My Tesla Model 3's windshield had a small spider crack (about an inch) a few weeks ago, which quickly turned into a 20 inch crack a couple of days later. The rear venting window of my 2017 mini van detached from the metal hinge that runs the length of the window. I had asked about a repair when I was at an auto body shop that couldn't help me. During a recent road trip to NorCal and Oregon, a pine cone fell from a tree while driving in Sequoia National Park resulting in a large crack in the center of the windshield. The day after, an accident across the opposite of the freeway near Sacramento resulted in debris flying across the median and cracking the left side of the windshield. Temporarily used a glass repair kit to stop the spread of the cracks or until we got back to SoCal from the road trip. The cracks did continue to spread little by little during the extreme hot weather. Near the end of the trip, I figured it's about time to inquire about a windshield replacement. Mark was very responsive and the price was fair so I chose this shop to replace my 2023 Model Y windshield. The windshield took close to 2 hours to replace. So far, the windshield looked good and won't really know if there are any issues until it starts raining. Only reason, I didn't give a 5 star was because the shop only takes cash. The installer refused credit card and Zelle. Imagine my annoyance in wasting time to drive through congested traffic on Nogales just to find a bank. NOTE: CASH ONLY! read more

I recently picked up a quarter-sized circular rock chip in my windshield. It was crescent shaped and had not started to spider web. I did not want to replace the windshield, but I k ew that I had to fill the chip and stop it from growing. The gents at PAG were my answer; they found another minor chip I hadn't seen, and injection-repaired both for $60 in about 30 min. The repair is so good that I "almost" can't see either one.
