I thought because of the level of the damage I would have to wait well over a week for it to be repaired, but it only took about 5 full business days/1 weekend (if they were even working on it over the weekend, I don't think they were). They even cleaned it after the repair was done and waited to do so until right before my pickup time so that it was spotless upon arrival. They were flexible with the payment method (Armen let me use Zelle) and overall it was a great experience. Some constructive feedback is that I didn't see anyone working there wearing a mask. Also, we should probably refrain from handshaking during the pandemic.
