Noticed my car wasn't pushing much power while I was driving and I knew something was wrong so I came here. They did all their diagnostics and they'd realized 3/4 of my spark plugs were misfiring. I watched them take out all the spark plugs and compared the old and new ones. I can't recall the last time I changed my spark plugs that definitely needed to be changed. Once they changed them and showed me the new ones, they were night and day difference. They test drove my car and after 1 week of driving it on the road my car feels good as new. I got an oil change before a trip to Arizona, and before passing palm springs, my car starts smelling like smoke and begins to shut down on the freeway. I find a hotel because no mechanics were available since it was evening. I found out the next day that they didn't tighten the screw and I had absolutely no oil left in my reserve. I called them to explain what happened and they laughed at me and said I should have called them to send someone. I was very nice when presenting the issue and they spat in my face. I lost money because I was on a work trip. I lost money because I had to rent a hotel. I lost all respect for this establishment which I had been supporting for almost 20 years with multiple cars of family members. Been coming here since the beginning of covid and this place has kept their consistency of prices, customer service, and quality of work. They're honest with what needs to be done with my car and they don't try to upsell on things that aren't necessary. I thought my brakes needed to be replaced because it's been a few years since I've replaced them, and when I asked them to take a look they still said they were good and not necessary to change. Do NOT go here ever. I was a loyal customer for 4 years for oil change. My recent oil change by them, the day after the oil change my car started smoking and went into limp mode and stopped in the middle of the street. It smelled like burnt oil in the car. I had to have it towed to their shop, where I assumed they would be apologetic for over filling my oil and quickly resolve this. NO. They instead argued with me and accused me of overfilling my own oil after the oil change, which is insane. Then they made me pay $100 for a part they needed to correct their own error. This place is not professional. They are liars and have no humility or accountability. I used to recommend this place to everyone and had 3 family members going here for oil changes. No more. Liars! Here are the issues I've had with them: They neglected to return my dipstick into my car once and had a fit when I returned asking them to replace it. That same visit I paid extra for Mobil 1 oil and I don't know what they used but it was NOT Mobil 1. Make them show you when they change your air or cabin filters because they will tell you they are going to change them but they don't and they will charge you anyway. I paid for a new one once, and decided to go else where for my next oil change and the new place showed me that my filter was FILTHY and OLD!!! It was never changed at Oilmen! And finally, I just love when they bring me a sample of what my ATF looks like when I have a sealed transmission. Most oil change shops won't go near that for liability reasons, but they see a woman who they think doesn't know any better and think they can get us to agree to pay for an unnecessary $300 service that I know I still have MANY more miles before it is needed. Never had issues with my 2020 Honda Hrv, but I started hearing this grinding noise in which I haven't heard before. This shop is close to my home and my neighbors goes here so I came to this shop. Before giving me a price they inspected everything about my car and even took out the tire to inspect it further. Turns out it was my brakes, but they were grinding onto my rotors because I haven't changed them since I got the car. I was allowed to watch them do the entire process, they showed me the new and old brakes pads and rotors. Everything they do is efficient, fast, and good quality work. I didn't want to drive back with the light on and they were one of the few shops who are open on Sunday and they had good reviews so I decided to check them out. They diagnosed my car and saw what was wrong using their tablet and it was my mass air flow sensor. They were able to get the parts and finish everything within 1.5 hours. This shop was packed (on a Sunday) so you know they're reliable. I was allowed to watch them the whole time as they were doing it. They're transparent, honest, and reliable. I want people to know that this place isn't very honest, that they don't tell you the truth when you return with a complaint. For example, I've been going to this place for about four or five years for my oil changes. About six months ago, I noticed an oil leak, and when I went back, they told me that the bolt had broken. It's impossible that they hadn't noticed that when tightening it. I believe it was negligence, and they thought I wouldn't come back. Meanwhile, my driveway was covered in oil, and I had to return to see what was wrong with my car. Then, when I went back, they said, "Oh yes, it's the bolt, we'll replace it," and they did. Now, I go to another place, and they tell me that, yes, the bolt was put in, but the gasket wasn't, and that's why my car is still leaking oil. Not as much as before, but the oil pan had oil and it will need to be replaced. I just people to be cautious with this place. read more

My check engine light ( 2004 Nissan Frontier) kept coming on and I couldn't figure out what was setting it off so I decided to go to this shop because I saw it online. They scanned it with their reader and they showed me that it was a misfiring with one of my sparkplugs. They were up-front and transparent saying if it's not spark plug then it would be the ignition coil. They were showing me the difference between my old spark plug compared to the new one. I was able to watch what they do since the beginning and they're very thorough and transparent with their work. After resetting the code and doing a test drive, my check engine light remained off. The new ignition coil was not needed and it was just the spark plug. This shop shows that they're not trying to "cheat" you and upsell you on things and they're true and honest to their work. I have over 100,000 miles for my 2013 Honda civic and I've only done oil changes in the past so I was trying to find a reputable shop who can check all my fluids and check what needs to be done. They showed on hand all the original Honda transmission fluid that they use, all my cabin and air filters, and my brakes that are worn out. Started hearing this really loud grinding noise so I decided to bring it into this shop. Had a bad experience in the past where another shop said they put new rotors and pads but they only resurfaced my rotors. This shop went out of their way to show me my current old ones and what the brand new rotors looked like. I asked them if I can watch them install the new brake pads and rotors and they had no issue with it. These guys are textbook and really good at what they do. I cannot express how disappointed and honestly angry I am, I came here for a simple oil change ($90) they broke one of my spark plugs, and my car has been breaking down ever since. They replaced the spark plug they broke, but who knows what else they did to my vehicle? I was there for nearly 3 hours watching them poke around my car. FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Check the footage. i have taken my car here a few times in the past few years whenever i'm in a rush and need an oil change. Usually i have no problems but this weekend i experienced enough to keep me away for good. The manager Berto advised i needed additional work done to my car. i thanked him for letting me know and stated i would bring those things up with my regular mechanic. About an hour after my oil change was done, i had 7 or 8 service lights go off all at once. When i brought it back the next day, the same manager was extremely rude and dismissive stating that "lights come on it's not my problem". i would understand if it were 1 light. but CLEARLY they did some shady things and broke a sensor. he quoted me $200 to fix it. I took the car to my regular mechanic and am paying for the mistake. I will NEVER be returning. Just because it is quick does not mean it's worth it.
