Got rear-ended in my 2018 G63 and, after calling around, a friend referred me to PUR Collision Center with Alex. Best decision I made in the whole ordeal. He is a G Wagon specialist. The repair itself is flawless, panel gaps, paint match, everything lines up like it came off the line that way. On a G-Wagon that's not a given; plenty of shops will happily take a swing at one and hand you back something that's almost right. This isn't that. But the part that really made the difference was the insurance side. Dealing with the at-fault carrier is normally a part-time job you didn't apply for, endless calls, lowball estimates, supplements that go nowhere. Alex handled all of it. He knew exactly what to push back on and how to document it, and I basically just got updates instead of headaches. Zero fighting on my end. He also does diminished value reports, which I didn't even know was a thing I should be asking about. A car like this loses real money on paper just from having an accident on the record, and he walked me through recovering that. If you've been hit and nobody's mentioned diminished value to you, ask him about it. Bonus: the man knows the local food scene better than most people who write about it for a living. Ask him where to eat while you're waiting, I got better recommendations there than from any app. Highly recommend. Ask for Alex. read more

Extremely quick and professional, I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I was really nervous when I needed a repair because I'm used to being highballed on pricing and services. Alex was amazing and explained what needed to be done, at a super reasonable price compared to other shops nearby. They fixed my cracked grill and bumper no problem within a day of drop off, which amazed me because as a Mini owner i'm always used to being without my car for a week since they always have to order the parts. I will be coming here for literally everything in the future as long as they can make it happen! read more

Great work at a great price! The finished product was truly showroom quality and delivered right on schedule, exactly as promised. These guys don't mess around--they repaired my bumper and made it look absolutely perfect. The paint finish was laid down so smoothly that it didn't even require color sanding. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are outstanding. Highly recommended! read more

It's hard for me to trust auto repair shops because I question their integrity on the cost of repair and also whether they will do a good job or not. All the great reviews I read on yelp were right about Alex and his team. Alex is transparent by walking me through what needs to be repaired and showing me on the computer screen how much each item would cost. He gave me an estimate of when my car will be finished and kept true to his word on the timeframe. They did an amazing job on fixing my car and I appreciate the quality of their work and the reasonable cost of repair. He is someone I can trust to fix my car, which is rare to come by. Definitely recommend! read more

Took my Subaru Ascent to PUR after an accident. It was the second time I took my car there for work needing to be done on my car. The first time I came was for a rear door. They did a really good job and their work was top Notch. I was so happy the first time, I decided to take my car there again for a front end damage. They fixed all the damage and I never had an issues with contacting them. They provided excellent service. read more

Alex and his team at PUR Collision Center have restored my faith in good, honest people! First of all, the pricing is probably the best in any area, the service and response time was also amazing and fast. I really can't recommend this company enough. I was worried being a woman calling in and getting unfair service or trying to get upsold but they provided quality, honest service and I'm so grateful I found them! You won't be disappointed if you go with PUR Collision and you won't have to go to another body shop again!! Thank you Alex! read more

Alex and his team were all very friendly. I had some small scratches around my car which he offered to try and buff for free. While the deeper scratches couldn't be buffed a lot of the other ones are completely gone. read more

Had a great experience with PUR collision! Had some minor damage to my fiancé's front bumper, an unfortunate tussle with a parking stop popped the front bumper out of place. Sent pictures to shop through Yelp, got a quote saw me the next business day, and they fixed it in less than 30 mins. Damage was minor and it was a 10 y/o car so we didn't need a perfect job, but it came out great, bumper is back in place and we are super happy we came here. Very reasonably priced considering it was minor and they fixed it so quick! Very honest shop! Hopefully I don't need more body work done but let's be real it's LA and stuff happens, I will definitely come back here because I trust this shop! read more

I had scratches on the driver side and I opened up a project on yelp. Everyone was quoting me $400+ and Alex replied back and told me to go in and they can buff it out for me for free. It literally took him less than 5 mins and people out there are trying to charge me $400+. I highly recommend this body shop as they are honest and not try to rip you off. read more

Last night I reached out to PUR to receive a quote for my front bumper that was hanging off. While competitors were quoting hundreds of dollars, Alex only quoted me $50. I had to reread the text over and over to make sure I was seeing straight. The shop is also flexible and I was able to come in the next morning, making it easy to come despite my work schedule. The whole repair took only about 15 minutes, and Alex was gracious in explaining the repair and what possible solutions might be. At the end, he said it was on the house since it was my first visit. I've been dreading making this repair for almost two years, and I feel a massive weight off my shoulders due to PUR. I literally asked him to give me a hug afterwards because I was that moved. I am incredibly grateful to PUR and their team, specifically for their transparency and compassion. I will make sure to recommend PUR to all of my friends and family, the service and care is incomparable. I believe in humanity again because of this experience. read more

