It's rare (unheard of, really) that I visit a business and leave with an experience that makes me sincerely wish for its longevity, but that's how I feel about EZ Tire Stop. I stopped by in the AM for an oil change. I didn't make an appointment beforehand or anything, but they were happy to accommodate. But as it turns out, it was quite early for an oil change and I didn't need it. They reset my car system sensor so the alert disappeared and sent me on my way, no charge. This was my second time visiting, and I think it'll be my go-to for car maintenance from now on. I'll gladly support this business. read more

Beware! Very Shady! Incompetent! Unprofessional! Disrespectful! No Customer Service Care! No apology! Do not come here! I absolutely will sue them at the Pasadena Courthouse! Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. Whenever I have tire issues, this is the shop I come to. The owner is really cool, straightforward, and always takes care of things quickly. Most recently, my tire pressure light came on, so I stopped by to get it checked out. Turns out I had a huge bolt stuck in my tire. They patched it up and had me back on the road in under an hour. I had purchased Pirelli R17 205/55 runflats from here last year for my Mini. These are special order tires and normally takes a day or so to get to the shop. I made some calls (incl Costco tires) - and these guys had the best prices, and they offered warranty. I left my car and they got to work on it first thing the next day. Thank goodness because nobody likes to be carless for too long (i ubered to my house and back there the next day) so i appreciate these guys working as fast as they did. A week ago, i got a flat ! I've been her twice. Once for an oil change and once for brake fluid flushing and replacement. I have a 2018 BMW 530e. Both times it was pretty painless. From Chicago, I was in town to get some new tires on my daughter's Lexus. I went to Just Tires to get an estimate and then I looked on Yelp. The reviews for EZ Tires Stop were really good, so I stopped by to get a second estimate. When I spoke with the owner, he gave me a much better price than I could get at Just Tires. The mechanic took all 4 tires off and noticed my daughter's brake pads were completely worn down. He showed me and gave me a good price to replace. The owner is a very honest and helpful man. My car alerted me about my low tire pressure and I stopped by this shop. It was my first time here and the owner came out and personally checked the tires for me. He immediately warned me that the treads to my front tires were dangerously worn and that I needed to get them changed ASAP. He didn't have the tires I needed and did not try to sell me any other tires. But he filled up the low tires so I could at least make it home without charging me. If you're a car enthusiast or care about your car being taken care of, don't bother coming here. This is my second time coming here. The first time was for a tire patch. They said "we'll try." Like, what do you mean? It's either a yes you patch it or you simply can't because it's too close to the walls. They were able to patch it but can you imagine if they took out the mail and couldn't? Then you'd be forced to buy a tire. A few days ago I came back in need of a new tire. I was told it was possible and that it would cost $135 out the door. I agreed and later that day my tire pressure light went off. Today, I brought it back and noticed that the speed rating was different from the rest of my tires. I understand that it doesn't need to be the same brand but at least the same specs. All they did was lower and match the tire pressure on all 4 wheels. He told me to go ahead and Google about the speed rating which I did. I was correct, driving with different speed ratings could cause serious damage. While he told me, it's fine and was practically the same. If the shop did not have the same exact specs for the tire, consult with the customer before doing any services. This shop is amazing! Service is always very friendly, quick and affordable. I've been coming here for years, not only for my tire needs but anything my car needs. The employees really care and I've never felt like they are simply trying to make a sale, especially for someone who doesn't know anything about cars which they could easily do so. I have gotten all my oil changes here for a reasonable price, they have helped me put back a piece of my car's door that fell off, and checked my tires when the pressure light gets turned on. The employees always make sure to check the concern fully before simply charging or performing the fix. As soon as I pulled into their shop, I was helped out by an employee to fix the damage on my front bumper. All of their employees are knowledgeable, reliable, and do an outstanding job working with each other to make sure the wait is not long. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them and was able to leave with a fresh-looking bumper within an hour. They also helped assess the cost of other damages to my car, which was useful. I've had tires swapped out all the time on my old oem 21"for $25 cash here at ez stop. Loved it. Needed another two installed, called ahead. $35/tire bc 35/40 sidewall. That's fine, but not the deal it once was. I asked about alignment, he told me they do Tesla's with air suspension and it's $150. That's a bargain. Hmmmm... I arrived at 1:30, made sure everything was clear, asked again if they know the procedure and he snickered, "we align teslas all the time". I walked around and shopped. Around 4 he called, the alignment is $250, not $150. Money signs in their eyes. As I said " okay just do it", he said " $200 just this once". We spoke at the same time, I asked what he said and he just said "okay, we can do it. It takes about two hours". Okay. At 4:45, another call, "we don't have time today". I came back the next day, first person before 9. Everyone is nice and very assuming, no talk, just moving cars, moving my car, etc. the alignment guy was nice and friendly, but, he didn't prep the car whatsoever. Makes me so frustrated. They called me later to say it was ready. I paid my $250, got into my car and went. As I drove, the air suspension came down from "high" to standard. As it did, I was fading to the right, especially under brake/regen. I gave it a sudden jolt to accelerate and my car went hard left, I let off, floats right. The car was aligned in the wrong ride height. Completely meaningless. Took two days and I had chores preventing me from going back. I was too aggravated to call. Who drove this car and thought "yep, that's 100% perfect as usual", I mean I can't even drive on the freeway, going through dips or hops has my car swerving both ways. They'll assure you of whatever, but don't expect good work or a fair price. read more

This place definitely gets the job done, and is fairly priced. However, the customer service is basically non existent. The first time I took my car here, I had a very good experience. I got a few things done and they took a minute to explain that it looked like they'd never serviced my transmission at the other place I'd taken it to. Good looking out. They fixed everything, were communicative about what they were doing, how much it would cost, when to come back and pick it up. So I returned to get new tires. I asked about a certain tire and they basically said, "that's not economical" and said they'd put on some Nexen tires that come with a good warranty/etc. good looking out again, but I would have liked the opportunity to talk through the options rather than to just be told I didn't want that. When it came time to pay, I came into the office and asked a question, the two main guys just looked at me, speaking to each other in their preferred language and chuckling to themselves. An experience I don't think anyone likes. Hesitantly, I returned to get more work done. They took my name, took the car, said the price and then just walked away and started working on it. While it comes from a good place I suppose, they didn't tell me how long it would take, whether I should wait or come back later or really any communication at all. He just walked back in to say it was done about 30 minutes later. Then I walked out to retrieve my car and one of the guys had to drive it out into the street so another car could make it past. No problem, but then he proceeded to be gone for about 10 minutes while I just waited there in the driveway. No one said anything to me at all. Not about where he went, or when he would be back with my car. In summary, they do the work, they charge $100/hr as of fall 2023, but the customer service and communication are lacking and need improvement. read more
