im usually very skeptical about other mechanic shops. esp for bmw shop. i got quote around the area and the price was leg and arm. I got a full refresh on my 2018 340i. car was overheating and misfiring last minute before i got here. i had to changed oil filter housing ,valve cover, old pipes, new inner cooler and many more. their were able to tackled all in within 1month or so and top of that parts was the longest wait. Note; their shop was insanely filled with other cars and insanely busy. Dropped the car off at 10 am, the man who was working, who looked like he had just woken up because the garage door was barely open and it was an hour into their supposed opening time. He said he could get it done in a couple hours. We checked in with him SEVERAL times during the day - he said it'd be done at 3:00 but he'd let us know when it was done. It was 4:15 pm and my girlfriend, whose car it is, had to leave for work. She tried to get in contact 3 more times, no answer, and then I tried got in contact with him another 3 times...no answer. He finally called me back saying oh ya the cars done come get it now...I get there at 4:30 pm and they're STILL WORKING ON THE CAR. Completely lied to me, and we had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for them to "finish" when they had the car the entire day. Not only that, they tried charging us $80 when the man initially said $65. I'm beyond frustrated. My girlfriend is going to be late for work. Never coming here again. VERY unprofessional service!!!
