I've tinted several cars here since 2012 and customer service has always been pretty good. My 2017 Lexus nx200t had bubbles in it and they fixed it no problem. No complaints for the most part. However, I have to knock off two stars for recent customer service. Recently, my sister got her first car and I automatically referred her here. Upon her appointment, I had her call me so I could see if they could tint her windows like my car that I just got done last year, a 2023 Benz GLA. Reception was bad so FT failed, and I asked my sister to hand the phone to someone there so we could just confirm the right color tints. For some reason, this wasn't well received. On the call, it was shared with me that if I had been a customer prior, that I would have known they don't keep records. Why would I know that? I wouldn't have asked if I did. Anyhow, delivery was off and it came out poorly and rubbed me the wrong way on the phone, and my sister in person. Feedback to be considered since the delivery was just unprofessional. He called over his buddy and was speaking in mandarine and shaking their head as if already disapproving on what I was going to get done without even speaking to me yet. They continued speaking in madarine, and when they quoted me, they obviously over quoted me higher than average and told me it would take the whole day just to replace the tint on my back car. Got the CR30 for the front side windows, CR15 for the back windows and rear windshield, and the gama e600 for the front windshield. Getting my windows tinted made such a big difference keeping the sun from burning my skin on hot days. The con to getting them tinted is that everything looks darker at night than it did before I got the tint. I had to call them to make an appointment and it took 3 hours for them to tint my sedan. Kevin is great and provides terrific customer service! I came her to tint my IS 200t and got their 3m CR40 tint for my front driver windows, back passage side windows and the back window. I also got their CR70 for my front window. I made my appointment for 9:30 and the car was done by 10:30, talk about quick work. They had four guys working on the car, so it was like one person per window. I drove my car for a week and then notice their were some bubbles on the back passage window, so I brought it back to them and showed them my warranty. They were able to remove the bubbles and helped my wiped off the 3m sign on the tinted windows with rubbing alcohol, I appreciated that! This place provides the best price and great customer service. Just remember to keep your warranty in case the tint needs to fix in the future. read more
