I was able to obtain the info I needed and make my appointment via email without issues. When I took my car in, Hannah was very friendly and offered advice on damper settings. The mechanic, Wilson, noticed that the bushings on the compliance and lateral links were shot. He took the time show me how they looked and they were able to swap them out during my visit as to save time and money on getting another alignment in the near future. Overall great experience. I went here yesterday to have my 2023 Tesla model Y suspension upgraded to the Tein Z Coilovers for a more comfortable ride since I have a newborn and our car ride has been horrendous and noticeable on LA streets and highways. I was quoted a very fair price by paying with Zelle way better than a local shop around me so I made the 1 Hour Dr. out here because of all the positive reviews. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours but I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to wait for 2 1/2 hours. When I was ready to leave the only thing I could think of was to take one photo to post to review that photo would be of the bathroom which for customers is immaculate and clean for a shop bathroom let alone any bathroom that serves customers. They get it right every time and my car feels pretty much like new again. Also have one of the cheapest and accurate alignments vs other stores. Easily the best spot to get your Tesla serviced with routine maintenance and any aftermarket upgrades. The team here at P3X is incredibly knowledgeable about all Tesla vehicles, and they have fair pricing. They are courteous, friendly, answer any questions (no matter how dumb), and are incredibly responsive. This is all before you even commit to going with their shop. They even took me to their back garage while my car was lifted up and showed me the problem areas of my vehicle (it's a 7-year-old vehicle). No other location I know of willingly shows you the exact issues with your car. More often than not, they say you have "XYZ" problem, and you kinda have to trust them, but this team points out and explains the problem and its impact. I do not even go to Tesla service anymore unless it's for major in-warranty work (battery or drivetrain), which luckily hasn't happened yet. P3X team stands up to its reputation! Hannah and Wilson are highly knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. They are friendly and professional. They started working on MPP comfort non adjustable coilovers at around 9:30am and by 11:30am they were done. My Model Y LR (2022 older suspension) now has a noticeably smoother ride and improved handling (turns and cornering are more confident) They even threw a nice promotion for the installation and made me even happier. The vehicle now glides over minor to moderate road imperfections on streets and on freeways. The experience resembles BMW suspensions where it "eats up" potholes, cracks and ridges. Now, the vehicle is still bouncy when you go over speed bumps - this is vehicle geometry issues. This product can't correct that, but it does reduce "head tossing" and your rear passenger will be happier. "Crashing" experience is almost gone, but the ride is still firm and noise is still there when you run into a larger pothole, but harshness is minimized since you have actual dumping now :), don't expect Mercedes/Audi/Lexus ride though. If you are coming from MYP, you will notice even more significant improvements (since performance suspension is stiffer), but even with MYLR you will still benefit. Highly recommend! read more

I just replaced my wheels and tires and wanted to close the gap. I have never done any sort of suspension or lowering modifications before so I was not sure where to start. Initially I assumed, I just needed springs to lower the car but after reaching out to Hannah from P3X Performance she explained to me the different options I could look into. With this information I did a bit more research and reached out to Hannah with any questions that I had. She was responsive, patient and very knowledgeable. In the end after some back and forth with Hannah I landed on the Mountain Pass Performance Comfort Coilovers and Rear Camber Arms since aside from the ability to close the gap I could also improve the ride comfort. Hannah explained to me that it will be a two visit process, the first visit is for the install and car alignment and the second visit will be 100 miles later (or a month later) for the coilovers to settle in my car. After my first visit, I noticed some issues a day later and immediately reached out to address it with Hannah. She took accountability for the issue and came up with a solution to address it on my second visit. The second visit was quick, about one hour since I only needed to do an alignment. The only downside was I had to wait a bit longer to address the issue from my first visit but I am glad it was all taken care of. A good friend just took delivery of his m3p in late february and began modding shortly after. I had been eyeing MPP coilovers for the past year since I wasn't exactly thrilled with the stock suspension. I was sold after my buddy took me around the block after Wilson installed everything. I was originally torn between the comfort vs the sport coilovers and after riding in my buddy's car, I knew the sports were the way to go. DM'ed Hannah via IG and ordered a set of the MPP sports along with rear camber arms. Also, requested that they put aside a HPS front skid plate as early model 3's had crappy paper like cover. I didn't want to call the Tesla Mobile service due to their unreliable and poor customer service. Fortunately I was able to find Parts3xpress to help me with my everyday Tesla needs! I was able to contact the shop owner Wilson through Instagram and asked him various questions though the chat feature in regards to repairs, pricing and even helping me to schedule an appointment. I was able to get my air filters replaced along with getting my cool underglow installed. Parts3xpress are well known within the Tesla community, often going to various Tesla meets and being involved within the community. The customer service is so great that one day one of my underglow lights became defective and Wilson was nice enough to replace it for me for free. I will be coming back to add additional modifications with Parts3xpress in the near future. This place is highly recommended because of their quality of work and professionalism.
