Just wanted to give thanks to Markham Boling for fixing my car. My fog lights had slipped out of position. At first I first went to an outfit called McCurdy Body Works. They quoted me $313 for the repair. It would involve 3 hrs of labor plus a possible replacement part. I then went to the Toyota dealership and they referred me to Boling. The manager at Boling looked at it and said he would see if one of his mechanics could pop the lights back into place. 20 minutes later my problem was fixed....for free. Thanks! Been taking my cars here for years. I've taken Toyotas to Land Rovers and they are always returned in showroom condition. They life time condition has helped me many times when ai surrender the leased vehicle and the leasing agent wants to charge me extra for the loss of value of a repaired return. As other reviewers mentioned, it takes a long time to fix your car, it was over a month. I had an accident someone hit me from behind and it was ruled the other person's fault. The bumper looks brand new but the crew forgot to fix the paint that chipped from the bumper hitting up on the panel as stated initially when I first brought it in. Sam and the crew were very friendly, but there was a lack of communication on the status. However, Dominick was very unprofessional and confrontational, it made me and the rest of the crew at Markham feel uncomfortable and I did not feel comfortable going back about the missed paint chip on the right panel above the bumper. The insurance company told me the max is 5,000, so Sam did his best to consult with the owner, but I still had to pay the difference. Jeff the owner was informed of the situation and went above and beyond to help with the situation. He told me to bring the car back and fix the missed job. It took 4 days. My car looks amazing. They do a high quality job in general because they use original parts and not generic parts. This is the reason their prices are higher as many reviews mentioned. Jeff is an awesome owner. He really took care of me and the car. He really cares about the customers. I hope I don't have any accidents, but if I do I will come back here because of Jeff. read more

They handled any questions I had and the insurance paperwork. The work they have done is flawless. There were no shortcuts taken on my car at all. All parts are OEM. Part fitment is perfect. If you have a White Lexus, YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT HERE. White pearl tri coat is one of the hardest paints to match. Most shops won't be able to get the OEM flakes in the paint. I went into the shop in early October because my bumper got snagged on a parking space curbside. It got yanked off pretty good. I went to Firestone and to their credit, they tried their best. They weren't able to fit the bumper back on, but zipped tied it in two areas so it didn't get any worse. Next stop, Honda dealer service dept. I was reluctant to go there, because I know you need and appointment, and that it was apt to be expensive, but I wasn't sure where to go next. Get there and they tell me they don't do that kind of work at the dealer, but outsource that work to the Markham Boling Collision Center. I head on over. I get there and quickly speak to Mr. Dominick Bernardini hoping at best to get a same day appointment and a quote. He steps outside looks at the bumper, and tells me to drive to the back service entrance. Before I know it, he's got a technician on it and before I can blink, the guy was halfway done. Someone smashed into my 2019 Honda HR-V and I needed a reputable shop to do the inspections and such for the insurance company (I was not at fault FYI! Hehe). A trusted friend recommended I work with this shop and I'm so glad I did for many reasons. First - I'm not a car chick! I get stressed just thinking about fixes, etc. On my first call I spoke with Dominick who assured me that they had my back and would be transparent and communicative through the process. I took the leap of faith and had my car towed over to their shop so they could start the inspection. Mind you, this is during COVID so it changed the inspection process with Progressive (where they aren't going out in the field and rely on photos and then a professional shop for the full details) so having a shop that knows what their doing is even more important. I was then in touch with Crystal, which felt like an account manager for my car fix. She is one of the most empathetic and detailed oriented persons I've ever met! Always kept me informed at where they were with the inspection process, insurance company comms, and answered any and every question I had in a timely manner. Eventually my car had so much damage that it was totaled out - so they didn't end up fixing it. However, because of MB's thorough inspection it was the right thing to do - compromised warranty and impacting future sale and possible other mechanical issues, in addition to bad vibes and reminder of being t-boned out of nowhere!! I cannot thank this shop enough for the support during this traumatic experience in midst of a pandemic!!!
