Horrible job! My car was parked when someone decided to run into four parked cars and mine was the 3rd car hit. I brought it to the body shop last year Feb 2025. I complained about the gapping in the rear and from bumper when they "fixed" it and they told me i could return my car to get it fixed again they told me it would take "a few days". My insurance claim recommended me to this shop for my 2018 Audi Q3 when it was side swiped and left this ugly dent and scrape of paint on the right side of my vehicle. The right side quarter panels were bent and door as well. There were some coordination that needed to be done in order for repair to be fully completed but Kenny and Arshak made sure that that my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction. It did take longer than expected and a lot of checking out small details to make sure my vehicle was put back together correctly. Overall since i was not limited by time I had a great experience! Do the following before any type of repair as this takes any guessing away from the end product: 1. Take overall pictures of your vehicle. This includes where the damage is at from the accident, back end of vehicle, right side (starboard), left side (port side), forward end of vehicle, and all of the interior of your car. This takes away any guessing out if some kind of dent or scratch arises after repair or if there is a misalignment of a part after a repair when the misalignment wasn't there upon turning over vehicle to repair shop. 2. When repair shop is completed fixing your vehicle take overall pictures again to document state of vehicle upon pick up in case you miss little details the day of and catch something off later on. 3. Upon pick up as well make sure your interior is put into place correctly, check that your windows open and close correctly, pretty much make sure your electrical components of your vehicle are functioning as they should. 4. At the end of the day communication is key. We aren't all perfect so if something is off just communicate with the repair shop with evidence and proof and the job will be done. read more

Repair work looks good. Only negative was when I got home, I opened my trunk and there was all this glass and trash from the break-in my car has gone through. So here is an interesting fact that I thought I should share with all the future customers that are thinking about brining their car here. I managed a window tint shop around the area. Today, a customer walked in with his damaged front windshield tint. Insisted that we take a look at it, to our knowledge, it looks like somebody scratched it. As we investigate further, the customer told us that: Just recently , he had an car accident and Tesla's claim adjuster recommended him to come here to get his car fixed. When he picked up the car, right away he noticed that huge scratch on the tint. He proceeds to question the manager, they said, they saw something on the window and they try to get rid of it by using a RAZER BLADE. As they felt the film started to get scratched off, they stopped. So after hearing this, we asked the customer to call them in front of us and have them compensate for their mistake (customer does not speak fluent English). Here is how our conversation went, and please note that just after a minute into the conversation, Arshak started screaming and yelling: Arshak: We noticed there were something on the front windshield, so we use a razor blade to scrape it. When it starts doing that, we decided not to touch it anymore. Me: Well, it is damaged by your guys, so I hope the customer can be compensated for the redo. Arshak: The film already had issues, you guys should pay for it! Me: But you just said you scratched the film off ........ Arshak: We did but it already had issues! WHICH TINT SHOP ARE YOU? I'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 20 YEARS, I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING! Me: It doesn't matter, you said it yourself that you caused the damage. Before it was sent into your shop, the customer never complained about the tint was having issues. So you can already guess how the conversation ended. Today, Arshak had open my eyes on how shameless and unreasonable a human being can be. The customer was completely upset and he knew that there is nothing he could do because Arshak denies paying for his mistake. Arshak also threatens me by continuously asking who I work for. At the end, my boss discounted the guy for the redo, (which he paid out of his own pocket). I had a strong feeling that a lot of these reviews were bought. It's just sad to see that such a person manages a reputable autobody shop, if you are looking to get your car repaired here, think twice, but if you don't speak English that well, please avoid this place at all costs. If you do end up brining your car here, pray hard that they will not damage anything on your car. Fun fact, I jokingly told the customer to scratch the bumper and have him bring the car back to Arshak. Tell him that "The tint guys saw something on the bumper and they scratched it, you have to fix it for me because you are the one that repaired my car!" Anyways, Arshak, you probably don't know who I am, but you should thank me for wiping your ass this time. I viewed this as us paying for your lesson, and hope that you let this lesson sink in to your 20 yrs of career so you can be a better human being for the rest of your life.
