Despite how busy it seemed, I only waited about 20-30 minutes before my car was taken in for the test. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and efficient, and the entire process took no more than 10-15 minutes. This experience was wonderful. Specifics if anyone has a similar situation. So I have a Volkswagen GTI with a Neuspeed Carb-legal intake, installed professionally, with the CA required D# sticker. I went to three smog places near my home in Brea, two of which I've used in the past with no issues. They were all nice about it, but the technicians refused to smog it. Ultimately, I would not make anybody do anything that they were uncomfortable with, as frustrating as it was. Thankfully, I found Sam on Google. Incredibly professional and friendly. I told him what was up and he immediately asked if I had the D sticker. Since I did, he said he'd look it up. It took him less than five minutes to check and see that it was California and smog-legal for my vehicle, according to the CA DMV/powers that be. He even walked me through how he checked and showed me on his PC. I was out in about 15 minutes, even with the extra attention. Please give him your business. I've already shared with my car friends. Thanks Sam! read more

Hello Basel- I was trying to be as respectful as I could in my review. But after I saw your reply, which was blaming me for your employee's lack a of professionalism, I decided to write you back. There's absolutely NO excuse for his behavior, he cannot yell so loudly at a customer, raise his arms and tell me " leave! leave ! I'm not going to service you today! ". If you're telling me that you're respectful of my privacy by not showing the video of my actions that day, I highly recommend you do show it so everyone can see your employee's abusive behavior towards me. I can guarantee you that whoever saw what happened that day was put off by your employee's behavior as well. He could have told me in a professional manner that area was prohibited and if your establishment decided not to serve me, he could of asked me to leave, not kick me out and For you try to make a customer look stupid to cover up for your mistake shows a lack of integrity read more
