Well, this was embarrassing- I had something hit my windshield 2 months after they fixed it! I was so sure I had a crack (adding picture), I worried about it, called and made an appointment. Sergio was a complete professional. I had planned to go with another company I found on Yelp. When I requested a quote with that company, Yelp asked if I wanted to request a quote from other companies so I said Yes. Sergio was the first to respond! I had a million questions and he still answered respectfully and promptly and I never felt pressured or guilty for worrying about quality and workmanship. The repair service is cheaper than what Safelite quoted yet the quality and value of service is the same, if not better than other competitors. I know this because he was the first to respond to my request 30 minutes before the other businesses reached out. Scheduling was super easy and he's able to do the replacement pretty much anywhere.
