When I got my tires replaced, they threw in a free quart of oil because they noticed my level was low, and took my car on a small test drive to make sure everything was working as expected with the tire replacement. Hrant then came over and welcomed me and told me there is a coffee shop very close by if I wanted I could wait there. When my car was finished. He came over and showed me the air conditioning filter (thank God I had it changed. Yuk). The bill was extremely reasonable and he thanked me for coming there and he was such a kind person I know I will never be going anywhere else ever again. I have been taking my car to Hrant' since 2021 when I moved to the area. They have always been upfront with the pricing, quick with their service, and delivered me a car that was working better than before. My car has gotten multiple oil changes, had brake pads replaced, tires rotated, shocks repaired, and a bunch of other routine services/checks done. When a part is broken/needs replacement, they always tell me the price and ask if I am okay with getting the work done. A little auto info folder is provided the first time you are there and Hrant will always give you a copy of the itemized receipt to put into it for future reference. They also give you a cute little sticker on your windshield that helps keep track of when your car was last serviced - a feature I really love! I'll be moving cross country soon and temporarily leaving my car with family in another state. I can only hope my family finds another shop that matches the professionalism of Hrant's. I started using Hrant when I had a different car and now use him for my current's car oil changes. I happened to stop by mid morning on a Friday without an appointment and he was able to service me in under 30 minutes. Typically at the Toyota dealership, it would take an appointment procured weeks in advance followed by waiting around aimlessly for three hours. In the time it took for my wonderful oil change I was able to stop by Millie's for brunch and grab a book at Octavia's Bookshelf. Great way to patronize other small businesses in the area while supporting Hrant. Staff is always welcoming, smiling and efficient. Hrant's service is phenomenal! I spent $646.35 on a checkup and expertly recommended services, and I couldn't be more pleased. This would be a 5-star review if not for the lack of attention to COVID Safety Protocols. During my visit, most of the staff were not wearing masks. Hrant wears a face shield but no mask. Prepare for that. After the service, I arrived to see an employee parking my car with no mask on whatsoever, and no seat cover in sight. I take Covid Safety very seriously, so this was a concern. It sucked that I couldn't drive away and fully enjoy my freshly tuned-up car without worrying about my own safety inside my own car. I wore a mask the whole way home. I've attached a photo of the company's claimed Covid Safety Protocols. Unfortunately, they don't stick to them. A word to the wise: The customer experience depends on fulfilling expectations. Either adjust customer expectations or adjust your follow through. EDIT, To Hrant: Unfortunately, I'm unable to reply to you. The mechanics were maskless when I showed up at 10am in the morning. I do not believe they were ready to go home. The gentleman who parked my car (which I watched happen) had no mask on inside my vehicle, and unless he stuffed a seat cover in his pocket before exiting my vehicle, there was no seat cover being used while he parked my car. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how much attention is paid to safety protocols over the course of the day if it's all thrown out the moment before the customer picks up their car. A virus only needs a small window of opportunity to spread. I'd also like to add: you cannot expect every customer who is made uncomfortable by a lack of attention to Covid Safety Protocols to speak up. Unfortunately, the politicized nature of the pandemic has made these conversations very difficult to have. You never know if you're going to be laughed at, yelled at, or spoken to with respect. In conclusion, I assure you: I am still very likely to recommend your services. You are a professional with integrity, when it comes to all things automotive. This place is amazing. I recently had my car mirror snapped off by another car. The dealership was charging about $800, going through my insurance I was quoted at $1,200 by their repair shop and would have to pay my $500 deductible. I bought the mirror I needed for $70 and Hrant charged me $45 to install it. $90 if they needed to take the door panel off (which still isn't bad price). They got me an appointment the day I called. My boyfriend took my car in for me since I was working and he said in person they were fast and extremely nice! I'm definitely going to be going here from now on for my car needs! read more

I am a new customer. I was having suspension problems with my Subaru Legacy with my passenger right front wheel and needed brake work. They got me in on Christmas Eve and did the work in a couple hours. Then when I left they mentioned there were other sounds coming from the right front wheel they couldn't correct in time. To bring it back after the holidays. When I researched this I was worried it could cost hundreds more. I came back on the 2nd and they were booked, and it was going to be days before they could do the repair. When I mentioned my concern it could do more damage while driving it they made room for me the next day when they opened. They fixed the problem in an hour and only charged me $45. I asked Hrant if he would rotate my tires and he inspected them and said it wasn't necessary at the time of the oil change.
