I found Prime Time Collision after I decided to wrap part of my door around a post at the grocery store. I contacted Art through Yelp after I saw how many great reviews they had especially with how many body shops are in the area. I met with Art and he went over the damage and the options I had. I appreciate the fact that he was honest and upfront about the process and the repairs. He mentioned that I would need a whole new outer shell to the door because the damage was too extensive. I figured since I was there anyways I would have my front bumper redone as well. I dropped off my truck on a Tuesday and was suppose to pick it up a week later aft3r coming back into town. Unfortunately there was an issue during the shipping of the door and Art was honest and upfront about it and even apologized for an issue that was outside of his control. That delayed the process a few more days but in the end the truck came out amazing and they even provided a complete detail of the outside and inside. All in all the the experience was an overall great experience from the professionalism, the honesty, the price and the overall quality.
