I normally go to several spots for most of my cars work. But Sunday it's very scarce to find anyone who does work. I thank God Almighty to find me this place! The staff is very cordial and professional with superb customer service and their lobby waiting room is awesome very clean and they got an arcade section for you and the kiddos to play to pass the time. If that's not your thing you have very comfortable seating available while you wait. They have drinking water and cups if you are thirsty. Bathroom is available as well if needed. Today they did my routine trans drain and refill as well as trans filter replacement, first time at this location as it was in dire need. The price is very reasonable. They also pointed out a lot of other issues my car needed to address at a later time. They got me in and out in no time and I was able to get some other quotes on more jobs my vehicle needs. It is SO difficult to find a mechanic you can trust; when you find one, you should never let go. The two people I spoke with, David (owner) and Enrique were so transparent and communicative with their services, pricing, and explanations that I quickly felt at ease discussing my car issues. Situation: a few weeks ago, my car broke down in the middle of the freeway. David stayed open an extra 30 minutes after closing so I could tow my car and leave it overnight in his shop. When I arrived, he was warm and welcoming as if I hadn't just delayed his workday by half an hour -- on a SUNDAY no less! I can tell integrity and diligence are very important to him: the next business day after performing diagnostics, he determined my engine had seized. David could've easily made a quick buck by charging me for a total engine replacement, but instead he called me immediately to explain that my repair could be covered under my manufacturer warranty and advised me to try going there first. I was already appreciative by that point -- but what sealed the deal was realizing his whole team shares this integrity and dedication to service. Later that week, I called Expeditious Auto Repair to inquire about other maintenance services. Enrique picked up and was just as kind and patient as David was, explaining which services I requested they do and don't provide. I have been coming here now for several years and bringing in several cars. The latest was my 2023 Ford Maverick I brought in for an oil change. They immediately showed me their had been oil leaking by the filter. Whoever did the last oil change did not install the filter properly which caused the oil to seep out, causing an oily mess underneath. Ugh! He said that I could just walk in anytime and they could get it done within the hour. When I walked in, I could tell that David was a real one. In total, it took about an hour as there were three cars before me and I unexpectedly needed an engine filter change which they were able to get the filter for on short notice. Pros: David explained everything to me and kept me updated on the status of my car. He's super friendly and approachable. Most importantly, he's transparent about the services provided and the costs. I was referred to Expeditious Auto Repair after they did phenomenal work on one of my friend's cars. As women, it is difficult to find a reliable and honest mechanic - but the staff at Expeditious Auto Repair went above and beyond to explain the issues with my vehicle, discuss the plans of action needed to get my car drivable (safely), and stayed within my budget. Once I received my car back, it drives better than it has in the last 5 years. When I initially towed in my car, it was NOT running (had shut off on the freeway) and Phong and David diagnosed and repaired at minimum the following: -Diagnose check engine light and issues regarding EVAP system -Replace front brakes (including rotors and pads) -Check all fuses to understand WHY my car was losing power -Address all 18 trouble codes in my computer system and correctly repair to get my car back to a safe, running condition (not just delete them like when I had my car "worked on" at a dealership). If you live or work in the Greater San Gabriel Valley and need an honest mechanic - this is your place! I will be returning in the future for all of my auto needs. read more

They inspected my car and made some suggestions for future maintenance but no up sell which was nice. I've always been the type of person to be intimidated by going to other auto shops, but not with Expeditous Auto Repair. David is a very honest and trustworthy mechanic. He even took the time to show me the comparison of my old damage parts to the new ones. A couple more miles without coming here my car would've fallen apart on the road! I also drive a lot for work and sometimes have very long work days, but David's service is very fast. Almost lightning speed. They're also open on the weekends! I have no excuse to bring my car in! I had this one problem with my car and brought my car to two different mechanics and they couldn't solve the issue. David found the issue in less than 5 minutes and repaired it in front of me in less than a minute. If you could've seen how shocked I was in that moment... My car has been through a lot. I genuinely thought I was going to pay at least $1k for all of the services I needed. -New Tire -Tire Change -Belt and Installation -Oil Change and topped off Fluids -Inspection I paid less than half of the amount that I thought I was going to have to pay and my car drives like the first time I bought my car and drove it out of the dealership lot! My car AC was broken in this hot summer heat and after calling 8 different places with no luck at all; I stumbled upon this place! Over the phone, The guy was super super transparent and clear with every charge and what they would do to help fix it. Also he was so so nice too. I did a diagnostic at another place (got overcharged) and dropped the car off, they wanted to do another diagnostic so they can make sure everything was checked off just in case it was another issue.
