Todd was amazing throughout the entire process of my repair! We have a very tight garage and scratched up the entire rear door on the concrete pole, causing some massive damage. I hit up numerous auto body shops and got various quotes. Todd gave one of the most reasonable estimates right off the bat. This was all via yelp photos and videos. When I was deciding between a couple of places that also had great reviews and similar initial estimates, I decided to bring the car in to some shops so they could give me firm numbers on what the cost would be. It is hard to evaluate the extent of the damage just from the photos. As expected, the initial photos I sent didn't do the damage justice and the quotes I had received on yelp were all increased. One place DOUBLED their initial quote. However, Todd's quote only increased to a few hundred more plus he was the ONLY one to fully explain why the change and exactly what work was required to repair each bit of damage. I take pride in my ability to read a person and Todd gave me good vibes right off the bat, that were solidified as we talked more during the drop off/inspection. As a woman going into an auto body shop it's easy to be dismissed as someone who knows nothing about cars and would have zero idea if they were being ripped off or taken advantage of. I did not worry about this at all with Todd! He was not playing any games, and he made it super clear he is just someone who genuinely loves cars and treats his work on them like an artist would a painting. The car came back as good as new (truly haven't seen it look this good since I bought it 4 years ago). I have an Acura MDX that is 22 years old and he has kept it going without having had another engine put in and I am so pleased with him. I am an 80 year-old woman with little money and he has kept the cost low for me because he knows what I am going through physically. He works on everyone's cars in Santa Ana at the City Hall. He has FBI agents that come in and have their cars done. He is a wonderful man and I trust him completely. He has over 30 years experience and he works on all different makes and models. Todd and Eddie did a fantastic custom job on my brand new Ioniq 6 debadge. Some car emblems are just stuck onto the car, but for some makes and models they are glued into inlet so removing them leaves a mold that needs to be filled, leveled, and ultimately paint matched. This is quite an expensive job to have done if you don't decide to short cut it. Since my car was brand new there was a lot of things to consider when removing the front bumper assembly and performing the job. Ultimately the job Todd and Eddie performed was almost flawless, I can see the outline of where the badge used to bez but it has to be from a very specific angle and it really can't be seen otherwise. For the price I paid, I thought it couldn't have been better, all my electronics and sensors in the front are still working and so are the lights. I was most worried about problems arising from the reassembly but they made sure my worries were for naught. Shop around but I bet you'll be coming back here to get custom work done. Outside of the work done, Todd is also a great person and has a very comforting attitude about life. It made me feel reassured leaving my car with him. Eddie seems like a great person too! I needed to get my 20 year old Black Lexus painted because time and the sun had oxidized my paint. I made a list of 5 body shops to visit and since Super Auto Body Shop was at the top of my list due to it's 5.0 Yelp rating, I went there first. Eddie inspected my car carefully, pointing out the prep work that would be required besides the paint job. Eddie was very energetic and genuinely interested in doing the job. He spotted some items that needed to be fixed besides the paint job and said he would take care of it. That really impressed me that he looked at my car and told me how he could make it spectacular as if he were the owner. He told me he loves his job, he loves what he does and I could feel his enthusiasm and passion. Then he gave me his quote and it was the best quote by far, much better than the 2 online quotes I received from 2 other body shops. I also mentioned that I needed new tires and the driver's seat re-upholstered and he said he could take care of it so I said "Great!" He gave me the revised quote to cover those 2 additional items and it put a smile on my face so I said "we have a deal." Before doing my job interviews, I had done my homework by reading reviews and looking at the posted job- completed pictures. I felt confident that Eddie would do a fantastic job and that is what I got, a beautiful, jaw=dropping paint job, repaired seat and a new set of tires with the brand name I wanted. Eddie mentioned that the tires were on backorder for over a month but he pulled his magic to get those tires the next morning. That's something the average customer would not be able to do. I have an Audi a6. While parking I went over the front curb and when I back up, my front bumper got stuck and came off. The parking sensors came out and there were wires hanging all over the place. I found Super Auto Body Shop right next to where this incident happened. I met with Todd and he told me that all the hinges were broken and the bumper would need to be replaced. Since I had to be somewhere, he was able to work his magic and with a couple to tweaks, he was able to put the same bumper back on. I asked him how much I owe him and he refused to take any money. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help me. I have been to lots of auto mechanics and body shops through out my life but this guy (Todd) is from another world. He put the customer needs first and didn't charge me a single penny while spending at least 45 mins to put a broken bumper back on the car. Though I know this is temporary, I have been driving the car for two weeks now and the bumper is on pretty snug. I am definitely going back to Todd to get the bumper properly fixed.
