One would take an hour, the other would take a 1/2 day because they're always busy. First time here, I requested a quote on yelp and received a response promptly. When I arrived, they told me to pull up my car after the person ahead of me went in. When I pulled my car in, they told me to wait on the side. I was a bit confused at first, I thought they had to ask me what I was in for. But then I saw them bring my car into the lift, and when I saw and heard the mechanics, who are like your average Asian uncles, I knew my car was in good hands lol. Not sure if they remembered I was coming in or everyone who comes in just gets full synthetic oil changes, but I confirmed with the uncle and he said "Yes yes I got you the good kind" I realized I also needed a tire rotation so I asked him if they could do it and they said no problem 25 bucks. And I said ok no problem. Everyone was super nice and friendly, and Tony was very informative. As soon as my car was lifted, one mechanic worked on the tires and one mechanic worked on the oil change. My car was back on the ground in 10 minutes. I've never had an oil change done this fast. Not sure if I actually even waited? Lol Everyone was very quick and efficient and I loved it. I don't live in the area anymore, but live about half an hour away. but I would definitely come back for my oil changes now. read more

Went to have my daughters car checked out this morning. Left car at 830 am. They said they would test drive it and call. At 1pm I called because I have not heard from them. They said they was going to check car and call me because they was busy. ( was not that busy when I left car) because I didn't hear from them I decided to go to shop and pick up car. They did not check my daughter car . Was left were I dropped it off. They have horrible customer service. Tony's used to be great. I've been coming here for years. Keyword: used to. My last visit was for a simple oil change. Somehow, that turned into a lesson in "how not to service a car." They used an impact drill instead of a ratchet to put the screws back on. As a result, my bolts for the oil filter and cover were over-tightened. On top of that, they only drained the oil and didn't even bother changing the oil filter. Yes. An "oil change" with no filter change. Unbelievable. This kind of careless work can seriously damage a vehicle. It shows zero professionalism and zero respect for customers. So no, I won't be back. Got a reasonable estimate from Tony on Yelp to swap out pads and rotors for the front axle on a 2014 Mazda3. This was the first time I didn't take the car to the dealership. My first impression wasn't all the great when I walked in at 1pm, it's quiet like post-a·poc·a·lyp·tic, where's everyone?!? I finally found someone looked like he was about to start lunch, he told me to wait outside! I managed to find a small room marked as "waiting room" without ac. Wthin 5 mins I already had like 3 mosquitoes bite! Only been couple minute, someone showed up and asked me what service I needed, I assume he is Tony because he acted like a boss. My car has been long overdue for oil change, I didn't drive it much so maybe 3k mileage in 1 year 8 months. I also need ac to be recharged. The service was completed in less than a hour. I appreciate how efficient and how affordable when I heard the price. I used to go to the dealer but feel like I just been paying extra for waiting room with ac/wifi and free drink!
