Mark is AMAZING at what he does!!! Professional, efficient & thorough. Fixed our 2025 Tesla Model 3 windshield that was damaged from a rock chip in less than 30 minutes. Definitely found our new go-to guy for all things auto glass. Will be referring all my family and friends going forward. I suggest you go to Professional Auto Glass also...you will not be disappointed. read more

Outstanding work at a reasonable price. Almost a third less in price compared to higher prices with mediocre results. Highly recommend!

I have to say that Professional Auto Glass save the day! My Tesla Model 3's windshield had a small spider crack (about an inch) a few weeks ago, which quickly turned into a 20 inch crack a couple of days later. I contacted Tesla and they wanted to charge $1500+ for a replacement windshield, which is an outrageous amount of money. I then contacted other places to compare prices, but Professional Auto Glass has the best price out of all the quotes that I received, not to mention best Yelp reviews. My car's windshield was replaced in under an hour while I waited. They did an excellent job and everything worked out perfectly. The new windshield looks and feels the same as the original. I'm so fortunate to have found Professional Auto Glass! ***Posted "before" picture of the crack but not the "after" photo since all windshields look the same LOL read more

Availed their services the second time around, first was because of a small Crack on my windshield, very professional and price quote was affordable. The second time around this time was because if a bigger Crack on my windshield that unfortunately required replacing the whole thing. Shopped around other places nearby and was quoted between $500-700. Went straight to this place because of the lowest price quoted and they replaced my windshield within minutes, again very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend this place for all windshield issues! read more

The rear venting window of my 2017 mini van detached from the metal hinge that runs the length of the window. I had asked about a repair when I was at an auto body shop that couldn't help me. I asked again when a friend was having a windshield replaced by a national company that comes out to wherever you are. They couldn't help, either. Asked again at a regular shop where I was having engine work done. Again, no joy. We were driving by, and swung in on a lark, thinking they wouldn't be able to help, either. Boy was I wrong! It appears that my issue happens routinely to other minivans. Repair was completed in minutes, VERY inexpensively, while I sat and waited in the van. They are polite, fast, inexpensive, and did a clean, perfect job!!! read more

I didn't see 600+, 5-star reviews. Actually, I need to find another auto glass service to finish the job. 1. I understand breaking molding sometimes is inevitable when replacing windshield. The windshield replacement here literally means they'd ONLY do that. It's not their problem when molding has be broken to replace windshield. 2. Apparently, molding needs to be taken off to replace windshield. My driver's side molding was not broken but the installation (putting molding back to where it was) was a joke. 3. You get what you pay for: $310 for windshield replacement ONLY. The technician did offer to install new molding free of charge, however, he asked me to buy parts on eBay myself. I really don't know about those 5 stars experience but how I would know what to buy?! I don't want to go back to there for "free molding installation" because I don't play games anymore. In fact, I learned it from another service that I bought wrong parts on eBay.. read more

Not a happy camper. I have a dash cam professionally installed for $200. I didn't get any warning whatsoever that it won't be installed back. I would have shopped for a shop that would installed it back. Now I have to spend money to get it installed. Not a happy customer. read more

I visited this shop a few weeks ago after a rock hit my windshield, causing a small nick. This was the 2nd time in as many months I had this happen & had to completely replace my windshield the first time. Luckily, this time it wasn't so bad. Professional Auto Glass gave me a very reasonable estimate to get the nick fixed. In all, it took about 15 minutes and I no longer have the worry of the nick getting any worse. Thanks guys! read more

This place did a horrible job. Had to go to another local shop for them to actually fix my windshield. Owner was extremely unprofessional as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Update: Unfortunately I really did take my car here to have my window "repaired". Proof of payment to Mark Winn the owner attached. Don't go here if you value your money, your time, or your car. Btw it's very telling that the owner goes on the attack. Like I said, very unprofessional. read more

Found this spot through Yelp. I needed to swap out my windshield because my cars had a crack developing. I called and a super chill dude answered and just had me text the vin number for my car to get me a quote. The price worked great for me so I drove over. It was a very speedy and pleasant experience. I pulled up, Michael (I think I remember his name if not I'm sorry!) helped me out. He loves what he does and he worked super fast! In a little less than an hour. Idk how long it goes by average but it was great! Highly recommend! Call ahead and get an appointment. My experience was great and if I need more car glass work im only going here. read more

My windshield had a tiny little chip. I kept telling myself, I needed to address it before it got worse, then life got in the way. Pulling into parking lot this morning it reminded me by turning into a big crack as I watched. I got on Yelp to request some quotes, while I read and compared reviews. The quote I got from Mark at Professional Auto Glass was the one of the best, and was supported by the best reviews. I setup an appointment for noon at my residence. The guys showed up around 11:30 and were done, and leaving before noon. The job was completed ahead of schedule, at the quoted price, with a windshield that looks like the stock one, a lifetime warranty on workmanship and zero drama. The installers were great, as was Mark on the phone. Professional is more than the business name, these guys live it. Thanks! read more

Mario's the best! If I could give this place 6 stars I would! I had about 3" crack from a rock on my windshield, driving on the freeway. The was up all night trying to find a place that could just repair the crack instead of replacing the entire windshield. I sent out quotes to a bunch of Yelp businesses and Mario was the 1st to respond. I went there the next day and he worked on it immediately and the crack disappeared!! Excellent service and gave me tips on future windshield issues for different cars. If I'm having windshield issues again, I'd definitely come back here! read more

During a recent road trip to NorCal and Oregon, a pine cone fell from a tree while driving in Sequoia National Park resulting in a large crack in the center of the windshield. The day after, an accident across the opposite of the freeway near Sacramento resulted in debris flying across the median and cracking the left side of the windshield. Temporarily used a glass repair kit to stop the spread of the cracks or until we got back to SoCal from the road trip. The cracks did continue to spread little by little during the extreme hot weather. Near the end of the trip, I figured it's about time to inquire about a windshield replacement. Mark was very responsive and the price was fair so I chose this shop to replace my 2023 Model Y windshield. The windshield took close to 2 hours to replace. So far, the windshield looked good and won't really know if there are any issues until it starts raining. Only reason, I didn't give a 5 star was because the shop only takes cash. The installer refused credit card and Zelle. Imagine my annoyance in wasting time to drive through congested traffic on Nogales just to find a bank. NOTE: CASH ONLY! read more
