I went on on Monday November 3rd, to obtain a few services that I really needed for a while. The crew at this location took my car somewhat late in the day, they knew what they're were doing, they worked fast, but also slow enough to avoid mistakes from what I can tell. They even told me what my car needed to be replaced. Which tells me that they really looked through and inspected my car. I'd definitely go back again to obtain more services as needed. read more

if i could give this jiffy lube 0 stars i would. came in today (Saturday) waited about 30 minutes in line which i expected to they warned me when i first pulled in. but as the line grew todd decided to help a man two cars behind me that just pulled up. he checked his oil with the stick and then proceeded to walk back grab a tub of oil and start filling his car. i waited atleast 10 minutes thinking okay this will be quick but 10 minutes go by and he's still working on his car !! i step out of my car and ask how is this okay. i've been waiting almost 45 minutes now and this guy just got here 10 min ago and his car is getting worked on already. i ask for the manager wait and wait and wait no one comes then i ask for a number and name for a manager and the worker can't even give me that. how is this okay jiffy lube !?! definitely lost my long time family as jiffy lube customers. read more

I previously left a good review for this Jiffy Lube, but I take it all back after what happened to me recently. I went in for a routine oil change, and they told me they couldn't remove the oil filter cap because it was "on too tight." That's all they said , no warning, no honesty. Later, I took my car to a real mechanic and found out Jiffy Lube had completely destroyed the oil filter cap by using the wrong tools to try and force it off. It was cracked and stripped, and had to be replaced. I ended up spending an extra $100 somewhere else to fix the damage they caused, and still had to get the oil change done again. They never admitted to any of this. They knew they broke it and said nothing, hoping I wouldn't notice. Also, don't believe all the five-star reviews. They ask people to leave them while still in the shop, before you even know what kind of job they really did. I regret ever trusting them. Don't make the same mistake!!! read more

DO NOT change your car oil at Jiffy Lube. I have very terrible experience to change my car oil at Jiffy Lube. They didn't put gasket on the oil filter, it caused small amount oil leaking every time when I was driving my car, I found oil leaking after I saw oil stain on the ground. and oil was spread to engine body everywhere with thick dust. They didn't put washer on the oil drain bolt. read more

Took my car in for service and always had a great experience with all the staff but the last time I had my company car service I was standing outside waiting for them to move the car outside the bay it seems that the technician that had worked on it was laughing but never explained why or if there was any problems or issues later to break down after running the car for 465 miles and have the bottom engine cover fall off if he has only mentioned that there was a problem with the cover it would of spared me hours of travel time and a tow truck read more

Reason for my 2 star review is because I waited an hour in the waiting room just for them to come back to me and say that my car was too new and they could not do the oil change. This has been my go-to spot for an oil change for a few years now. I never leave disappointed or feeling like they're trying to sell me on anything. Gilbert is the OG here! We pass the time talking about old school cars, but today, Marcos, Kyle and another guys who's name I didn't get (but he also works at Trojan Tires lol) helped me out. Gilbert has a good team here! They know exactly what they're talking about, they go the extra mile to SHOW me and explain any issues my car might have, and they're quick too! Quality is top tier! I'm never going anywhere else. I was trying to get information about my car and he was very disrespectful, not willing to answer my questions and making me feel uncomfortable. Came to this Jiffy Lube because the one I regularly go to in Arcadia closed down. I also got a coupon in the mail for this location. The workers there were exceptional! Especially Luis & Fernando (I think that was his name) .Super friendly and quick. Engaged with my 4 year old son who then said "fixing the car was fun".
