We had a trip in July to Mammoth Lakes and I had asked Will to thoroughly check out the Mazda prior to the trip. I had performance issues with the Mazda and Will was able to assess that the alternator was bad, the spark plugs were worn and the rear brakes were just about gone. Will charged overnight and didn't charge me. Took battery home installed myself and my key fobs didn't work properly. Will and his team are by far the best guys around. I took my ML350 Bluetec to a lot of different mechanics and he's the only one that knows what he's doing and was able to fix the problem, the real problem. Initially, I wasn't sure if I was going to keep this car or trade it in. After I brought it in, Will explained thoroughly what needed to be fixed, what needed to be replaced along the way, and a general idea of how much longer I could keep the car for. Other mechanics might have "fixed" the problem but ignored the others that didn't light up my dashboard and were borderline major issues which I would've had to bring back for an additional labor charge- He took care of it in one go and was very fair with his prices.
