Came into this establishment by recommendations from my father in law. My wife car needed several complex services done. Services include engine replacement, new axel, new coolant, and driver seat visor replacement. We have dropped the car off back in September and got the car back with ac not working the visor That was supposed to be replaced came off while driving and with no gas on the car not once twice. We went to the shop 3 times to pick up the car and first time we picked up the car the car had no gas and car was smoking after driving 11 miles and this time after 3 months we picked up the car with empty tank once again. After leaving the car several times on full tank of gas. After calculation someone in the shop drove over 500 miles worth the gas. Also adding that the interior of our leather seats have several scratches and dirty prints on the handles. Overall after paying little bit over 6k we have picked the car up with no gas, interior of the car filthy dirty, driver seat visor broken, and ac/heater not working. I still don't know how this establishment still stay in business with this unprofessionalism and lack of accountability for their services. Deion and his team should not be offering any of the complex services and just stay doing simple oil changes and check ups. HIGHLY not recommending this place if you need any complex services unless you want to waste 6k and time waiting for your car that works partially. Good luck to this place. My granddaughter brought her car in for a diagnosis and estimate because it wasn't starting. She was very clear that she wanted to know what was wrong before any work was done. She received a video explaining the issue and was initially quoted over $1,200. She responded "okay thank you," simply acknowledging the information. She did not authorize any repairs or agree to that amount. Despite that, the shop proceeded with the work anyway. Only after she questioned it did the price suddenly drop to around $700, which raises serious concerns about how this was handled. The invoice then stated that she "authorized" the repairs, which is not accurate. At no point did she clearly approve the work or give permission to proceed. When she went in with her father to address it, they were told the only option was to "put everything back," which is not a realistic or acceptable solution once the work has already been completed. She was ultimately put in a position where she had to pay in order to get her car back. This experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. A formal complaint has been filed with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I strongly caution others to be very clear and cautious. Based on this experience, the shop proceeded with unauthorized work, changed pricing after the fact, and misrepresented approval. He is a crook!!! And all he did was change out some spark plugs and Gasket and he charged her $700 where I found out that that service that was done would have been $350 at the most anywhere else damn Crooks!!!! I just did my smog check and oil change at Walnut 76. I called a few places in my neighborhood and they charge $58 or more. And I received some price quote responses from Yelp and they charged between $48-$65. I found out this one from Walnut Buzz. You only need to show them the coupon from your phone (it's on their website just search Walnut 76). The coupon states $29.95 (star certified) but it's not including $10 certification fees. It's still good deal for $40. They may charge more fees on larger cars though. My car is due for oil change and they have this service. Regular oil filter change including disposal fees is about $37.99. Both services didn't take long and took me less than an hour then it's done. They told me that I need to change the front brakes and dog bone mount but I don't have time today. And they haven't told me the exact price including the labor fees. They did give me a roughly estimate price on both though. If you are looking for smog check and oil change place, this is one of the places that you can check it out. read more

Gas station with no gas. They don't have tap to pay and that's OK. The card reader on the pump did not work at all, tried a second pump and didn't work there either. Went to pull around to the third pump, but it had an out of service sign on it. Seems that the owner of this gas station does not want to pay for upgrades or even basic maintenance, and so there is no gas here but it is a good place to waste your time. read more

Just so you know. Any cars older than 2000 will probably be $59, the coupon is for $29 but there is a fee for certification, and older vehicles. Also, he doesn't do Smog checks other than Thurs/Fri, or Fri/Sat - guy I spoke to on the phone can't seem to make up his mind, LOL. Smog mechanic wouldn't smog my car for the free retest because of a new found non-existent oil leak on my pcr valve cover. He said the whole cover needs to be replaced... funny if there was an oil leak wouldn't that be a gasket? This place is a scam just looking for money for the attached garage. It should be illegal to have any association with a shop if your a start certified smog facility to avoid this scam. I took the truck to my trusted mechanic and he doesn't see the issue. Came in on Friday for what I thought was going to be a quick smog check. I've been working on cars for over 10 years, and worked at a Toyota dealership for 6 as a certified technician. This is all to say I know my way around my wife's 2009 Corolla and I know the condition it's in. This place failed me because a hose was stiff, not broken or cracked or even missing but stiff. I took the vehicle to two other places and they said the hose was fine, that it wouldn't fail unless broken or missing, I had no check engine light on and no monitors missing. Played phone tag with the manager until I got ahold of them today where they remained adamant that it's a bad hose. I would r recommend this place to anybody unless they want to get scammed on emission repairs they don't need. I even called the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and the first thing they said was "wow I've never heard of that fail" so goes to show these guys truly have no clue what they're doing. My car filled up at $30. When i came back to the cashier, i asked for my receipt. She handed it to me and then i asked for my change. She said i only gave her $30. I said no, i gave you two $20's but i wasn't sure how much gas my car would take. I've been coming to this gas station since 1990 for repairs and gas and this is the first time I've had an issue with them. I don't think the cashier was trying to short change me. Very unwilling to help. Poor customer service I've ever received from any gas station. We are from out of town heading home. Found a nail in our tire which was the reason why we needed to get air in tire, planning on fixing it when we get home. Air pump had a note indicating cost for using would be $.50, but free for anyone pumping gas. (Minor issue) Put money in machine, didn't work. Went in to speak with some one and immediately was told they had nothing to do with pump, to speak with cashier. Spoke with cashier and told her problem, she said it would be $.75. Said note indicated $.50 and we had already put money in. Gave us code to start pump, and then mentioned to her there was a sate law that required gas stations in California to provide service, free of charge. She was rude and said, "I gave you the code, what else do you want". We weren't mad, just mentioned it and then she said rudely again, "do you want to speak with the manager." It was never supposed to be a big deal, but never offered to give us our money back or even apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We proceeded to try pumping air in tire, but because of how the valve was we struggled. We asked the mechanic, since he was already dirty, if he could please help us out and try pumping the tire for us. He was out right rude and said, he doesn't do trucks and if we were having struggles, so would he. He never bothered to try and see if he could help. All of a sudden he says you can't leave because the car will not start. You will have to pay $300 for labor and to get it fixed. After a couple of hours he finally says the car is ok. Worst place ever! Customer service is nonexistent here! I was approached by service man John. I told him I have a noise in my front left tire and they told me I needed shocks on front of car. My car is still making the same sound after the shocks replacement. I finally take car to Honda dealership and they tell me I only needed front brake pads!!
