Rear quarter panel, door and rim was damaged on my RAV4 at a 4 way stop intersection. Vic explained in detail the procedure he would use to repair my the damages and gave me a break down of how long things would take. His team was very quick and efficient with the repairs despite the 3 week delay in parts (which is common with newer vehicles). Took my M3 to this shop for rear end damage. I was pretty sad about it since it was a very clean E92 that I purchased and I am OCD. Vic assured me that they will make it look brand new after they fix it. It took about 3 weeks and they replaced my trunk, rear bumper, taillights, exhaust tips and all damaged parts inside. When I picked up the car I was extremely satisfied. They detailed my car inside and out and it looked brand new as Vic promised. It was a fast and painless experience. this place is amazing. victor is so helpful and willing to deal with the adjuster. ive been to several collision places and had to stay on top of them to make sure my car was being worked on. but not here. Victor was very straightforward with me and kept me posted consistently. i only spoke with the adjuster a couple times and that was after the car was fixed. other than that victor did all the work. i would definitely go there again. read more
