This Body Shop is absolutely incredible!!! My mom and I went to see if they could replace the bumpers on her car. We went on Monday, and Jack came right out and looked at her car and told her that he could fix her car no problem and he just asked for a couple of days. We dropped the car off yesterday, and Jack not only fixed her car, but got it done in one day!! He is a man of his word and does phenomenal work. Took my wife's 2006 Toyota RAV4 to M&G after being referred by Vince's Auto Service (see one of my other reviews here: https://www.yelp.com/biz/vinces-auto-service-pasadena). The clearcoat on the hood and roof of the car had been rapidly flaking off over the past year, most likely exacerbated by months of sitting idle in our driveway because we didn't travel as much due to COVID. Although it's an old car with about 180K miles on it, it still runs well and we want to keep it for a while longer for our kid, who will be driving soon. So we decided to pony up the $ to have the clearcoat issue fixed. I'll let the pics speak for themselves. Jack and his crew did a great job, honoring both their price and time estimates. They even re-painted the wheel cover at no extra charge when Jack discovered that the clearcoat on it was peeling off as well. Very happy with M&G and their work. The car looks like it's brand new. I have used M & G auto body for the last 20 plus years "Jack and Gary. I'm OCD when it comes to my vehicles. I repair every scratch quickly. I'm so HAPPY to have known Jack and Gary for all these years. They consistently help me with my auto body needs, and I use them a lot!! All of my cars (2006 Rav4, 2012 Fusion and 2017 Mustang) look new due to Jack and Gary repairing them for me and today was no exception. I have a new Yukon and while driving I hit a rock on the hood and needed touch up paint to be applied as I'm terrible with that. Gary stopped what he was doing and spent 15 minutes with me and applied the touch up paint for me. After I could not see the repair touch up paint Gary performed. I scraped the side of my car with a pole and requested to get it fixed. Not only did M&G do a great job (looks like new!), they did it at half the price that I was quoted at another shop! I was rear ended and the insurance didn't think there was that much damage. Once Jack got my car he took more pictures and the insurance saw that the damage was as bad as I had told them it was and I was able to get everything that needed to be fixed fixed. Jack is great he works with the insurance company and makes sure that your car is fixed the way it needs to be. His work is done so well and quickly. This shop lost in court for damaging my BMW 1600-2 they the wrote that I was storing my vehicle at their shop ..what a joke!! They delayed repairs for over 8 months. It was pathetic that they posted the bs about the claim...They don't have Shop Keepers Insurance huge liability. Yea Jack S doesn't post his real picture and lies. The Judge called him out in court. He even used an enterprratur when he speaks English...You lost Jack pay me for my damages. read more

This shop should not be in business... I filed a complaint with the BAR Beuorough of automotive Repair...1st I brought my vintage BMW to them to fix a minor Sctratch on my drivers door and one of the shop workers smashed my car into a pole.. They offered to fix the damage but refused to put all new parts 6 months later the car was still not finished!!! Nothing was aligned and my hood front grill were repaired they lost the front grill $5200 part and repaired half assed my bumper and now it's going to cost over $10,000 to repair... the whole front end is damaged needing repairs to the front apron and needing new hood and bumper. To make matters worse they ruined the original paint by welding and paint over spray residue leaving rust specs in the paint and paint residue all over the car. They left the car in the sun ruining the window moldings and cracking on dash and other warped interior parts including door seals etc. The shop refused to give me their Shop Keepers Insurance to cover the damages...I dont think this shop has Insurance!!! read more

I am not halfway joking that if I decided to pay out of my own pocket and not have insurance jack my premiums because of an unfortunate accident was 'my fault' if my car is driveable I would drive to Pasadena from the Central Coast and stay at a motel or a friend a few days while Jack and his crew repair my car.
