5 stars. McCurdy and the team both did auto repair to my mom's Tesla and my Audi Q5. Excellent value, great customer service, and did more than what was asked for. They even detailed both of our vehicles after servicing them. Thank you to Bill and his team. read more

5 stars Model Y Tesla Service - very friendly, professional, courteous. They are also timely. I have only met them once and they made me feel like family! Very kind and professional how everyone spoke with me. Quality- I can't tell you how impeccable to detail this place is. My car came back so polished. They took care of little tiny details like a couple of small nicks on the paint above the bumper, they give alot of attention to detail. Price point - very good for what you get in quality. Remember for this type of repair you often get what you pay for. For me they have built trust and I don't think I can trust anyone else with my car ever. read more

The McCurdy's have done all of our families autobody work from my parents vehicles to my cars, my kids & extended family. The quality is always excellent, through all these years and cars. Always great to see Bill and Michael and happy with the end results. I used to live in Pasadena but moved to Claremont and always go to McCurdy's to this day. Quality & Value Thanks to making my Truck like it came out of the showroom read more

They do a fantastic job. Very good service they wash your car and really show they care about providing great service with good prices.

Absolutely wonderful people: not only they did an amazing job with the repairs, but they are trustworthy, reliable, proactive in their communication, extremely nice, courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond helping me navigate car rental issues, logistics, making suggestions, driving me when needed. It says a lot if you had an accident, dread the process and actually end up thinking it was a lovely experience with the repair shop! read more

I have utilized McCurdy body works on several occasions. Besides doing a great job, they are courteous and friendly. I recently had work done to my car due to a flying projectile hitting it while I was on the freeway. While they are not on Allstate's preferred list, everything was covered. Bill negotiated with my insurance company to make sure that the repairs were covered.. It is so refreshing to be able to recommend a business without any kind of reservations! read more

Every time you give a mechanic your car for service or repair, you are trusting them to keep you safe. I will always use McCurdys because I trust them to do it right and keep my family safe. The work has always been done throughly and with precision. McCurdy goes to bat for me when it comes to insurance, makes sure I always get whats needed, and never tries to upsell me. read more

Have had the unfortunate need to use McCurdy on two occasions (not my fault!). Great service and terrific attitudes by everyone we dealt with. Highly recommend if you need repairs to your vehicle. Great family and great business! read more

Could not be happier with the work done on my car at McCurdy. I suffered some damage after a car side swiped me in a parking lot. A friend recommended McCurdy and I'm so glad they did. Finished in about a week and half as estimated, and it looks like nothing ever happened to the car! Thank you so much! read more

I'm particular about my cars and it's rare that I find a shop I'm fully satisfied with, but McCurdy deserves its five stars. Bill is patient, courteous and very responsive to any issues. The quality and service are top notch, regardless of whether your car is worth $10k or $100k. read more

I highly recommend McCurdy Body Works. I had my mirror replaced and a handful of dings and scratches repaired. Of multiple quotes, they were the most competitive, and went above and beyond on fixing some other dings and scratches that other places told me would be impossible to fix without completely replacing the panel. My car looks great and the price was unbeatable. They are also very kind and always pick up the phone or call you right back. They really care about your car and that you have a good experience. If your car is busted, do yourself a favor and have it fixed here! read more

This is the best family body show ever, I say family because that is how they make you feel when you walk in the door. I started taking my car there in 1999 or so, and Bill and his team have always been great. They give you a fair deal and are always honest, I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Bill for all you do. Tonya Wilson read more

Excellent work. Well worth the price. Repaired our car and restored it to look like new.

Excellent work and a wonderful - caring staff. Aside from their excellent paint job, their customer service went way beyond any body/paint shop I ever experienced. This is actually my second review...and second car I've had worked on at McCurdy. I was so impressed -- AGAIN -- with their workmanship, diligence and customer service that I felt compelled to review again. It's great, of course, that their prices are extremely reasonable. But what's doubly amazing is that they offer great pricing without sacrificing anything in the way of speed, quality or service. Honestly, they will be my first stop going forward for anything having to do with either of my cars. read more

Cannot recommend Mccurdy's highly enough. They repaired my girlfriends high end car after it was it was rammed in a parking lot by a full sized truck. Their work is IMMACULATE. You cannot tell it was ever repaired. They have gained a life long customer. Thank you guys!!!! read more

Mike and his father are the best. This business is a throwback to the old days when customer service meant something. The shop is a father and son run business. I was having all sorts of issues dealing with State Farm to tow my car after I was rearended. I sent them rear dash cam video of the incident and after 3 days they still had not determined if their insured was responsible or not. Problem is in Pasadena, your car gets towed after 3 days and my car was not driveable and had been left in front of my house on the street the Friday evening of the incident. I called McCurdys and Mike said no problem we have a guy and I'll send him right over. Car was picked up, repaired to the point you could not tell it was in an accident and was nicely washed when I went to pick it up when it was done. This is the type of business when you walk into the office you get to have a real conversation with the owners. I hope I never need them but if I do I will not use anyone else. These guys are the real deal. read more

