Run. Never again. I never imagined going to jiffylube would turn into a situation where I could have gotten seriously injured. I hope no one has to experience what I went through. I went in for a routine oil change at around 11 am and left around 1:30 pm on June 7. While I only came in for an oil change, they told me my brake fluid was low and air filters needed a change. I didn't know any better and told them to do it. They also said they would give me a tire rotation but I didn't have my tire lock key so they didn't do it. I spent exactly $368.99 I left with my splash engine guard not properly installed. Going home was fine until I went on the freeway that night and the splash engine was scraping the bottom of the freeway and lighting sparks. This was not a minor inconvenience, it was a serious safety hazard that could have resulted in an accident or damage to other vehicles on the road. A basic quality check should have caught something this critical before the vehicle was returned to a customer. I have contacted jiffylube corporate, talked to upper management of this site and they refuse to give me a FULL REFUND, only partial. I am extremely disappointed in their service and as someone who doesn't know much about cars, I could have been extremely injured. I am trying to receive a full refund and compensation for all the damages done by my car dealership. It has been difficult to contact management, they are seriously lucky I am not choosing to SUE. I have to go to another dealership and get their damages fixed and pay even more than I have anticipated just for something that should have been a routine oil change. I feel so lucky to even be alive today, please do better jiffy lube. No one should ever bring their car in expecting routine maintenance and instead having to experience this extreme inconvenience. read more

I've been to several Jiffy Lube locations before, and most of them were fast and thorough. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite. The wait time was unbelievably long--over three hours just for an oil change. Yes, you read that right, more than three hours. During the entire process, there was basically no customer service. The only time anyone talked to me was to try to sell me expensive service packages. My engine air filter had been replaced just a few weeks earlier. They didn't even mention checking it and simply replaced it anyway. Even worse, when I took my car to another shop afterward, I was told that this location had overfilled my engine oil far beyond the proper level. The oil was well above the maximum mark on the dipstick. This place doesn't seem customer-oriented at all. It feels like the priority is simply making more money rather than providing quality service and taking care of customers. If you choose this location, good luck. read more

Service was amazing! There was a line when I got there so it took around 45 minutes before it was my turn but that's ok because I knew I would be waiting for a while once I saw the line. Once it was my turn, the service was fast and efficient. Martin helped me and he answered every question I had regarding my oil change. He's really knowledgeable, kind, and fast. I went on on Monday November 3rd, to obtain a few services that I really needed for a while. The crew at this location took my car somewhat late in the day, they knew what they're were doing, they worked fast, but also slow enough to avoid mistakes from what I can tell. They even told me what my car needed to be replaced. Which tells me that they really looked through and inspected my car. I'd definitely go back again to obtain more services as needed. read more

if i could give this jiffy lube 0 stars i would. came in today (Saturday) waited about 30 minutes in line which i expected to they warned me when i first pulled in. but as the line grew todd decided to help a man two cars behind me that just pulled up. he checked his oil with the stick and then proceeded to walk back grab a tub of oil and start filling his car. i waited atleast 10 minutes thinking okay this will be quick but 10 minutes go by and he's still working on his car !! i step out of my car and ask how is this okay. i've been waiting almost 45 minutes now and this guy just got here 10 min ago and his car is getting worked on already. i ask for the manager wait and wait and wait no one comes then i ask for a number and name for a manager and the worker can't even give me that. how is this okay jiffy lube !?! definitely lost my long time family as jiffy lube customers. read more

I previously left a good review for this Jiffy Lube, but I take it all back after what happened to me recently. I went in for a routine oil change, and they told me they couldn't remove the oil filter cap because it was "on too tight." That's all they said , no warning, no honesty. Later, I took my car to a real mechanic and found out Jiffy Lube had completely destroyed the oil filter cap by using the wrong tools to try and force it off. It was cracked and stripped, and had to be replaced. I ended up spending an extra $100 somewhere else to fix the damage they caused, and still had to get the oil change done again. They never admitted to any of this. They knew they broke it and said nothing, hoping I wouldn't notice. Also, don't believe all the five-star reviews. They ask people to leave them while still in the shop, before you even know what kind of job they really did. I regret ever trusting them. Don't make the same mistake!!! read more

i went on my lunch break around 130. there was one care ahead of me, and one car in the second lane. i saw 5 employees so im not sure how i ended up waiting over an hour without ever being serviced. at that point i had to get back to work so i left. on my way home i stopped at a gas station, bought the oil, and the attendant there helped me refill. read more

Reason for my 2 star review is because I waited an hour in the waiting room just for them to come back to me and say that my car was too new and they could not do the oil change. We pass the time talking about old school cars, but today, Marcos, Kyle and another guys who's name I didn't get (but he also works at Trojan Tires lol) helped me out. Gilbert has a good team here! Came to this Jiffy Lube because the one I regularly go to in Arcadia closed down. I also got a coupon in the mail for this location. The workers there were exceptional! Especially Luis & Fernando (I think that was his name) .Super friendly and quick. Engaged with my 4 year old son who then said "fixing the car was fun".
