Vehicle went in for maintenance work, and an AC inspection was added by request. When the shop advised the AC system was in sound working order service was authorized to recharge it. As it turned out after recharge it was found an AC component was not functioning properly, and the recharge was useless. The shop did not attempt to sell a costly AC repair or charge for the service, being they initially advised a go ahead. They simply called and said "as it turns out the AC needs a repair. We need to charge for the initial inspection but the estimate given for servicing is off the books. There will be no charge for that." And that was all. Not even a "well we can fix it at a good price," or whatever. And that is a good thing! Easy going, good communication, no pressure. I asked 'Do you do the repair at your shop?' And the reply was "sure. Just let us know. We can do that for you when you're ready." Car went in for timing belt, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, oil change. Car came out running the same as always. Very well, no issues. Good work, good honest shop.

I mentioned my mom's 2015 Lexus ES350 needed service for a road trip and a side mirror replacement. Simon told me he could service her car. Having seen his stellar reviews for many different makes of cars and using OEM parts, I decided to take a chance and brought my mom's car in for service. He found a used Lexus side mirror in the same paint color and replaced it for nearly half of what it would have cost at the dealership and better pricing than other body shops using an aftermarket part. The work he did was quick, precise, well priced and documented with photos. He even dropped me off at home since he needed to test drive the car and I only live 5 minutes away. I'm so pleased that I found a solid, responsive and economical local mechanic for both cars. I highly recommend King Kun Auto!

They told me I needed a full transmission replacement -- almost $9,000. I went to other shops, and the lowest quote I got was $3,800 to rebuild it, others between 6k and 6.5k, I honestly didn't know what to do. Then I found this transmission shop called Hi-Tech Transmission and decided to get one more opinion. Ever, the Technician; was very kind and took the time to explain things clearly. Instead of jumping straight into a major repair, he suggested that the issue might be caused by old, dirty transmission fluid, so We decided to try a fluid drain and replacement. After about 5 hours, he called me and said the issue was gone. I've been driving my car since then, and everything is working perfectly. No transmission problems at all. The total cost was only $400. What impressed me the most was his honesty. He could have easily charged me thousands like the others, but he didn't. That kind of integrity is rare. If you want someone who truly cares about helping you and not just making money, this is the place to go. Thank you so much Ever!! I will really appreciate your help.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my BMW to Bertone Motorsport and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and more importantly, honest and transparent! Nuron took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, and never push for unnecessary repairs or upsell services like some shops do. In fact, he did the exact opposite- after diagnosing my car and doing some research, he found that the failing parts should be covered under BMW warranty. He even went above and beyond of taking my car to the dealership service center, explaining the issue to them, and ensuring it would get covered under warranty. All thanks to his effort and honesty, I ended up getting my entire turbocharger replaced along with the adjacent components under warranty--something I never would have gotten if I had gone directly to the dealership. Additionally, there was a separate issue with my engine mounts that they did for a fraction of what the dealer quoted me for. Now my car drives like new! It's hard to find a mechanic who not only knows their stuff but also operates with true integrity. I couldn't be happier with the service I received-- they saved me a fortune and restored my car to drive like new. I'm so fortunate to have found them and will definitely be returning for all my future car needs. Highly recommended!