I came by after my vehicle was in a minor accident and had one of the most amazing experiences with any body shop. I had an accident and contacted them and they immediately started the process of my repair with my insurance agency. Art was super efficient in taking me out the hassle with them and I delivered my car to them and they gave me a rental FREE while my car was being repaired. When it was ready I picked up my car and also met with the owner Victor who thanked me for my business and gave my card for future (don't want that...lol) needs and to tell others. Art and Victor made an unfortunate situation much more bearable and pleasant! The day before I picked my car another guy was in the gas station talking about having to get his Tesla repaired and I didn't hesitate to tell him to contact Euro Collision Center with the biggest smile on my face. These guys were great! The paint on my 2011 mini cooper hood started cracking and chipping, plus a few other blemishes. I was quoted $1800 before I took her in, but once assessed in person the price actually went down to $1000. He buffed out some of the surface scratches for free. He only repainted the hood and driver side mirror and she looks shiny and new again! Very professional and worked me in quickly. Highly recommend! read more

I've run into a series of issues with a couple cars over the years, and each time, I've taken them to PUR. To say Alex and Art are good at what they do is an understatement--they always go above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly and thoroughly, even when annoying insurance claims and adjusters are making their lives extra difficult. They're quick to take on the jobs, fast to coordinate with suppliers, and enjoyable to interact with during times that can be particularly stressful. If you're looking for a shop that is detail-oriented and has your best interest in mind, I couldn't recommend this spot any more. Thank you to the entire team here, I appreciate y'all! read more

11/10 if I could. Fastest communication, lowest quote based on picture of damage that needed to be buffed out. PUR Collision Center is that spot! I reached out to get a quote for a scratch on my new whip! They were so welcoming and invited me over for a quick buffer "free" of charge! Even after I decided to just get the free buffering and a little touch up paint they were still very nice and genuine and treated me with respect! I definitely will come here again but I hope I don't need to if you know you what I mean... Thanks PUR!!! read more

I just left PUR Collision Center after Alex helped me take out the scratch from the front right side of my car after I scratched it on another vehicle while backing into a parking spot. When he saw the pictures I sent him, he offered to buffer for free to see if that would do the job, so I went. I saw the positive reviews on Yelp so I decided to give them a try. It took Alex one minute to start buffering, and he got out the scratches. Then he said to me that my scratches were actually on the PPF that I applied to the front of my car when I purchased it years ago and that my car is actually in perfect shape, that the scratches were just on the film. And just like that, I left the shop in less than ten minutes without being charged ridiculous amount that other shops were trying to charge me. I'll say this about PUR: you can trust them. They were honest from the beginning, and did not charge me anything unnecessary. As I drove to the shop, I saw a lot of different collision centers, but I'm writing to let everyone know PUR in Glendale is honest and will do things right. Thank you, Alex, for your honesty and great service! read more

I highly recommend PUR collision center! My Alfa Romeo was rear ended and they did an incredible job handling the insurance company and making it look like nothing ever happened. I originally tried to go through one of State Farm's approved body shops, but they were super dismissive and told me they probably couldn't get the parts for a month a least and they (other body shop) wanted a deposit from me! They also said my car was drivable - bumper was smashed into the muffler and touching it. I showed them this and then they offered to take the bumper off and I could drive around - unreal and illegal. Anyway, I went to PUR and they advocated for me with the insurance company. Said my car could not be driven due to fire hazard with the bumper and muffler (totally correct). I got a rental and was comfortable thanks to them while they perfectly repaired the car. They even made the State Farm appraiser come to them so they could have them see all the damage and fix it properly. They fixed it fast and I am so happy with their work. I highly recommend this body shop and if I need a body shop again, I will be going to them 100%. Thanks guys. You are the best and extremely honest! read more

Alex is the real deal. Took my 03 accord into the shop this morning to help with some damage from a hit and run. I told him I didnt need anything fancy and that I wasn't too concerned with making things perfect since it's an older car. Will definitely be coming back here in the future. Great place with great integrity. read more

PUR Collision center is a great body shop for all your car's repair needs, big or small. Alex responded immediately to my Yelp message and quoted me a much fairer price than all other shops. I showed up as the shop was opening and he was professional, fast and did an amazing job with repairing and replacing the damage my car had (broken side mirror). I highly recommend them for their timely work, fair prices and overall great service! read more

Let me start by telling you how to judge your car repair. Look down the side from the front and rear light. Are the panels straight and in line? Check the gaps on the doors and hood. Are they even not wide at the bottom or narrow at the top Etc. Check the paint match in the sunlight not indoors. Look for overspray, runs and orange peel in the paint. Make everything works like window sprayers, mirrors et . My experience at PUR was an outstanding on each of these metrics. The paint match was excellent considering this is an outdoor car eight years old It was really excellent repair, replacing two doors and a minor dent. The price was worth what I paid but not too expensive or inexpensive. Fair considering the high quality of work. It was promised in a week and done on time. In short, I couldn't be happier with PUR. read more
