So happy to have found this place! I needed a tire repaired so I took it back to Costco where I bought the tires - it's supposed to be under warranty with free repairs - but instead they say it's not covered because I park in the sun (!?) and it can't be repaired - then tried to sell me 4 new tires! GTFOH! What a waste of my time. Then I called Crown City Tire in Pasadena who gave me the brush off, didn't have time, blah blah. Took it to Diamond Tire and they worked on it right away - done in 15 mins - $25! Nice guys and honest. They repair cars too so it looks like found my new place. read more

I had a slow leak in one tire, went to two repair shops and both told me there is nothing wrong. Diamond Tire Pros had a great Yelp rating, so I decided to give them a try. Staff was friendly, punctual and professional. They removed the wheel and found the leak was between the rim and the tire, I have chrome wheels and the chrome started to rust between the tire and the rim. They clean the rim, applied adhesive to the tire, car was ready in 1/2-hour, repair cost me $45. Very happy that I found this honest tire repair shop, will definitely recommend Diamond to my friends and family! read more

I am writing to provide a detailed account of my experience with Diamond Tire Pro Shop. My vehicle, a Mercedes-Benz, was totaled while in their care. When I returned to the shop at the time I had been told my car would be ready, I found that no work had yet begun. Only after I arrived back did they attempt to move the vehicle. It became immediately clear that the staff did not know how to properly operate the car. They left it in neutral (or gear), which caused it to roll forward directly into the gate in front of the shop, resulting in catastrophic damage. I personally witnessed this incident. I will be posting videos as evidence. In addition, the police were called, and an event number was filed. The body cam footage clearly shows the employees exiting the car without securing it, which directly caused the accident that totaled my vehicle. Despite these facts, the owner attempted to resolve the matter by offering me a $500 battery as compensation. This was not only wholly inadequate but also deeply unprofessional. To summarize: * My vehicle was destroyed while under the full responsibility of Diamond Tire Pro Shop. * I witnessed the negligent actions that led to the incident. * Video and police documentation exist to support my account. * The owner attempted to minimize the matter with an unreasonable offer rather than taking responsibility. This reflects an alarming lack of skill, accountability, and professionalism. For these reasons, I strongly caution anyone against entrusting their vehicle to this business. read more

I highly recommend this place. It was my first time there and I needed to have a tire plugged (not patch) due to a slow leak. The mechanic that helped me was very professional: straight to the point, no hassle, no nonsense and no delay; the job only took 15 minutes to complete. While I was waiting inside, the girl at the reception desk was very friendly and very helpful. She advised me of the many services they offered beyond tires. They do smog checks for $75. From the back of the business card she gave me, in addition to "tire & wheel" they also do: 1) Alignment 2) Oil & lube 3) Brakes 4) Suspension 5) Tune-up 6) Diagnostic While I was leaving after paying for the service, I asked the mechanic if he could inflated the tire to 40 psi. He said it's already done at 40. So after driving off about 3 blocks away, I checked the instrumentation on the car's dashboard to check the tire pressures and sure enough, the fixed tire was inflated to 40 psi. I have no idea how the mechanic knew but was pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness of the work. The price was reasonable too, $25. Overall a very good experience and plan to return in the future for other works that comes up, except oil changes. I've been going to Jiffy Lube (corner of Valley & Fremont) for over three decades and never had a problem. But future smog checks for sure as the guy I've been going to for over two decades had recently retired. Give these guys a try if you're near the city of Alhambra, CA. read more

I have been bringing my cars to Diamond Tire Pros for years although it recently came under new ownership. The service is still the same high quality, coming out to greet you, listen and understand the problem with your car, fix the problem the first time around, and only charge for the work actually done. What is different though are the new office renovations making it seem more like a business showcase rather than a repair shop. There one can sit and relax while waiting for work on the car to be finished. They specialize in high quality tires which wasn't an offering before and will probably be my consideration sometime in the future. read more
