Armen at Glendale Collision is fantastic! It is a family run business that genuinely cares, and treats your car like it's their own. They fixed a long, deep scratch on my car door, and went the extra mile to fix some other old blemishes so the door looked good as new after they were done with it. They even shuttled me to my home and back so I didn't have to pay for an Uber. THANK YOU Armen, and Glendale Collision! read more

Great and fast service. Helped to fix our smart car after small accident. Looks like new now

My car was damaged pretty badly via a fender bender. I thought because of the level of the damage I would have to wait well over a week for it to be repaired, but it only took about 5 full business days/1 weekend (if they were even working on it over the weekend, I don't think they were). Glendale Collision Center worked lightening fast - even my insurance company was taken by surprise..! Thank you Armen + the team for not only fixing the damage but also cleaning my car from the inside out &, most importantly to me, making my time feel respected & even lifting my spirits a bit during this hard time. Although I hope I don't experience another accident again anytime soon... Whenever that day may come will definitely be returning here. read more

Poor job performance. 1 issue after another. Returned to shop many times to fix issues. Discover other hidden issue later days. Troublesome.

Glendale Collision Center is a PREMIER body shop! The quality of their work is second to none. The last time my car looked so good was the day I bought it! And the icing on the cake is Armen treats you like a VIP. Had a great experience with CarGeeks. I was stuck and stressed, but they showed up quickly and handled everything professionally. The driver was friendly, careful with my car, and explained what was going on instead of rushing through it. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises. If you ever need a tow, I'd definitely recommend CarGeeks -- reliable, efficient, and actually cares about their customers. read more

I sent photos of the damage on my Tesla Model Y Juniper through Yelp, received a quote, and dropped off my car. They repaired the front bumper and fender just as promised, and even finished a bit earlier than the 4-day estimate--so I was able to pick up my car sooner than expected. From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth. Also, the work they have done to my brand new Tesla was awesome! I just want to say thank you again to Armen for the great service! If you're currently looking for an auto body shop, I highly recommend sending photos of the damage and requesting a quote through Yelp. You'll probably get a quick response. I actually messaged them on a Sunday evening just to try, and to my surprise, I got a reply right away and was able to schedule the drop-off for the next day. read more

I'm very happy with the work Glendale Collision Center did on my Honda. I needed a new front bumper cover and they sourced the part, painted it with the factory color and installed it, all within a few days. The paint is smooth and even, the color is a perfect match, and all the panel seams are straight. It looks like new from the factory. The price for their work was very fair, and they even washed my car and cleaned the interior. I'll definitely use this body shop if I ever need more work on my car. read more

I got rear-ended and the other person's insurance brought my car to Glendale collision Center, and I am SO happy they did. The insurance(s) were giving me a hard time from the start, totaled vs not-totaled, etc, but throughout the whole process, the one person I could count on for clear communication every single step of the way was Armen. His response time was immediate and he worked with me and the insurance company to ensure that I was being treated fairly in this process. He really was so much more than just someone working on my car and/or arranging the repairs, he was my advocate when it came to dealing with the business end of the insurance dealings and I have nothing but gratitude and thankfulness for him and everybody at GCC that brought my car back to life! These guys are awesome. I had some deep scratches on my Mercedes C300 from being side swiped. Brought it in because this body shop is nearby my work. Vic, Armen and Ron were very transparent and professional the entire time. When I came in they walked me through how they would work with insurance on my behalf. They gave me an estimate of 4 weeks to make the repairs and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They ended up getting it done ahead of schedule. The car looks brand new again. I think I got about 8 different quotes, driving to each body shop and not only did Armen give me one of the very best quotes but he was the most honest and authentic person I'd spoken to. I knew immediately this was where I wanted to have the work done and sure enough they did an incredible job for a price that you honestly won't find at any other reputable shop. Plus they give you a lifetime guarantee. It doesn't get much better service than that. I put the leg work in and found Glendale Collision Center to be THE best place from Silver Lake to Glendale. So let me save you the time and effort and take my recommendation! read more

Had work done on my bumper, door and side panel on my VW Golf GTI. Unfortunately I had raised the deductible on my insurance, so I had to find a place that could give me a good, fair price on cash work. Upon reading reviews I stoped by this shop. Armen gave me a quote in two minutes and set the expectation for the duration of the labor. He was super genuine and upfront, gave me his personal number, and answered any questions thoroughly and right away. I got my car back in a week, exactly when he had said. My car was like new, and spotless on pickup as well. Hope I don't have to get any more work done, but need be, I will be coming back here. Thoroughly recommend! read more

Armen and his team did a great job on my VW Jetta after it was swiped on the front bumper and headlamp. They even cleaned it after the repair was done and waited to do so until right before my pickup time so that it was spotless upon arrival. They were flexible with the payment method (Armen let me use Zelle) and overall it was a great experience. Some constructive feedback is that I didn't see anyone working there wearing a mask. Also, we should probably refrain from handshaking during the pandemic. Lastly, some of the employees were smoking cigarettes right in front of the office doors and it made being in there uncomfortable. read more

Got rear ended and chose this shop due to other yelp reviews. I was not disappointed! Armen was extremely helpful and was easy to reach for any inquiries. Really honest, down to earth guys at this place. My car came back looking like new! I hope to never need to come back here due to accident, but I am glad to know that they are around if that is the case. I will definitely refer them to friends/family, and whoever is reading this review right now. read more

I can't say enough about these guys. Vic and Armen are fantastic! Top notch customer service and always willing to answer any questions. The job took a little longer then expected but it was definitely worth the wait. During the entire process Armen would send progress pics and keep me up to date with how things were going. I am a very meticulous person so when I went to pick up my vehicle I was skeptical that the job would live up to my expectations. Surprisingly I was pleasantly surprised. Armen and Vic greatly exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I chose Glendale Collision center. Thanks again to Vic and Armen. You guys are awesome!!!! read more

Unfortunately a shopping center post did battle with the driver side back fender of our red 2014 Cadillac SRX. Desiring to have the repair done outside of my insurance company, I visited Glendale Collision on a Saturday morning and Adam provided a very reasonable estimate, compared to 3 other Glendale body shops. I toured their very clean facility with the latest paint booth and was most impressed. Adam offered an attractive cash offer and provided his personal cell phone if we had any questions. Monday morning, we decided to go with them and brought the car in for repair. Armen met us and promised completion in a weeks time. We received texts update and on Sat morning we picked up our car looking like new and even detailed spotlessly clean. Great Job Adam and Armen. Thanks much. read more

I snagged the rear bumper of my Toyota Yaris on the pole next to my parking space. I brought my car to Armen at the Glendale Collision Center the day before Thanksgiving. Armen was able to provide two estimates, depending on my budget. Both were extremely fair. And the car was fixed the morning after Thanksgiving! Highest possible recommendation!!! UPDATE - I once again snagged my bumper (stupid parking space!) but Armen was able to get me in early and my car was fixed in time for me to make it to work without being late. The rate was incredibly fair, and while I hope not to have to come back any time soon, I will definitely return the next time I ding my car. Once again, Highest Possible Recommendation!!! read more
