They inspected my car and took all the photos my insurance company needed--moments before closing. I've had experiences in the past where I'd sit around for over an hour just to get an inspection. Not here. They don't waste time, and they don't leave you hanging. They made what should've been a stressful situation totally painless. Their partnership with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car just down the street also made getting a rental fast and easy. I'm so glad I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Unicar. I was side swiped and my passenger door was crushed along with the bordering areas of the car. The customer service is great and after the initial work is done if you find a problem and the work is still under warranty, we will gladly assist you and rectify the issue. I had some work done on my truck and noticed that the headline housing around the bumper has somewhat of a gap. I took the truck back in and my car was back in a day at no charge. My car was hit and the other driver had mercury insurance and was directed to this shop...and I am glad I was. From the second I walked in they were helpful and upfront about everything. When they said they were going to do something, they did it. The girl at the front desk took her time to explain to the mercury rep why a rental was covered and was able to get through to them. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she was helpful through the whole process. I called and asked her if the rental would be ready and she said "don't worry, we will make sure you're taken care of..." I get there and she pulled up the rental herself and it was ready!