I have known Bill McCurdy for many years him and his staff are some of the most amazing people ever. I took them my 13 Camry for rear bumper damages from an accident. And they not only repaired the damage like it never happened but they returned the car to me extremely clean and bright. The car never had been this bright of a white ever!!! Very happy with the results . I recommend these guys anytime. Thanks Bill and Matt. read more

Highly Recommend! Someone made an illegal left turn in front of me in October 24. I took my 24 year old Honda Crv to a location her insurance sent me to for an estimate & repair. The referral auto shop refused to work on my car because there was previous damage. I had taken it to McCurdy's years before due to me rear ending a SUV. I paid out of pocket and they repaired "her" at a reasonable price. They did amazing work and worked around some impossible looking issues to give me back a safe repaired car with my limited budget. It's lasted and their team worked hard to make sure it would. In October 2024, the owner Bill McCurdy oversaw the repairs and he worked with the insurance company on my behalf. The Insured's insurance company agreed to pay for all the damage. When I picked up my car, I got emotional. My old car looked great. My Honda CRV's front end and side panel looked amazing! My car received some needed TLC. A friend asked later if I got new car. McCurdy's is an exceptional body shop. It's a family owned business that goes the extra mile. All the staff (some are family) were helpful and courteous . Bill McCurdy is good guy. (remember quality run family owned businesses? Well, he has managed to keep that quality alive in this "get-in and out turnovers ... next!" impersonal business era. They do great work and I know no other auto body shop could have done better! Bless Bill & McCurdy's Body works. Thank you Dennis W for the referral years ago. read more

Have been a customer for over 30 years, started when they were back at Green St. I have had personal and commercial cars repaired by them and would not go anywhere else. Just picked up my Audi Q8 yesterday and its three years old and hasn't looked this good since I bought it. The work is always spot on always done the right way, no short cuts. The entire staff there are really amazing and have great integrity which is what I value most. What ever they say, is always the truth. Bill and Mike are just top notch people. Not only do they clean the car inside and out, I told them that it looked waxed and they said it was. Wow. Can't recommend them enough. read more

I love going to McCurdy Body Works. The team is consistently friendly and professional. I took my 2019 Yaris in for service here, after being followed into Chevron by a man who offered to "fix the dents" on my car. The McCurdy Family is well known in Pasadena for award winning customer service. So I knew that I needed to take my car in for an appraisal. Matt was quick and thorough with the free appraisal. I brought my car back the following week for repairs. I was SO IMPRESSED when I got my car back. Now my little "Betty White" looks brand new. They even cleaned the tail pipe. McCurdy Body Works has earned my highest approval rating. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. :) read more

Props to these honest and meticulous family biz. Brought in my car yesterday-- side mirror clipped by an unknown driver. Within 20 min, they had it snapped back into place, cleaned the sticky residue from my duct tape and touched up the paint. Any other body shop would've sold me a new side mirror. McCurdy Body Works gets a resounding five star rating as far as my experience goes. Bill epitomizes excellent customer service and came to my rescue when Pacific BMW of Glendale couldn't...or really wouldn't actually. He investigated and problem-solved until everything was right - calling on experts and advice to fix the issue. I felt like I had such great support in my corner and he supported me in doing what we could to fix a recurring glitch and get me back into my car. I'm incredibly grateful to Bill and the team at McCurdys. Don't look anywhere else - give them a call today! read more

Cleaned up a few scratches on my Audi A6 here recently and McCurdy Body Works deserves 5 stars for their work, from fit to finish. Mike was extremely helpful, attentive and professional. The front office staff (thank you Debbie!!) was delightful to work with as well. The work I had completed was a buff, touch-up and polish in three areas of the car. Upon completion of the work, one of the deeper scratches didn't improve much (we assumed this going in, however I appreciated the efforts). Mike discounted the quote $40 on the spot!! I was flabbergasted at the honesty here and really appreciated the quality work for the more-than-reasonable price. Not much else to add to the near perfect reviews of this place but.. if you're looking for body work in the Pasadena area. Look no further, McCurdy is the place for you. read more

What can I say but WOW and THANK YOU! McCurdy Body Works did a spectacular job. They did such fantastic work on my 2008 Rav4. I had 2 people back into my car within 3 days. My family has been taking their cars to McCurdy's for over 30 years. I previously had excellent experiences, but I have not been for over 6 years.
