First time here, I requested a quote on yelp and received a response promptly. When I arrived, they told me to pull up my car after the person ahead of me went in. When I pulled my car in, they told me to wait on the side. I was a bit confused at first, I thought they had to ask me what I was in for. But then I saw them bring my car into the lift, and when I saw and heard the mechanics, who are like your average Asian uncles, I knew my car was in good hands lol. Not sure if they remembered I was coming in or everyone who comes in just gets full synthetic oil changes, but I confirmed with the uncle and he said "Yes yes I got you the good kind" I realized I also needed a tire rotation so I asked him if they could do it and they said no problem 25 bucks. And I said ok no problem. Everyone was super nice and friendly, and Tony was very informative. As soon as my car was lifted, one mechanic worked on the tires and one mechanic worked on the oil change. My car was back on the ground in 10 minutes. I've never had an oil change done this fast. Not sure if I actually even waited? Lol Everyone was very quick and efficient and I loved it. Tony's used to be great. I've been coming here for years. Keyword: used to. My last visit was for a simple oil change. Somehow, that turned into a lesson in "how not to service a car." They used an impact drill instead of a ratchet to put the screws back on. As a result, my bolts for the oil filter and cover were over-tightened. On top of that, they only drained the oil and didn't even bother changing the oil filter. Yes. An "oil change" with no filter change. Unbelievable. This kind of careless work can seriously damage a vehicle. It shows zero professionalism and zero respect for customers. So no, I won't be back. I finally found someone looked like he was about to start lunch, he told me to wait outside! I managed to find a small room marked as "waiting room" without ac. Wthin 5 mins I already had like 3 mosquitoes bite! Only been couple minute, someone showed up and asked me what service I needed, I assume he is Tony because he acted like a boss. My car has been long overdue for oil change, I didn't drive it much so maybe 3k mileage in 1 year 8 months. I also need ac to be recharged. The service was completed in less than a hour. I recieved same day service for my car and the price was incredibly reasonable. When I drove in, I was instructed what to do, signed paperwork, left my phone number. My car was ready in a few hours. They do not have a huge parking lot like a dealership or a waiting area with coffee and chairs; I was completely okay with that. They do have a restroom, not a fancy one, but it works. They use place mats to keep your carpet from getting dirty. There is a burger restaurant across the street, I did some of my waiting there. I purchased an ice cream cone.
