He and his team have performed regular oil changes and a handful of repairs on my 2010 Cobalt; honestly, I credit them with keeping it running so well for so long! His prices are always unmatched and incredibly reasonable. Even when they're crazy busy (which is most of the time), I've always been able to bring in my car within 1-3 days of calling. The work they've done has always been excellent, and Hrant has always been up front, clear, and no BS when making recommendations and talking me through the work required. I've been to Hrant twice now and both times have been a great experience. The first time was to replace the front axles on my car for which the dealership was going to charge me $2,500. I had other service issues with the dealership so I decided to find an alternative. That is when I found Hrant. These guys had me scheduled within a few days of me contacting them and had the car done in a few hours at one third the price. I will never go to the dealership again. Fast, courteous, reliable service at an excellent price. Lastly, I needed other repairs (body work) they do not do and Hrant recommeneded a shop to me called B&K Auto Body that also turned out to be excellent (see other review ). During regular maintenance they saw my struts needed replacing, they gave me a price and explained I could do the front struts during my next maintenance and the rear struts down the road. It's this kind of respect and professionalism that keeps people coming to Hrant. His shop wall is even filled with thank you notes and holiday cards from happy customers. For a fully synthetic oil change I paid $70. The shop is popular so be sure to make an appointment and save yourself some time. With an appointment an oil change only takes 30 minutes. Hrant then came over and welcomed me and told me there is a coffee shop very close by if I wanted I could wait there. When my car was finished. I have been taking my car to Hrant' since 2021 when I moved to the area. They have always been upfront with the pricing, quick with their service, and delivered me a car that was working better than before. My car has gotten multiple oil changes, had brake pads replaced, tires rotated, shocks repaired, and a bunch of other routine services/checks done. When a part is broken/needs replacement, they always tell me the price and ask if I am okay with getting the work done. A little auto info folder is provided the first time you are there and Hrant will always give you a copy of the itemized receipt to put into it for future reference. They also give you a cute little sticker on your windshield that helps keep track of when your car was last serviced - a feature I really love! I'll be moving cross country soon and temporarily leaving my car with family in another state. I can only hope my family finds another shop that matches the professionalism of Hrant's. Hrant takes care of business for an amazing price. I came for the first time in October of 2023 and he replaced an engine mount for me at about 2/3 of the price of Pep Boys.
