It's been about two weeks since I took my car to Simon for multiple repairs, and my 2020 Mercedes GLE is as good as new! Initially, we suspected that my car had a leak because I received a "low coolant" warning while I was driving. Since it was late, Simon topped off my coolant so I could make it home (I live 5 minutes away). I dropped my car off early the next morning to Simon for an extensive diagnostic. He followed up with me in the afternoon regarding problems that he identified and provided me with a very fair quote to fix them. I bought some suspension parts for 2013 Nissan Versa, went to 3 other shops they said they could not remove the top bolts on the struts. Didnt want to touch them. Last shop recommend this shop. Simon said he can change out all the parts at I had no problem. Next day repairs were complete and at a fair price for labor. Few weeks later he did a transmission service, dropped the pan, cleaned the filter. Very reasonably priced, I looked everywhere!!! And i got alot of different answers, BS, some said this car has 2 filters, some said no filter, couldnt trust anyone else. Months after that i hit a bag of something on the fwy, smashed in my front bumper, radiator and AC condenser were bent, he replaced the radiator, fixed the condenser, and fixed all the broken parts with some kind of auto glue like a puzzle, saved me $100s, maybe $1000s.
