Great customer service! I called to get my Tacoma rotors resurfaced. They seemed busy but were still able to resurface my rotors . I gave them 4 Stars because it was expensive for the resurface. The resurface was $60 for the pair of rotors. I would go back to them because they are around the corner from my house and it is convenient for me. If I were in LA I would have paid $30 for the pair to get resurfaced but not a big deal for me to pay the $60. read more

These guys fix everything and anything. They saved me $3500 from rebuilding the head. I'm using 87 octane so it creating a knock and te not a bad valve. I bought this 2917 Nissan Sentra for my exGF. I thought th warranty would be voided and Nissan would not open the engine. The engine diagnosis showed there's nothing wrong with the engine. They also told me to keep my new tires longer and not to spend on more expensive ones, since they're still new. One had a construction anchor in it from the conste sites in DTLA. They don't even deserve a 1 star to be honest! I would never recommend this shop to anyone I know. My dad is also a mechanic business owner so I know how a shop needs to be ran and these guys have no care for their customers. Customer service is trash. They will take your money and not even do the job correctly, and they don't care that you are being inconvenienced because your vehicle is in their shop for damn near 3 months. A few years back I was having idling issues on an Infiniti I30. The car kept stalling when coming to a complete stop. I installed a new IAC valve, but it went kaput within two weeks. I found online forums stating that when the valve initially fails, it can short and damage the ECU. If it was damaged, the ECU must be repaired/replaced. At this point a new valve will always fail and will not resolve the idle issue. Called Anthony and he immediately knew what was wrong without touching the car. He had the ECU refurbished, installed the third and final IACV, and performed the idle relearn test as per the service manual. The car is still on the road to this day. Had another issue with a 3 series BMW, started the car one morning and the RPM almost dropped to zero. No CEL but the scanning tool showed code P0340. Installed a VDO camshaft position sensor from FCPEuro but now the CEL is lit with the same code. Called and I explained the situation. Instead of a timing job ($$$), they recommended installing an original BMW sensor. Original BMW part solved the issue, no more codes. Found a shop that I trust, they do great work and never gave me BS so I had to drop a review read more

PLEASE BE VERY VERY AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! My car couldn't start right in front of this shop due to starter failure. Out of convenience, I requested this shop to check the problem and provide a quote. Their quote came out to be $330 more than 2 other shops just a mile away, for the exact same parts and same job (starter replacement). Even their synthetic oil change is $40 more (this place charges $85 whereas other charges $45). I ended up towing my car to a different shop for the repair. Foreign Motor Service still charged me $125 for diagnostic (and release) even though there was not much diagnostics needed. It was obviously the starter since the battery was replaced a week ago. They seem to hike the price 'selectively'. I would not trust this place. read more

The replacement of the water pump should only take 5 hours the mechanic told me. I dropped the car off 9am they didn't called me until after 5:30pm. (Note. Labor charge by the hour ). It was dark, my car was parked on the street. I went over the car body with my iPhone light. Shockingly, I saw two deep horizontal scratches parallel to each other about 3 inches long. They were on the right passenger side fender in front of the wheel appropriately where the water pump is located and where the mechanic was working on. Of course, the manager denied it then the mechanic worked on it adamantly denied it. I told them I know every inch of my car because I wash it often. Mechanic offered to get it buff out. They were hoping that I didn't noticed it hence they waited until dark to call me. Also, can you imagine If I had drove off and came back the next day. They would definitely denied it!! read more

Don't trust these guys! Spoke to Sam on the phone asked if they can clear error codes on my car after I replaced my brakes. Sam said sure it would take less then 10 minutes and it would cost $20. I went in the next morning to have it done. The person there said he wouldn't do it for $20, that he wanted $150 to clear the codes. I told him the dealer charges less than that. He told me to go to the dealer. Freakin $150 for a 10 minute job. Scammer! read more
