My car was hit and the other driver had mercury insurance and was directed to this shop...and I am glad I was. From the second I walked in they were helpful and upfront about everything. When they said they were going to do something, they did it. The girl at the front desk took her time to explain to the mercury rep why a rental was covered and was able to get through to them.
