After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. He's been telling me that the scar cannot be removed and you will still see it. What is the point to fix it then? He charged me $145 for one small little chip ( including his travel fee) when he doesn't even have a shop anyway. I told him that I am not happy about the results, but HE SAID HE IS SO HAPPY ABOUT IT. HE WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. I guess He doesn't care about the customers, but only his feelings. Years later and this business is still one of the best Auto shops I have been too. I came back here after someone hit my car and did not leave their information. I had been to several other places close to where I live, (Pasadena), but the prices were ridiculous. I remembered Chase and figured it would be worth getting in contact with them. I called them and told them what happened. They asked if I could take pictures and send it to them, so I did. Within hours I received a quote. They did let me know that once they see my vehicle the price might fluctuate. I am realistic and know sometimes pictures don't reveal what has happened underneath the vehicle. Flash forward to taking my car in. I cannot express how impressed I was with their customer service. They had my car done in 5 days! The price was still SO MUCH better than the quotes I had received from other places. I am VERY happy with their work. I recommend this place to any one looking for an honest place of work, and a place where they make it happen and really work with you to make sure you are satisfied and happy with their work. read more

I was involved in an accident, So I looked up a few auto repair shops in my neighborhood and I came across Chase. It was close to my house so I decided to take my car in for an appraisal. The guy who help me, Adam was really knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly. He told me how long it would take and what needed to be replaced and what could be used. I sensed his honesty and really appreciated the fact he did not try to scam me like most other shops. I left my car there for repairs because the price he gave me was reasonable. After I picked up my car I was truly impressed with the work they had done. I recommend them to everybody. Their work is great, their prices are great, and the customer service was outstanding. At Hyperion Collision Center the man who helped me told me that my front fender and bumper had to be replaced, then called someone on the phone to get the prices for the new parts and labor. His estimate was more than the book value of my 15-year-old car. At Rick's Auto Body, Kevin examined the damage carefully and said both parts could be repaired--the fender would be removed to straighten out a dent and replaced, the bright yellow scrape marks could be buffed out, and the bumper would be repainted. Kevin explained in detail what would need to be done and warned me that the results might not be perfect but the car would look OK. The estimate he worked out for parts and labor was about 25% of the estimate from the other shop. I picked up my car from Rick's right on schedule, and the fender and bumper look perfect. I hope I won't need a body shop again, but if I ever do I'll go straight to Rick's Auto Body!

After quite an extensive search, I found this place with tons of pictures of EV work done including Mach-E, Tesla, and a few others. So I brought my Taycan here. Even though it was a minor cosmetic damage, their service from start to finish was super painless and easy to work with. The scheduling coordinator (Catherine) reached out to me soon as I designated them as my desired shop from the insurance company's database. The initial assessment (Robert/Vartan) were professional accompanied by explanation of the process and estimated repair time. All throughout the repair process, I received multiple updates both from the scheduling coordinator and the automated system. In the end, the car was done ahead of schedule. The paint matching was spot on from what I can tell. Everyone in the office was professional, friendly, and most of all, they took care of all the paper work and back-and-forth with at-fault party's insurance company so I didn't have to do anything other than picking up the car. Even though it was a minor cosmetic damage this time, I would still recommend this place to others.
