The guys here at this shop do a wide array of upgrades and work, and if it's something they don't offer on the location they have regional shops that they work with regularly (ex: Leather interior work). The communication, which when you are getting work done on your primary mode of transportation is key, has been consistent and complete. I can always get ahold of someone and they will have the information I need. The quality of work thus far has been top notch, and if I get quotes from another shop to do certain work, I contact these guys to see if they can possibly match it since the work has been high-level so far. I was involved in an accident, and I was referred to CCM by a friend. After speaking with them, I made an appointment and took my car in for repairs. They handled everything with my insurance company and made it a very easy and painless process for me. After I picked up the vehicle, I inspected it throughly because it is a lease and I must give it back. They showed me receipts of all the parts that were replaced, were original from Chevy. My insurance company did not pay for original parts but CCM explained the price difference was not too much so they opted to put oem parts because it is better quality and fitment. I've been working on a restoration project of an 72' Honda motorcycle and was looking for someone to put the final aesthetic touches on the project through a clean paint job on the tank and side covers. I spent countless hours working on this project and was hesitant to have anyone else touch it, but knew I couldn't get the quality I was looking for doing it myself. CCM exceeded my expectations and set my mind at ease. Right from the start they worked with me to find the perfect color and design I was looking for and fixed a few dents on the tank while they were at it!
