So someone crashed into my car back in December and I had some fender damage as well as wheel damage and misalignment issues. I brought my car to Ogany to get an estimate and met Vic at the shop. When I say this man is a car enthusiast, I mean he literally loves cars so much he probably loves your car more than you. His communication and transparency throughout the process from beginning to end was everything I could ask for. When it came down to delivery, he had went above and beyond, helping me fix issues around the car that weren't even related to the issue at hand. I brought my car in after an accident and talked to Vic, he was so helpful, he gave me all the information I needed and made the repair process very easy especially because it was my first accident and I didn't know what to do. Vic and his staff are exceptionally polite and professional. The completed repair job to my car was above and beyond my expectations! The work they performed on my car is flawless. They only used genuine oem parts from a local dealership. They did not cut corners or reuse old broken parts. I am very obsessive and typically only focus on flaws and sometimes overlook an overall job. Having said that, I can't find a single flaw or issue!! The work Ogany Collision Center performed on my car is flawless. Their attention to detail on every single aspect of the repair is commendable!!! The paint work is amazing! Vic is the best! I bumped into a wall and got white paint on my front bumper so I took my car to get an estimate for a possible paint job. Vic looked at my car and told me he might be able to fix it right there for me, which he did with some solvent and a cloth. Instead of taking me for a ride and telling me I needed to get it repainted, he was honest and saved me a lot of money. Integrity goes a long way with me. I already had taken my car there a couple years ago for an issue that needed to be fixed and they did a great job. My car was hit by an airborne object on the freeway due to a construction vehicle not properly securing their equipment. I had taken my car previously to a ford certified collision center, however their customer service and their work did not compare to Ogany. At first I was very skeptical to take my vehicle into Ogany but after speaking with Vic on the phone and in person I realized he truly does have a passion for what he does. He kept his word on the given time frame, also the front end of my vehicle had a clear wrap and it was also ceramic coated. Vic did an awesome job by talking to the insurance so that the wrap would be re-installed. By the way Vic owns the place and is a great guy and like I said keeps his word. The right front hood, grille, light, bumper and passenger door significant damage. Not to mention the damaged cameras and sensors. Vic was the second person I called after calling my insurance. I was already familiar with the amazing work and quality standards of this auto body shop. Last year my daughter's 2014 Honda Civic was crunched by a medical van while parked. I was going to trade in my current car, and wanted to price repairing some minor (in appearance) body work. Vic looked at it, pointed out a few things I'd missed that would complicate the job, and gave me an estimate that was spot on (and lower than I had thought). BUT... he advised me not to do the work, under those circumstances, as it wouldn't work out for me financially. He was right.
