During that visit, they also repaired one of my tires without clearly asking me beforehand. About a month later, I started hearing a strange noise coming from my right rear tire. After checking it, we discovered that there was a metal object loose inside the tire. I brought the car back to this shop because they were the ones who had previously worked on that tire. What upset me the most was their response. Instead of seriously considering whether the object could have been left inside during the previous tire repair, they told us that we must have put the metal object inside the tire ourselves. Why would a customer intentionally put a metal object inside their own tire? They removed the object, but still charged us another $30. I have the receipt and photos of the metal object that was removed from the tire. I cannot personally prove exactly when or how the object ended up inside the tire, but I can say exactly what happened: this shop worked on that same tire about a month earlier, the tire later developed a noticeable noise, a metal object was found loose inside it, and when we returned, the shop denied responsibility and accused us of putting it there ourselves. I was extremely disappointed with both the way this situation was handled and the accusation toward us. Based on my experience, I would not return.

Even the Person towing me said that they are doing something illegal because public Street cannot be placed cones on since they don't own the street. All they want is for them to benefit off of you. -Update on this: Just got a comment from the business owner saying that they suggested new tires and this is completely false because at that time when they said they didn't have it they said it's "better than a flat tire" the point I was getting at that time is that will give you this because you don't really have any choice. In addition, he is saying that they were blocking the cones simply for the customers when they weren't any customers at that time and we overheard you and your team talking in Spanish talking shit putting the cones in on purpose so that the towing company would have a harder time to pick my car up. One of my family members had a vehicle that had sit in a garage for years and the transmission fluid had never been flushed. There were concerns about needing a new transmission. Thankfully we were able to try flushing out fluids first and potentially keeping the original transmission as opposed to jumping to a transmission change. I feel like other shops would probably push the transmission change and not even offer the fluid flush. Finding a tire place that is responsible is pretty important because they can ruin your rims by carelessly taking off the tire. You truly get what you pay for here. I had taken my car to another shop that specialized in Japanese imports for over ten years. Why did I go to Jo's? I dropped in on a Tuesday and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. Javier conducted a full service inspection and oil change. He provided some recommendations and never once did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on unnecessary service on my vehicle.
