I highly recommend this shop. They are beyond honest and do great work. I recently had a tree fall in my car and break the moonroof glass. The estimate was $1190.00. When I told the boss that we're basically just driving this car until it drops and then will be donating it and was wondering if there was a way to just keep the rain out he suggested getting used parts. He hopped on his computer and found a moonroof in Bakersfield for $100.00. He only charged me $45.00 for the install for a total of $145.00. I gave them a bit more. They so deserve it. read more

I have a 15+ year old Toyota that I really don't mind getting scratched, dented, cracked... But was involved in a fender bender today that left my bumper broken and dangling. OMG - If you need a repair go NO WHERE else - these are your guys! I called yesterday about a problem with my seat that I have been trying to get fixed for weeks. Th 1st person I spoke to wasn't sure so called jack to the phone to assist me. Based on my explanation Jack spent time researching my make, model, and possible parts/expenses before inviting me in. When I arrived Jack quickly assessed the situation and in 5 minutes had my seat in working order. He went waaaaaaay beyond what anyone else had AND .... wouldn't accept any payment, what? Also if that wasn't enough, he invited me to come back in if I had any further trouble and he would adjust it for me :-). My sunroof had been leaking forever and wasn't opening and closing properly. I called and Jack said he'd have to look at it to see if he can fix it. I drove over. Jack worked on getting the roof to open and then cleared the drains and sunroof tracks. He spent at least half an hour helping me. Then he water tested it when he was done. He said if it leaked again when it rains, to come back. When I asked how much I owed him, he said, "Nothing. Happy New Year." I had had a horrible morning. Needless to say, he totally made my day. I came here to get my car fixed after an accident. The car had to replace the airbag, seat belts, manual and other parts. For liability reasons they told me the parts would need to be bought new on some of it. Other parts they said they were gonna try to find used parts to reduce the cost. I'm from Chicago visiting relatives in Burbank. I was out shopping-driving a relatives car-and damaged the frame of the driver's side mirror. I was desperate to get it repaired before I returned it. I stopped by the first auto body shop I saw; they tried to fix it, but quickly realized that they didn't have the right tool. They told me to go to B&B (which was just a couple of blocks away) and they would have the tool , and would repair it for me. So, on my way to B&B, I decided to stop by another body shop that was in route. The guys at this shop tried very, very hard to repair the mirror, but they finally realized that they didn't have the tool needed to repair the mirror either. So. they also recommended that I go to B&B Auto Body Works and ask for Jack...They said (like the first shop) that they would have the right tool. AND THEY DID! Jack had the right tool, and he repaired the mirror!! And he didn't charge me anything! You have to be a Top of The Line body repair shop to be respected and recommended by your competitors! Well, I'm grateful to all the body shops involved with this mirror repair experience. What a relief. I'm happy, and I'm recommending B&B to anyone in need of auto repair service. My bumper came off when I was driving so I used duct tape to hold it together. I met Jack and found out he owns a body shop so told him about my problem. He said it might just need a screw and he would take care of it for free. Then we found out I need a new bracket so he ordered it for me and let me know he received it the next day. He said I can take my car in any time and when I did, he started working on it right away. The duct tape had been on there for months so it left a lot of yellow and white residue on the car and it looked really bad. Jack tried to get it off with paint thinner and didn't work. Then he tried another substance and also didn't work. Then he tried gasoline and completely removed everything and my car looked brand new. He charged me half of what it normally costs and I was very happy with the service and effort he put in. I wish I knew Jack earlier and how affordable it was to fix so I wouldn't have had to drive around with the duct tape holding up the bumper.
