the repairs right the first time that actually "last" a lifetime without paint cracking, fading, orange-peeling every 5 years, then naturally you'll be hearing from customers every 5 years when your paint jobs fail and crack and peel etc, And, you also insult your customers for pointing out such failures rather than actually seriously looking into remedying the issues.     I am so thankful to Darren who made the traumatic experience less stressful. It's so easy to make appointment and I got quote and job done in a week. Darren would call and update me of progress and even surprised me with early repairs. Thank you for professional repair. My car looks new- they even washed my car and vacuumed. From front desk to Darren, i am completely satisfied . thank God Mercury insurance referred me to them,

    Unfortunately, had to get my car fixed after a minor accident. Fortunately, my appointment was with Jeovani. Jeovani was extremely communicative and kind throughout our interactions. It was my first time getting a more extensive repair done and he took the time to answer all my questions and was always very transparent about the processes. They even helped me with booking a rental for a good price. Holly was very kind as well and Du did a great job on my car. When I got it back both the interior and exterior were the nicest my car has been in a while! Couldn't recommend this place more, their service was wonderful.

    I had an amazing experience with this body shop from start to finish! Amazing customer services, communication, quick and over all great. When I first called, I asked if they could work on my 2025 Camry and explained my hesitations and concerns. They immediately connected me with Jeovani, the General Manager, who was incredibly helpful and transparent. He worked with me and my insurance balancing cost and quality. They got my car into the shop right away. I dropped it off on 6/17, and even though the estimated completion date was 6/30, my car was ready for pick up on 6/25! they also washed and vacuumed my car. I always received communications regarding updates. They also provided a shuttle after drop off and for pick up. I would absolutely recommend this body shop every single time. Their service, communication, and care were top-notch!

    My insurance referred me to this collision center after I was rear ended and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was helped by Jeovani and he was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. The work looks incredible and my car looks brand new. They were able to complete the work five days earlier than originally planned and were able to deliver it to my house. I hope to never have to go back but definitely recommend bringing your car here.

    Terrible service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS…read more I brought my 2020 Prius in for front undercarriage damage. Estimator Adrian gave me a written estimate of $2,000 and promised to call the next day. He never called. Not the next day, not the day after. When I called Friday, he said he'd call back -- he didn't. Monday morning he texted saying he'd call in 30 minutes -- he didn't. I finally reached him Monday afternoon and had to ask for his supervisor, Sandra F., just to get things moving. After holding my car for a full week without providing an estimate, Adrian finally called with a figure of $8,600.94 -- more than four times the original estimate, with no explanation for the delay or the dramatic difference. When my insurance company arranged a tow for a second estimate, Sandra F. attempted to charge me $1,200 in "storage fees" -- for a car that sat there for 8 days largely because Adrian failed to respond to my calls and texts. Additionally, Adrian told me the Enterprise rental would be $30/day. It was actually $47.99/day. I had to extend the rental due to their delays, so this discrepancy cost me real money. To summarize the documented issues: - A week-long delay in providing an estimate despite repeated follow-up - Unanswered calls and texts from Adrian - A $1,200 storage fee attempt for delays they caused - Misrepresented rental car rate ($30 vs. $47.99/day) - A final estimate more than 4x the original written quote I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again and strongly caution others to get everything in writing before leaving your car here.
